本发明涉及一种拖把头自动组装机包括机箱，在机箱的左侧设置棉条铆合装置，在棉条铆合装置上方设有控制柜，控制柜设有可编程控制器（PLC），在机箱的右侧设置棉条输送装置，在棉条输送装置后面设置棉条切断装置，在棉条输送装置右侧下方设有成品出口，成品出口下方设有成品输送装置，本发明突破了以往人工操作的生产模式，成倍的提高了生产效率，节省了大量的劳动力。

本发明涉及自动化机械领域，尤其涉及一种拖把头自动组装机。
背景技术
生产拖把一般都是把棉条或布条按一定的长度栽剪好，在栽剪好的棉条或布条中间位置用拖把头的上模和下模进行铆合，就完成了拖把头的组装工作，一般都是由人工来完成组装操作工作，工作效率低，劳动强度大，重复工作使人非常疲劳，由于操作疲劳或疏忽容易产生安全事故造成不必要的损失，而且需要大量劳动力，在现代社会用工难的问题尤为突出，而采用自动化机械生产线代替人进行工作，可减少人力，提高劳动生产率，现有的拖把头组装设备结构复杂，价格高，而且在结构方面不能满足自动生产线的要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单，稳定性能好，准确率高，生产效率高的拖把头自动组装机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种拖把头自动组装机包括机箱，在机箱的左侧设置棉条铆合装置，在棉条铆合装置上方设有控制柜，控制柜设有可编程控制器（PLC），在机箱的右侧设置棉条输送装置，在棉条输送装置后面设置棉条切断装置，在棉条输送装置右侧下方设有成品出口，成品出口下方设有成品输送装置。
所述棉条铆合装置设有棉条导流定位架；
所述棉条输送装置设有气动夹具。
所述棉条铆合装置、棉条输送装置、棉条切断装置和成品输送装置通过可编程中央处理器（PLC）联机成自动流水线作业，所有动作由可编程控制器（PLC）控制。
本发明所提供的有益效果是：本发明通过可编程控制器（PLC）控制，棉条通过棉条导流定位架，经铆合装置铆合以后，由棉条输送装置的气动抓爪自动抓取棉条移动，再经棉条切断装置完成自动切断，最后由棉条输送装置输送到包装工位包装完成了整个拖把头的组装工作，突破了以往人工操作的生产模式，成倍的提高了生产效率，节省了大量的劳动力。

参见图1，一种拖把头自动组装机包括机箱1，一种拖把头自动组装机包括机箱1，在机箱1的左侧设置棉条铆合装置，在棉条铆合装置上方设有控制柜7，控制柜7设有可编程控制器（PLC），在机箱1的右侧设置棉条输送装置3，在棉条输送装置3后面设置棉条切断装置4，在棉条输送装置3右侧下方设有成品出口5，成品出口5下方设有成品输送装置6，所述棉条铆合装置2设有棉条导流定位架21，所述棉条输送装置设有气动夹具31，所述棉条铆合装置2、棉条输送装置3、棉条切断装置4和成品输送装置6通过可编程中央处理器（PLC）联机成自动流水线作业，所有动作由可编程控制器（PLC）控制，本发明突破了以往人工操作的生产模式，成倍的提高了生产效率，节省了大量的劳动力。

1.一种拖把头自动组装机，包括机箱，其特征是：在机箱的左侧设置棉条铆合装置，在棉条铆合装置上方设有控制柜，控制柜设有可编程控制器（PLC），在机箱的右侧设置棉条输送装置，在棉条输送装置后面设置棉条切断装置，在棉条输送装置右侧下方设有成品出口，成品出口下方设有成品输送装置。
2.如权利要求1所述拖把头自动组装机，其特征是：所述棉条铆合装置设有棉条导流定位架。
3.如权利要求1所述拖把头自动组装机，其特征是：所述棉条输送装置设有气动夹具。
4.如权利要求1所述拖把头自动组装机，其特征是：所述棉条铆合装置、棉条输送装置、棉条切断装置和成品输送装置通过可编程中央处理器（PLC）联机成自动流水线作业，所有动作由可编程控制器（PLC）控制。
