Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有高抗压缩性能的减震器油,包括下列重量份的组份:甲基乙烯基硅油80~100份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5~6份、抗氧剂2~3份、负10#柴油30~35份、瓜耳胶3~4份、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐2~4份、磺酸钡2~4份、茶油10~20份、附着剂2~4份、非硅型抗泡剂3~5份、环己氨基硅烷偶联剂3~5份、二芳胺2~6份、位阻酚2~6份、改性硅树脂3~6份和异噻唑啉酮2~3份。通过上述方式,本发明具有较高的抗压缩性能,充分满足减震器要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及减震器技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有高抗压缩性能的减震器油。
背景技术
减震器在汽车、摩托车、自行车中都会应用到,减震器主要用来抑制弹簧吸震后反弹时的震荡及来自路面的冲击。在经过不平路面时,虽然吸震弹簧可以过滤路面的震动,但弹簧自身还会有往复运动,而减震器就是用来抑制这种弹簧跳跃的。减震器太软,车身就会上下跳跃,减震器太硬就会带来太大的阻力,妨碍弹簧正常工作。
减震器油的性能好坏对减震器的使用性能起到直接的影响作用,现有的减震器油抗压缩性能不佳,还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高抗压缩性能的减震器油,具有较高的抗压缩性能,充分满足减震器要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有高抗压缩性能的减震器油,包括下列重量份的组份:甲基乙烯基硅油80~100份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5~6份、抗氧剂2~3份、负10#柴油30~35份、瓜耳胶3~4份、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐2~4份、磺酸钡2~4份、茶油10~20份、附着剂2~4份、非硅型抗泡剂3~5份、环己氨基硅烷偶联剂3~5份、二芳胺2~6份、位阻酚2~6份、改性硅树脂3~6份和异噻唑啉酮2~3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括下列重量份的组份:甲基乙烯基硅油80份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5份、抗氧剂2份、负10#柴油30份、瓜耳胶3份、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐2份、磺酸钡2份、茶油10份、附着剂2份、非硅型抗泡剂3份、环己氨基硅烷偶联剂3份、二芳胺2份、位阻酚2份、改性硅树脂3份和异噻唑啉酮2份。

实施例三:

本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有高抗压缩性能的减震器油,具有较高的抗压缩性能,充分满足减震器要求。
