本发明公开了一种立式注塑机测压仪,包含一测压系统,在所述的测压系统上固定设置一测压仪表盘,在所述的测压系统一端固定连接一注塑箱体,在所述的测压系统另一端固定连接一本体,在所述的本体上固定连接一旋钮开关;所述的测压系统内部由若干电路电极板构成;所述的旋钮开关表面带有防滑微型锯齿螺纹。由于本发明的立式注塑机测压仪利用在本体与注塑箱体之间设立一测压系统和测压仪表盘,当本体里物质流入注塑箱体时,途径的测压仪表盘能够记录下流量机流速,本体上的旋钮开关可以断开供应源,做到即刻中断,从而大大提高了测压准确度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种测压仪,更确切地说,是一种立式注塑机测压仪。
背景技术
立式注塑机测压仪在工业注塑业领域应用比较普及,传统测压仪在测试准确性上存在不足,不能即刻中断供应。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种即开即用即测的立式注塑机测压仪。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种立式注塑机测压仪,包含一测压系统,在所述的测压系统上固定设置一测压仪表盘,在所述的测压系统一端固定连接一注塑箱体,在所述的测压系统另一端固定连接一本体,在所述的本体上固定连接一旋钮开关。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的测压系统内部由若干电路电极板构成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的旋钮开关表面带有防滑微型锯齿螺纹。
由于本发明的立式注塑机测压仪利用在本体与注塑箱体之间设立一测压系统和测压仪表盘,当本体里物质流入注塑箱体时,途径的测压仪表盘能够记录下流量机流速,本体上的旋钮开关可以断开供应源,做到即刻中断,从而大大提高了测压准确度。

本发明提供了一种即开即用即测的立式注塑机测压仪。
如图1、图2所示,一种立式注塑机测压仪1,包含一测压系统41,在所述的测压系统41上固定设置一测压仪表盘42,在所述的测压系统41一端固定连接一注塑箱体5,在所述的测压系统41另一端固定连接一本体2,在所述的本体2上固定连接一旋钮开关3。
如图1、图2所示,所述的测压系统41内部由若干电路电极板构成。
如图1、图2所示,所述的旋钮开关3表面带有防滑微型锯齿螺纹。
该发明的立式注塑机测压仪利用在本体与注塑箱体之间设立一测压系统和测压仪表盘,当本体里物质流入注塑箱体时,途径的测压仪表盘能够记录下流量机流速,本体上的旋钮开关可以断开供应源,做到即刻中断,从而大大提高了测压准确度。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种立式注塑机测压仪(1),包含一测压系统(41),其特征在于,在所述的测压系统(41)上固定设置一测压仪表盘(42),在所述的测压系统(41)一端固定连接一注塑箱体(5),在所述的测压系统(41)另一端固定连接一本体(2),在所述的本体(2)上固定连接一旋钮开关(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式注塑机测压仪,其特征在于,所述的测压系统(41)内部由若干电路电极板构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立式注塑机测压仪,其特征在于,所述的旋钮开关(3)表面带有防滑微型锯齿螺纹。
