Abstract

本发明公开了一种快速定位的法兰结构,包括第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘,其特征在于:所述第一法兰盘的外缘设有若干条定位凸棱,所述第二法兰盘的外缘设有若干条与所述定位凸棱配合的止转凸棱,所述止转凸棱向上延伸,高度在两片法兰连接时不低于定位凸棱的高度。当两片法兰连接时,端面对齐,顺时针或者逆时针旋转,直至定位凸棱和止转凸棱卡紧,法兰盘无法转动,此时法兰盘的螺栓孔全部对齐,快速准确。本发明结构简单,实现方便,具有良好的应用前景。

一种快速定位的法兰结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰结构,尤其涉及一种能够快速定位的法兰。
背景技术
法兰是管道和阀门之间常用的连接零件,应用于管端,一般成对使用。两片法兰采用螺栓固定,螺栓穿过对应设置的螺栓孔实现连接。实际使用时,由于法兰外缘为圆形,对接过程中经常出现法兰不易对齐或者法兰对齐而螺栓孔不易对齐的状况,导致螺栓难以穿过,通常需要反复调整才能将所有螺栓孔对齐,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中法兰螺栓孔不易对齐的问题,提供一种快速定位的法兰结构,能够实现法兰螺栓孔快速对齐,方便安装。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种快速定位的法兰结构,包括第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘沿圆周均匀设有若干螺栓孔,第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘通过螺栓固定连接,其特征在于:所述第一法兰盘的外缘设有若干条定位凸棱,所述定位凸棱沿圆周均匀分布,所述第二法兰盘的外缘设有若干条与所述定位凸棱配合的止转凸棱,所述止转凸棱向上延伸,且高度在两片法兰连接时不低于定位凸棱的高度。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述定位凸棱数量为6条。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述止转凸棱数量为1到6条。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述止转凸棱在上端设有侧向凸起。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述第一法兰盘与定位凸棱一次浇铸成型。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述第二法兰盘与止转凸棱一次浇铸成型。
前述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述第二法兰盘在与第一法兰盘的接触面设有两圈环形密封槽,所述环形密封槽内设有密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的快速定位法兰机构,在相互配合的两片法兰盘外缘设置定位机构,第一法兰盘设有定位凸棱,第二法兰盘的设有止转凸棱,当两片法兰连接时,端面对齐,顺时针或者逆时针旋转,直至定位凸棱和止转凸棱卡紧,法兰盘无法转动,此时法兰盘的螺栓孔全部对齐,定位快速准确,同时第二法兰盘设有两圈环形密封槽,密封槽内设置密封圈,提高了法兰的密封效果。本发明结构简单,实现方便,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种快速定位的法兰结构,包括第一法兰盘1和第二法兰盘2,第一法兰盘1和第二法兰盘2本体均为圆盘形,本体上沿圆周均匀设有若干螺栓孔3,第一法兰盘1和第二法兰盘2通过螺栓固定连接,所述第一法兰盘1的外缘设有若干条定位凸棱4,所述定位凸棱4沿圆周均匀分布,数量优选为6条,所述第二法兰盘2的外缘设有若干条与所述定位凸棱4配合的止转凸棱5,所述止转凸棱5向上延伸,且高度在两片法兰连接时不低于定位凸棱4的高度,数量可以为1条,优选为6条。
进一步,所述止转凸棱5在朝向定位凸棱4的一端设有侧向凸起6,侧向凸起在法兰盘连接时起进一步的定位作用。
上述第一法兰盘1与定位凸棱4一次浇铸成型,第二法兰盘2与止转凸棱5一次浇铸成型。
进一步,所述第二法兰盘2在与第一法兰盘1的接触面设有两圈环形密封槽,所述环形密封槽内设有密封圈。
综上所述,本发明的快速定位法兰机构,在相互配合的两片法兰盘外缘设置定位机构,第一法兰盘设有定位凸棱,第二法兰盘的设有止转凸棱,当两片法兰连接时,端面对齐,顺时针或者逆时针旋转,直至定位凸棱和止转凸棱卡紧,法兰盘无法转动,此时法兰盘的螺栓孔全部对齐,定位快速准确,同时第二法兰盘设有两圈环形密封槽,密封槽内设置密封圈,提高了法兰的密封效果。本发明结构简单,实现方便,具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种快速定位的法兰结构,包括第一法兰盘(1)和第二法兰盘(2),所述第一法兰盘(1)和第二法兰盘(2)沿圆周均匀设有若干螺栓孔(3),第一法兰盘(1)和第二法兰盘(2)通过螺栓固定连接,其特征在于:所述第一法兰盘(1)的外缘设有若干条定位凸棱(4),所述定位凸棱(4)沿圆周均匀分布,所述第二法兰盘(2)的外缘设有若干条与所述定位凸棱(4)配合的止转凸棱(5),所述止转凸棱(5)向上延伸,且高度在两片法兰连接时不低于定位凸棱(4)的高度;
所述止转凸棱(5)在上端设有侧向凸起(6);
所述第二法兰盘(2)在与第一法兰盘(1)的接触面设有两圈环形密封槽,所述环形密封槽内设有密封圈。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速定位的法兰结构,其特征在于:所述止转凸棱(5)数量为1到6条。
