本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及瓦楞纸建材板。
背景技术
纸是我们日常生活中最常用的物品,无论读书、看报,或是写字、作画,都得和纸接触。在工业、农业和国防工业生产中,也离不开纸。今天,如果没有纸,那简直是不可想像的。纸在交流思想、传播文化、发展科学技术和生产方面,是一种强有力的工具和材料。纸是用以书写、印刷、绘画或包装等的片状纤维制品。一般由经过制浆处理的植物纤维的水悬浮液,在网上交错的组合,初步脱水,再经压缩、烘干而成。
纸浆(paperpulp;pulp)是以植物纤维为原料,经不同加工方法制得的纤维状物质。可根据加工方法分为机械纸浆、化学纸浆和化学机械纸浆;也可根据所用纤维原料分为木浆、草浆、麻浆、苇浆、蔗浆、竹浆、破布浆等。又可根据不同纯度分为精制纸浆、漂白纸浆、未漂白纸浆、高得率纸浆、半化学浆等。一般多用于制造纸张和纸板。精制纸浆除用于制造特种纸外,也常常作为制造纤维素酯、纤维素醚等纤维素衍生物的原料。还用于人造纤维、塑料、涂料、胶片、火药等领域。
随着人们日常生活质量的提高,对室内装修提出了更高的要求,目前室内装修通常使用细木工板,木板在制备过程中要使用油漆一类的材料,该材料往往含有甲醛等挥发性有害物质,在木板使用过程中甲醛等有害物质会长时间的释放,给人体的健康带来很大威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保的瓦楞纸建材板。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
瓦楞纸建材板,包括蜂窝状芯材,面板和底板,所述蜂窝状芯材分别与上层的面板和下层的底板通过防水胶粘合连接,在蜂窝状芯材的空隙内设有包裹有碳粉或碳块的包裹袋。
进一步,所述包裹袋为布或无纺布。
进一步,所述蜂窝状芯材的材质为瓦楞纸。
进一步,所述面板和底板的材质为木板。
进一步,所述面板上涂布难燃树脂层。
本发明所具有的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,由于蜂窝状芯材仍有一定的空间,能够吸收分散噪音,碳粉或碳块的使用,减小甲醛等有害物质对人体健康的影响,难燃树脂层使得瓦楞纸建材板具有防火性能。

如图1所示,瓦楞纸建材板,包括蜂窝状芯材1,面板2和底板3,所述蜂窝状芯材1分别与上层的面板2和下层的底板3粘合连接,在蜂窝状芯材1的空隙内设有包裹有碳粉或碳块的包裹袋4,所述面板2上涂布难燃树脂层(图1中未标出)。所述包裹袋4为布或无纺布。所述蜂窝状芯材1的材质为瓦楞纸,所述面板2和底板3的材质为木板。

1.瓦楞纸建材板,其特征在于:包括蜂窝状芯材,面板和底板,所述蜂窝状芯材分别与上层的面板和下层的底板通过防水胶粘合连接,在蜂窝状芯材的空隙内设有包裹有碳粉或碳块的包裹袋。

3.根据权利要求1所述瓦楞纸建材板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝状芯材的材质为瓦楞纸。
