技术领域
本发明涉及对耐用型汽车内装饰板的改进。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,市场对汽车的要求越来越高,对汽车内饰件的质量和环保要求也越来越严格。车内的装饰材料化学成分多,造成车内空气质量差,影响了人们的健康;通常有水洒落在车辆内饰板上之后只有简单的擦拭,等待自然干燥,容易发霉,易脏,车辆在潮湿环境下长期停放也会造成内饰板发霉。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,便于加工、环保的耐用型汽车内装饰板。
本发明的耐用型汽车内装饰板,包括表层、第二层、第三层和底层,所述表层为真皮层,所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔,所述第二层包括麻纤维层,所述第三层为活性炭纤维层,所述底层包括涤纶纤维层;所述表层与第二层之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件;还包括孔套;所述孔套贯穿于表层、第二层、第三层、底层和防潮层;所述孔套的外壁对应表层、第二层、第三层、底层和防潮层之间的贴合面分别设有凸缘;所述凸缘夹紧固定于相应贴合面内。
进一步,所述第二层还包括棉纤维层。
进一步,所述底层还包括锦纶纤维层。
进一步,所述电热部件为电热丝网。
进一步,所述凸缘的厚度沿径向自内到外逐渐变小。
本发明中的内饰板采用活性炭纤维层进行吸附异味,净化室内空气,提高了空气的质量;采用麻纤维和涤纶纤维无毒、环保,成本低,能够适应市场的需求;内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干,利于保持干净整洁,防止发霉,孔套的内孔形成让位孔结构,利于排线,孔套安装结构稳定,不易损坏,使用寿命久。

如图所示:本实施例的耐用型汽车内装饰板,包括表层1、第二层2、第三层3和底层4,所述表层1为真皮层,所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔5,所述第二层2包括麻纤维层,所述第三层3为活性炭纤维层,所述底层4包括涤纶纤维层;所述表层1与第二层2之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板6和固化于环氧树脂板6内部的电热部件7;还包括孔套8;所述孔套8贯穿于表层1、第二层2、第三层3、底层4和防潮层;所述孔套8的外壁对应表层1、第二层2、第三层3、底层4和防潮层之间的贴合面分别设有凸缘9;所述凸缘9夹紧固定于相应贴合面内;所述第二层2还包括棉纤维层;所述底层4还包括锦纶纤维层;所述电热部件7为电热丝网;所述凸缘9的厚度沿径向自内到外逐渐变小。本发明中活性炭纤维层是一种新型多孔材料,质地柔软,透气轻盈,可以高效吸附周边的有毒气体,其吸附性能远高于竹炭、粒状活性炭。所述第二层2还包括棉纤维层,与麻纤维层形成混合层,吸湿性强。所述底层4还包括锦纶纤维层,与涤纶纤维层形成混合层;锦纶具有吸湿、耐磨的性能。本发明的加工过程为各纤维层按顺序放置,然后进行热压成型;内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干,利于保持干净整洁,防止发霉,孔套8的内孔形成让位孔结构,利于排线,孔套8安装结构稳定,不易损坏,使用寿命久。

1.一种耐用型汽车内装饰板,其特征在于,包括表层、第二层、第三层和底层,所述表层为真皮层,所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔,所述第二层包括麻纤维层,所述第三层为活性炭纤维层,所述底层包括涤纶纤维层;所述表层与第二层之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件;还包括孔套;所述孔套贯穿于表层、第二层、第三层、底层和防潮层;所述孔套的外壁对应表层、第二层、第三层、底层和防潮层之间的贴合面分别设有凸缘;所述凸缘夹紧固定于相应贴合面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用型汽车内装饰板,其特征在于,所述第二层还包括棉纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐用型汽车内装饰板,其特征在于,所述底层还包括锦纶纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐用型汽车内装饰板,其特征在于:所述电热部件为电热丝网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐用型汽车内装饰板,其特征在于:所述凸缘的厚度沿径向自内到外逐渐变小。
