Abstract
本发明公开一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,包括聚乙烯树脂、光稳定剂、钛酸钾、仿生抗虫剂以及保温剂,所述光稳定剂为四正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,所述仿生抗冲击为拟除虫菊酯,所述保温剂为滑石粉。通过上述方式,本发明使制得的抗虫棚膜具有杀虫性能强、药效维持旧、生产成本低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料配方领域,尤其涉及一种农用抗虫棚膜配方。
背景技术
棚膜表面经常聚集较多的害虫,对棚内作物造成危害,棚膜部位害虫较难杀灭,严重降低作物产量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,使制得的抗虫棚膜具有杀虫性能强、药效维持旧、生产成本低等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,包括聚乙烯树脂、光稳定剂、钛酸钾、仿生抗虫剂以及保温剂,所述光稳定剂为四正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,所述仿生抗冲击为拟除虫菊酯,所述保温剂为滑石粉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述农用抗虫棚膜配方各成分质量份配比为聚乙烯树脂占68%~73%,光稳定剂占1%~2%,钛酸钾占4%~6%,仿生抗虫剂占16%~25%,保温剂占2%~3%。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,使制得的抗虫棚膜具有杀虫性能强、药效维持旧、生产成本低等特点。

一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,包括聚乙烯树脂、光稳定剂、钛酸钾、仿生抗虫剂以及保温剂,所述光稳定剂为四正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,所述仿生抗冲击为拟除虫菊酯,所述保温剂为滑石粉。
其中,所述农用抗虫棚膜配方各成分质量份配比为聚乙烯树脂占68%~73%,光稳定剂占1%~2%,钛酸钾占4%~6%,仿生抗虫剂占16%~25%,保温剂占2%~3%。通过上述方式,提高棚膜的抗虫性能。
进一步的,所述农用抗虫棚膜配方各成分质量份配比为聚乙烯树脂占68%~73%,光稳定剂占5%~7%,钛酸钾占4%~6%,仿生抗虫剂占11%~21%,保温剂占2%~3%。通过上述方式,降低了生产成本。
根据不同需求可按照不同比例进行调试,从而达到不同的使用效果。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,使制得的抗虫棚膜具有杀虫性能强、药效维持旧、生产成本低等特点。

1.一种农用抗虫棚膜配方,其特征在于,包括聚乙烯树脂、光稳定剂、钛酸钾、仿生抗虫剂以及保温剂,所述光稳定剂为四正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍,所述仿生抗冲击为拟除虫菊酯,所述保温剂为滑石粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用抗虫棚膜配方,其特征在于,所述农用抗虫棚膜配方各成分质量份配比为聚乙烯树脂占68%~73%,光稳定剂占1%~2%,钛酸钾占4%~6%,仿生抗虫剂占16%~25%,保温剂占2%~3%。
