本发明公开了一种剥虾器，属于生活用品领域。该剥虾器，包括虾头固定器、虾钳的固定器和虾身剥离器，所述的虾身剥离器包括底板、翻板、支架，底板表面的立方体长条上有摁压刀片，翻板上有均可以上下滑动的上刀片、下刀片和位于上刀片正下方可以上下滑动的钢线，支架固定在底板上，翻板与支架为活动链接，底板与虾头固定器为活动链接。本发明提供的技术方案是将大大提高剥虾的速度节约劳动成本，虾的利器是虾钳，手动剥虾容易受伤，剥虾神器可以首先固定虾钳保证安全，本发明的剥虾神器体积较小方便饭店、家庭等场所使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房工具领域，特别是一种剥虾器。
背景技术
现在人们剥虾通常是利用手工剥虾，但虾的利器是虾钳，手动剥虾容易受伤，长时间手工剥虾会导致手部肌肉酸痛，尤其是长期从事剥虾工作的人，长期工作更加会导致身体上不适，而且现在劳动力成本越来越高，但由于人喜爱吃虾，需要手工剥虾的人越来越多，因此大量雇用人会增加劳动成本。虽然现在市场出现的剥虾工具但需要人手工操作因此存在伤手的安全隐患，更重要的是人不能解决当剥虾的数量变多时手会酸痛的问题。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于，为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种剥虾器可以防止手指和手腕在剥虾时处于固定的姿势和反复重复一种动作，操作者手动剥虾时，通常用一只手的大拇指和食指夹住虾的头部，用另外一只手剥掉虾尾上的虾壳，当使用该剥虾神器时，借助其剥虾神器的功能使双手放松，减少肌肉的紧张程度，也可以提供剥虾的速度。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种剥虾器，包括虾头固定器、虾钳固定器和虾身剥离器，虾身剥离器包括底板、翻板、支架，底板表面的立方体长条上有摁压刀片，翻板上有均可以上下滑动的上刀片、下刀片、虾身压板和位于上刀片正下方可以上下滑动的钢线，底板从上往下是逐渐升高的，支架固定在底板上，翻板与支架为活动链接，翻板可以围绕活动链接一百八十度旋转，底板与虾头固定器为活动链接，底板与虾头固定器可以折合。
虾头固定器的表面有夹虾头带，夹虾头带是富有弹性的陶瓷纤维布、橡胶等材质，夹虾头带有弹性能拉伸可以解决虾头大小不一的问题
虾钳固定器夹虾钳板翻盖能翻动，使虾钳固定器夹虾钳板翻盖的扣钉可以与夹虾钳板上的小孔咬合固定。
虾头固定器与虾钳固定器为固定链接。
发明的有益效果是该剥虾器的有益效果主要表现在：本发明提供的技术方案是借助剥虾器的剥虾技艺剥虾，取代纯手工操作，提高剥虾速度，减少安全隐患，大大降低劳动成本，这种剥虾器即可剥活虾也可以剥烹调好的活虾，使用该剥虾器，即使是在饭桌上剥虾也动作优美得体，非常适合一些爱美的女士，本发明所要求保护的剥虾器体积较小可折叠，方便携带。

具体实施方式
如图所示的一种剥虾器，包括虾头固定器、虾钳固定器和虾身剥离器，虾身剥离器包括底板18、翻板13、支架9，底板18表面的立方体长条17上有摁压刀片15，翻板13上有均可以上下滑动的上刀片10、下刀片12、虾身压板14和位于上刀片10正下方可以上下滑动的钢线11，底板18从上往下是逐渐升高的，支架9固定在底板18上，翻板13与支架9为活动链接，翻板可以围绕活动链接一百八十度旋转，底板18与虾头固定器为活动链接8，底板18与虾头固定器可以折合。
虾头固定器的表面有夹虾头带7，夹虾头带7是富有弹性的陶瓷纤维布、橡胶等材质。
虾钳固定器的夹虾钳板左翻盖3、夹虾钳板右翻盖4能翻动，使虾钳固定器的夹虾钳板左翻盖2、夹虾钳板右翻盖4的扣钉6可以与夹虾钳左板1、夹虾钳右板2上的小孔5咬合固定。
虾头固定器与虾钳固定器为固定链接。
虾头固定器表面的夹虾头带7是由富有弹性的材质做成，可以用于固定大小不一的虾头，虾钳固定器由夹虾钳板左翻盖3、夹虾钳板右翻盖4和夹虾钳左板1、夹虾钳右板2组成，翻动虾钳固定器的夹虾板左翻盖3、夹虾板右翻盖4，使夹虾钳板左翻盖3、夹虾板右翻盖4的扣钉6可以与夹虾钳左板1、夹虾钳右板2上的小孔5咬合固定。在固定虾时先让虾头穿过夹虾头带7，再把虾钳放在夹虾钳左板1、夹虾钳右板2上，然后翻动夹虾钳板左翻盖3、夹虾钳板右翻盖4，使夹虾板左翻盖3、夹虾钳板右翻盖4的扣钉6可以与夹虾钳左板1、夹虾钳右板2上的小孔6咬合固定虾钳。
虾身穿过支架置于底板18上，底板18从上往下是逐渐升高是虾身的背部在同一水平线上，再手动向下按压底板18，虾身压板14固定虾身，同时调整上刀片10和下刀片12位置使其切割固定虾身一头一尾，然后用另一只手摁压底板18表面的立方体长条17的摁压器16推出摁压刀片15切割虾身左右两侧，最后沿上刀片10的切痕和摁压刀片15切痕滑动钢线11实现虾肉与虾壳分离。

Claims (4)

1.一种剥虾器，包括虾头固定器、虾钳固定器和虾身剥离器，其特征在于：所述的虾身剥离器包括底板（18）、翻板（13）、支架（9），底板（18）表面的立方体长条（17）上有摁压刀片（15），翻板（13）上有均可以上下滑动的上刀片（10）、下刀片（12）、虾身压板（14）和位于上刀片（10）正下方可以上下滑动的钢线（11），底板（18）从上往下是逐渐升高的，支架（9）固定在底板（18）上，翻板（13）与支架（9）为活动链接，翻板可以围绕活动链接一百八十度旋转，底板（18）与虾头固定器为活动链接（8），底板（18）与虾头固定器可以折合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种剥虾器，其特征在于：虾头固定器的表面有夹虾头带（7），夹虾头带（7）是富有弹性的陶瓷纤维布、橡胶等材质。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种剥虾器，其特征在于：虾钳固定器的夹虾钳板左翻盖（3）、夹虾钳板右翻盖（4）能翻动，使虾钳固定器的夹虾钳板左翻盖（2）、夹虾钳板右翻盖（4）的扣钉（6）可以与夹虾钳左板（1）、夹虾钳右板（2）上的小孔（5）咬合固定。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种剥虾器，其特征在于：虾头固定器与虾钳固定器为固定链接。
