步骤1 ：将地锦草、梓白皮和赤芍加十倍于药材质量的水煎煮二次，第一次 3小时，第二次 2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩成稠膏，即为本发明所述的地锦草提取物、梓白皮提取物和赤芍提取物；
步骤2 ：将45℃配比量的蒸馏水中按比例加入红没药醇、透明质酸钠、葡萄糖酸氯己定搅拌乳化均匀，得到混合液A；
步骤3 ：将混合液A中加入配比量的甘油、烟酰胺、棕榈酰五肽、棕榈酰寡肽和神经酰胺，得到混合液B;
步骤4 ：将混合液B中加入配比量的地锦草、梓白皮和赤芍提取后的稠膏，并搅拌至均匀后，得到一种祛除眼袋的组合物。
进一步的，所述步骤2中，搅拌时间为8-15分钟，搅拌速度为120-150转/分钟；所述步骤4 中，搅拌时间为15-20分钟，搅拌速度为80-90转/分钟。

步骤4：将混合液B中加入配比量的地锦草、梓白皮和赤芍提取后的稠膏，并搅拌至均匀后，得到一种祛除眼袋的组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛除眼袋的组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤2中，搅拌时间为8-15分钟，搅拌速度为120-150转/分钟；所述步骤4中，搅拌时间为15-20分钟，搅拌速度为80-90转/分钟。
