Abstract
一种提高频谱利用率的方法及装置。方法包括:第一小区的基站获取第二小区的节能状态信息,其中,所述第一小区与第二小区为相邻的异系统小区,且所述第一小区的频段与所述第二小区的频段之间存在交叠的部分,该交叠的部分为交叠频谱;第一小区的基站根据所述第二小区的节能状态信息判断所述第二小区是否处于节能状态;当所述第二小区处于节能状态时,所述第一小区的基站采用所述交叠频谱进行数据传输。该方法和装置提高了频谱利用率,减少了UE耗电和空口资源浪费的问题。
