Abstract

一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,包括管体及接头,所述管体的末端与接头连接,管体内设有内管,内管外表面通过沿母线方向延伸的隔层与管体内表面连接,内管和隔层将管体的内腔分隔成互不连通的第一管腔和第二管腔;管体和内管的管壁中均分布有若干个气腔,所述气腔为中部厚、周边薄的扁平蝶形,气腔的厚度小于管体和内管的管壁的厚度;管体的前端连接有端头,管体靠近端头的管壁设有间隔分布的侧孔。本发明的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,管体和内管的管壁均设有间隔分布的气腔,从而能够使用超声显像技术对导管进行定位跟踪,避免医生和患者受X射线的有害影响,而且无需在管体内加入其它物质,结构简单。

超声显影的三腔鼻胃管
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,特别是涉及一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管。
背景技术
导管是疾病治疗中常用到的医疗器械,现有的导管多为塑料材质,但是塑料材质的导管在超声中的显像并不明显,因此,医院内仍然普遍采用X射线和CT。为了解决上述问题,行业内研发出一些能够改善超声显像的引流导管,例如在引流管内加入大量的无机填料,还有如公开号为CN201840755的实用新型专利B超可视引流导管,在导管管壁内包覆金属线。但是上述引流导管加工工艺较为复杂,而且加入金属条后,对导管的柔软性多少都会有影响,不便于插入人体。而已知的,在金属制的穿刺针上,由于可以在针体表面设置凹孔或者是蚀纹,因此能够清晰的通过超声波进行显像,如公开号为CN101227862的发明专利超声波用穿刺针以及公开号为CN101040790的发明专利穿刺针,但是,目前行业内还没有出现将该种结构应用到软质的引流导管及介入导管上的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管。
本发明的技术方案是:一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,包括管体及接头,所述管体的末端与接头连接,管体内设有内管,内管外表面通过沿母线方向延伸的隔层与管体内表面连接,内管和隔层将管体的内腔分隔成互不连通的第一管腔和第二管腔;管体和内管的管壁中均分布有若干个气腔,所述气腔为中部厚、周边薄的扁平蝶形,气腔的厚度小于管体和内管的管壁的厚度;管体的前端连接有端头,管体靠近端头的管壁设有间隔分布的侧孔。
优选的,所述气腔沿管体和内管的厚度方向呈单层分布。
优选的,所述气腔分布在管体和内管的同一横截面上。
优选的,所述气腔间隔分布在管体和内管的不同横截面上。
优选的,所述管体和内管为同心设置的两个圆管,第一管腔和第二管腔为横截面相同的扇形腔。
优选的,所述端头设有通孔,内管的内管管腔与通孔连通。
优选的,所述端头设有若干个气腔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,管体和内管的管壁均设有间隔分布的气腔,从而能够使用超声显像技术对导管进行定位跟踪,避免医生和患者受X射线的有害影响,而且无需在管体内加入其它物质,结构简单。

具体实施方式
实施例一:参见图1-3,一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,包括管体1及接头2,管体1的末端与接头2连接,管体1内设有内管3,内管3的外表面通过沿母线方向延伸的隔层8与管体1的内表面连接,内管3和隔层8将管体1的内腔分隔成互不连通的第一管腔4和第二管腔5,管体1和内管3为同心设置的两个圆管,第一管腔4和第二管腔5为横截面相同的扇形腔。管体1和内管3的管壁中均分布有若干个气腔6,气腔6为中部厚、周边薄的扁平蝶形,气腔6的厚度小于管体1和内管3的管壁的厚度,气腔沿管体和内管的管壁的厚度方向呈单层分布,气腔6分布在管体1和内管3的同一横截面上。管体1的前端连接有端头7,管体1靠近端头7的管壁设有间隔分布的侧孔11。端头7设有通孔71,内管3的内管管腔31与通孔71连通,端头7设有若干个气腔6。
管体1和内管3的管壁均设有间隔分布的气腔6,端头7设有若干个气腔6,从而能够使用超声显像技术对导管进行定位跟踪;气腔6分布在管体1和内管3的同一横截面上,增强导管的超声显像效果;蝶形气腔的厚度小,显影面积大,不需要在管壁厚度方向设置多层气腔,就能达到很好的显影效果,这样就能最大程度的降低管壁更薄,从而减小管径,管径越小,在医护人员操作时候就越能减轻患者的穿管痛苦。
实施例二:参见图4-6,实施例二与实施例一基本相同,相同之处不再赘述,不同之处是:气腔6间隔分布在管体1和内管3的不同横截面上,降低设置气腔6对管体1和内管3强度的影响,同时,由于气腔6间隔分布在管体1和内管3的不同横截面上,所以气腔6在导管上的分布更加均匀,超声显像中气腔6的影像更加连续,有利于观察导管在患者体内的运动情况。

1.一种超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,包括管体及接头,所述管体的末端与接头连接,其特征在于,管体内设有内管,内管外表面通过沿母线方向延伸的隔层与管体内表面连接,内管和隔层将管体的内腔分隔成互不连通的第一管腔和第二管腔;管体和内管的管壁中均分布有若干个气腔,所述气腔为中部厚、周边薄的扁平蝶形,气腔的厚度小于管体和内管的管壁的厚度;管体的前端连接有端头,管体靠近端头的管壁设有间隔分布的侧孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述气腔沿管体和内管的厚度方向呈单层分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述气腔分布在管体和内管的同一横截面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述气腔间隔分布在管体和内管的不同横截面上。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述管体和内管为同心设置的两个圆管,第一管腔和第二管腔为横截面相同的扇形腔。
6.根据权利要求4或5任一项所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述端头设有通孔,内管的内管管腔与通孔连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的超声显影的三腔鼻胃管,其特征在于,所述端头设有若干个气腔。
