本发明公开了一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，其面板的四边上成型有截面呈竖折钩状的折边，折边的内侧壁上固定连接有‘回’字形的框架，框架和面板之间夹持有过滤网板，面板的一侧边成型有插口，过滤网板的一边插接在面板的插口内，面板上成型有若干道矩形的进风口，面板两侧的折边上成型有L型的限位卡件，移动盖板的两侧插接在限位卡件和面板之间，移动盖板抵靠在面板上，移动盖板上成型有若干道矩形的通气槽孔，通气槽孔与进风口相连通。本发明结构简单，能够阻挡大物件进入层流罩内，同时其防护板附带过滤网板，过滤网板方便安装和取下进行清理，从而方便层流罩的维护工作。

一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板
技术领域：
本发明涉及净化装置的技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板。
背景技术：
层流罩是将空气以一定地风速通过高效过滤器后，形成均流层，使洁净空气呈垂直单向流，从而保证了工作区内达到工艺要求的高洁净度。层流罩的安装方式主要分为两种，悬挂式安装和落地式安装。然而不管是悬挂式还是落地式的层流罩，层流罩的进风口一般都是设置在层流罩的顶部位置上，而且一般都会设置一层过滤网，起到初滤的效果。然而层流罩在不工作(或是长期搁置不工作)时，而层流罩的进风口设置在层流罩的顶部，难免会有一些灰层杂质堆积在进风口的过滤网上，甚至会造成过滤网上的部分虑孔堵塞，从而导致气流不能顺畅的通过该进风口进入到层流罩内部进行有效的过滤，所以需要经常拆卸层流罩的进风口结构，才能取下过滤网板进行清理，而经常拆卸层流罩的进风口结构又较为麻烦。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，其防护板附带过滤网板，过滤网板安装和取下进行清理，方便了层流罩的维护工作。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，包括矩形的面板，面板的四边上成型有截面呈竖折钩状的折边，折边的内侧壁上固定连接有‘回’字形的框架，框架和面板之间夹持有过滤网板，面板的一侧边成型有插口，过滤网板的一边插接在面板的插口内，面板上成型有若干道矩形的进风口，面板两侧的折边上成型有L型的限位卡件，移动盖板的两侧插接在限位卡件和面板之间，移动盖板抵靠在面板上，移动盖板上成型有若干道矩形的通气槽孔，通气槽孔与进风口相连通。
所述移动盖板的通气槽孔与面板上的进风口形状相同，通气槽孔均匀分布在移动盖板上，相邻通气槽孔之间的间距大于通气槽孔的宽度。
所述的限位卡件位于面板插口相邻的两折边上，限位卡件均匀分布在折边上，面板插口相对的折边上成型挡板，移动盖板抵靠在挡板上，移动盖板上成型有限位块，限位块只相邻限位卡件的距离等于移动盖板上通气槽孔的宽度。
所述面板的折边上成型有若干个安装孔，安装孔均匀分布在折边上，限位卡件分布在相邻安装孔之间的折边上。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1、它结构简单，能够阻挡大物件进入层流罩内，同时其防护板附带过滤网板，过滤网板方便安装和取下进行清理，从而方便层流罩的维护工作。
2、它设有盖板，盖板可以移动关闭防护板上的进风孔，从而在层流罩不工作时，能够减少灰尘在过滤网板上堆积。

实施例：见图1至3所示，一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，包括矩形的面板1，面板1的四边上成型有截面呈竖折钩状的折边11，折边11的内侧壁上固定连接有‘回’字形的框架2，框架2和面板1之间夹持有过滤网板3，面板1的一侧边成型有插口13，过滤网板3的一边插接在面板1的插口13内，面板1上成型有若干道矩形的进风口12，面板1两侧的折边11上成型有L型的限位卡件15，移动盖板4的两侧插接在限位卡件15和面板1之间，移动盖板4抵靠在面板1上，移动盖板4上成型有若干道矩形的通气槽孔41，通气槽孔41与进风口12相连通。
所述移动盖板4的通气槽孔41与面板1上的进风口12形状相同，通气槽孔41均匀分布在移动盖板4上，相邻通气槽孔41之间的间距大于通气槽孔41的宽度。
所述的限位卡件15位于面板1插口13相邻的两折边11上，限位卡件15均匀分布在折边11上，面板1插口13相对的折边11上成型挡板16，移动盖板4抵靠在挡板16上，移动盖板4上成型有限位块42，限位块42只相邻限位卡件15的距离等于移动盖板4上通气槽孔41的宽度。
所述面板1的折边11上成型有若干个安装孔14，安装孔14均匀分布在折边11上，限位卡件15分布在相邻安装孔14之间的折边11上。
工作原理：本发明为一种防护板，其安装在层流罩的进风口，阻隔大物件进入层流罩内，同时其防护板附带过滤网板3，过滤网板方便安装和取下进行清理，从而方便层流罩的维护工作；同时其防护板设有移动盖板4，通过移动移动盖板4实现面板1上进风口的闭合和开启，从而在层流罩不工作时，能够减少灰尘在过滤网板上堆积。

1.一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，包括矩形的面板(1)，面板(1)的四边上成型有截面呈竖折钩状的折边(11)，其特征在于：折边(11)的内侧壁上固定连接有‘回’字形的框架(2)，框架(2)和面板(1)之间夹持有过滤网板(3)，面板(1)的一侧边成型有插口(13)，过滤网板(3)的一边插接在面板(1)的插口(13)内，面板(1)上成型有若干道矩形的进风口(12)，面板(1)两侧的折边(11)上成型有L型的限位卡件(15)，移动盖板(4)的两侧插接在限位卡件(15)和面板(1)之间，移动盖板(4)抵靠在面板(1)上，移动盖板(4)上成型有若干道矩形的通气槽孔(41)，通气槽孔(41)与进风口(12)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，其特征在于：所述移动盖板(4)的通气槽孔(41)与面板(1)上的进风口(12)形状相同，通气槽孔(41)均匀分布在移动盖板(4)上，相邻通气槽孔(41)之间的间距大于通气槽孔(41)的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于层流罩进风口的防护板，其特征在于：所述的限位卡件(15)位于面板(1)插口(13)相邻的两折边(11)上，限位卡件(15)均匀分布在折边(11)上，面板(1)插口(13)相对的折边(11)上成型挡板(16)，移动盖板(4)抵靠在挡板(16)上，移动盖板(4)上成型有限位块(42)，限位块(42)只相邻限位卡件(15)的距离等于移动盖板(4)上通气槽孔(41)的宽度。
