技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料制品,例如汽车的轮胎罩,在轮胎罩的侧面制有装配用的安装孔,在轮胎罩注塑成型后,需要对安装孔抽芯后才能脱出。传统技术采用一般油缸抽芯,在模具的型芯中钻斜孔,斜孔中设置抽芯杆,抽芯杆的头部与安装孔相配合,抽芯杆的尾部连接斜抽油缸,但由于轮胎罩呈拱形,因此模具的型芯部分很厚,所以抽芯杆也很长,抽芯杆长后精度低,容易导致偏心,造成抽芯杆抽芯和复位不到位,容易发生事故,影响生产效率。并且在型芯中钻斜孔加工难度大,再在型芯外安装油缸,增加模具的体积,需要大型注塑机才能放下整个模具,增加成本投资。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用悬挂式机械抽芯,无需钻孔和油缸,结构紧凑,加工方便的注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构。
本发明注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构的技术方案是:包括模具的型芯固定板,型芯固定板上设置拱形型芯,其特征在于所述的拱形型芯的侧壁上设置滑块座,所述的滑块座包括上短板和下长板,上短板与下长板的一侧由侧竖板相连接,在上短板和下长板的内侧面上各设置凸条,滑块座中设置抽芯块,抽芯块的前端设置抽芯头,抽芯头与轮胎罩的安装孔相配合,抽芯块的上顶面和下底面各设置凹槽,凹槽与凸条相配合,抽芯块露出上短板的外侧中设置斜导口,斜导口中设置斜导块,斜导块连接模具的型腔部分。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,抽芯时,首先由注塑机动力带动型芯固定板和型芯向下运行,与模具的型腔部分开模,在开模过程中,由于斜导块连接在模具的型腔部分上,因此,斜导块不动,通过斜导口带动抽芯块在滑块座的凸条上作抽芯动作,将抽芯头从轮胎罩的安装孔中抽出,模具继续开模至结束,然后由人工取出或模具的顶出机构将轮胎罩顶出模具外即可。本方案在拱形型芯的侧壁上设置滑块座,滑块座中设置抽芯块,从外型上看去,滑块座和抽芯块就像悬挂在拱形型芯上一样,即悬挂式,整个抽芯动作随开模过程完成,动作稳定、顺畅,抽芯头短,抽芯精度高,且无需外置油缸,既减小模具体积,又节省成本,同时提高生产效率。
本发明的注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,所述的拱形型芯的侧壁上设置固定槽,滑块座安装在固定槽中,并由螺钉相固定。有了固定槽,便于滑块座安装,螺钉固定牢靠所述的侧竖板的内侧壁上安装弹性限位块,弹性限位块上设置限位条,抽芯块的内侧壁上设置限位槽,抽芯后限位条与限位槽相配合。当抽芯块抽芯后,抽芯块上的限位槽刚好退到弹性限位块的限位条上,两者相配合,对抽芯块起限位作用,防止抽芯块抽芯时滑动过度与其它模具部件发生碰撞。复位时,由于弹性限位块本身有一定的弹性,(在实际加工中,也可在弹性限位块中设置弹簧),在复位推力作用下,克服弹性,顺利复位。所述的下长板上设置凹坑,斜导块伸入凹坑中,更利于斜导块抽芯。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,如图1—图6所示,包括模具的型芯固定板1,型芯固定板上设置拱形型芯2,所述的拱形型芯2的侧壁上设置滑块座3,所述的滑块座3包括上短板31和下长板32,上短板31与下长板32的一侧由侧竖板33相连接,在上短板31和下长板32的内侧面上各设置凸条4,滑块座3中设置抽芯块5,抽芯块5的前端设置抽芯头6,抽芯头6与轮胎罩的安装孔相配合,抽芯块5的上顶面和下底面各设置凹槽7,凹槽7与凸条4相配合,抽芯块5露出上短板31的外侧中设置斜导口8,斜导口8中设置斜导块9,斜导块9连接模具的型腔部分。抽芯时,首先由注塑机动力带动型芯固定板1和型芯2向下运行,与模具的型腔部分开模,在开模过程中,由于斜导块9连接在模具的型腔部分上,因此,斜导块9不动,通过斜导口8带动抽芯块5在滑块座3的凸条4上作抽芯动作,将抽芯头6从轮胎罩的安装孔中抽出,模具继续开模至结束,然后由人工取出或模具的顶出机构将轮胎罩顶出模具外即可。本方案在拱形型芯2的侧壁上设置滑块座3,滑块座3中设置抽芯块5,从外型上看去,滑块座3和抽芯块5就像悬挂在拱形型芯2上一样,即悬挂式,整个抽芯动作随开模过程完成,动作稳定、顺畅,抽芯头短,抽芯精度高,且无需外置油缸,既减小模具体积,又节省成本,同时提高生产效率。所述的拱形型芯2的侧壁上设置固定槽10,滑块座3安装在固定槽10中,并由螺钉11相固定。有了固定槽,便于滑块座安装,螺钉固定牢靠所述的侧竖板33的内侧壁上安装弹性限位块12,弹性限位块12上设置限位条13,抽芯块5的内侧壁上设置限位槽14,抽芯后限位条13与限位槽14相配合。当抽芯块抽芯后,抽芯块上的限位槽14刚好退到弹性限位块的限位条13上,两者相配合,对抽芯块5起限位作用,防止抽芯块抽芯时滑动过度与其它模具部件发生碰撞。复位时,由于弹性限位块12本身有一定的弹性,(在实际加工中,也可在弹性限位块中设置弹簧),在复位推力作用下,克服弹性,顺利复位。所述的下长板32上设置凹坑15,斜导块9伸入凹坑15中,更利于斜导块抽芯。

1.注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,包括模具的型芯固定板(1),型芯固定板上设置拱形型芯(2),所述的拱形型芯(2)的侧壁上设置滑块座(3),所述的滑块座(3)包括上短板(31)和下长板(32),上短板(31)与下长板(32)的一侧由侧竖板(33)相连接,在上短板(31)和下长板(32)的内侧面上各设置凸条(4),滑块座(3)中设置抽芯块(5),抽芯块(5)的前端设置抽芯头(6),抽芯头(6)与轮胎罩的安装孔相配合,抽芯块(5)的上顶面和下底面各设置凹槽(7),凹槽(7)与凸条(4)相配合,抽芯块(5)露出上短板(31)的外侧中设置斜导口(8),斜导口(8)中设置斜导块(9),斜导块(9)连接模具的型腔部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的拱形型芯(2)的侧壁上设置固定槽(10),滑块座(3)安装在固定槽(10)中,并由螺钉(11)相固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的侧竖板(33)的内侧壁上安装弹性限位块(12),弹性限位块(12)上设置限位条(13),抽芯块(5)的内侧壁上设置限位槽(14),抽芯后限位条(13)与限位槽(14)相配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具悬挂式滑块抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的下长板(32)上设置凹坑(15),斜导块(9)伸入凹坑(15)中。
