Abstract
本发明公开了一种门框中档,能够有效解决现有门框中档强度不够的问题。一种门框中档,包括中档本体,所述中档本体内沿中档本体长度方向开有放置孔,所述放置孔内设有支撑架以加强中档本体强度,所述支撑架沿放置孔的内壁设置。本发明的优点是:在中档本体内沿长度方向开设放置孔,放置孔内设置支撑架,在不改变原中档本体尺寸和形状的前提下,通过支撑架有效的提高了整个中档本体的强度,使中档本体使用过程中不易变形,具有足够的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门框中档。
背景技术
门框中档位于门框的中间位置,需要有一定的承载能力,现有的门框中档都是采用PVC木塑发泡材料制造,其承载强度有限,容易出现弯曲变形或者折断的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种门框中档,能够有效解决现有门框中档强度不够的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种门框中档,包括中档本体,所述中档本体内沿中档本体长度方向开有放置孔,所述放置孔内设有支撑架以加强中档本体强度,所述支撑架沿放置孔的内壁设置。
优选的,所述放置孔的横截面形状与中档本体横截面形状相同;使得中档本体厚度均匀,支撑架能更好的起到支撑作用。
优选的,所述放置孔的横截面为凸字形,所述支撑架的横截面也为凸字形;都与中档本体的横截面形状相同,进一步提高支撑效果。
优选的,所述支撑架的底部与放置孔相通;底部位置不受力,可以降低整体重量,也方便填充块塞入。
优选的,所述支撑架内还填有填充块;起到隔音隔热的效果。
优选的,所述填充块的横截面形状与支撑架横截面形状相同;进一步加强阻隔效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:在中档本体内沿长度方向开设放置孔,放置孔内设置支撑架,在不改变原中档本体尺寸和形状的前提下,通过支撑架有效的提高了整个中档本体的强度,使中档本体使用过程中不易变形,具有足够的强度。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2为本发明一种门框中档的实施例,一种门框中档,包括中档本体1,中档本体1横截面为凸字形,所述中档本体1内沿中档本体1长度方向开有放置孔2,放置孔2横截面为凸字形,所述放置孔2内设有支撑架3以加强中档本体1强度,支撑架3的横截面也为凸字形,支撑架3采用铝合金等高轻度轻质材料制造,所述支撑架3沿放置孔2的内壁设置,支撑架3内填有填充块4,填充块4的横截面形状与支撑架3的横截面形状一致。
为了方便填入填充块4,支撑架3的底部为开放式结构直接与放置孔2相通,填充块4的材质与中档本体1的材质一致,都可以采用PVC木塑发泡材料制造。
先制造具有放置孔2的中档本体1,然后把成形的支撑架3塞入放置孔2内,最后将填充块4塞入支撑架3内,完成组装。在中档本体1内沿长度方向开设放置孔2,放置孔2内设置支撑架3,在不改变原中档本体1尺寸和形状的前提下,通过支撑架3有效的提高了整个中档本体1的强度,使中档本体1使用过程中不易变形,具有足够的强度。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的专利范围之中。
Claims (6)
1.一种门框中档,包括中档本体(1),其特征在于:所述中档本体(1)内沿中档本体(1)长度方向开有放置孔(2),所述放置孔(2)内设有支撑架(3)以加强中档本体(1)强度,所述支撑架(3)沿放置孔(2)的内壁设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种门框中档,其特征在于:所述放置孔(2)的横截面形状与中档本体(1)横截面形状相同。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种门框中档,其特征在于:所述放置孔(2)的横截面为凸字形,所述支撑架(3)的横截面也为凸字形。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种门框中档,其特征在于:所述支撑架(3)的底部与放置孔(2)相通。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种门框中档,其特征在于:所述支撑架(3)内还填有填充块(4)。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种门框中档,其特征在于:所述填充块(4)的横截面形状与支撑架(3)横截面形状相同。
