本发明公开了一种双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,包括磨料层和基层,所述磨料层的下表面与基层的上表面相粘接且磨料层的直径等于基层的直径,所述磨料层为氧化物系或碳化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块,所述基层为树脂结合剂磨块或铝合金板或电木板,在磨料层上设有圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽,本发明充分利用陶瓷砂轮和树脂砂轮各自的优点,将二者合理结合而形成了复合型平行砂轮,同时磨料层上设置圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽将磨料层所受应力充分释放,从而实现了一种重负荷量、磨削锋利、无污染的适于安装在现有双端面磨床上的陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮。

技术领域
本发明属于双端面磨床技术领域,特别涉及一种双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮。
背景技术
双端面磨床是加工活塞环和轴承的关键设备,用于对活塞环或轴承的粗加工和精加工,它的质量直接关系到活塞环或轴承磨削的精度和合格率,目前活塞环或轴承双端面磨床所使用的砂轮因受到与磨床的连接方式和重负荷的条件限制,普遍采用树脂砂轮。树脂砂轮具有重负荷量的优点,但是其容易受磨削液的限制,在磨削过程中砂轮的磨削性能容易发生改变不稳定,而且还会产生甲醛等有害气体对现场操作人员的身体造成伤害,同时磨削过程中也会产生较难处理的苯酚等废液对环境造成严重污染。
陶瓷结合剂砂轮具有磨削锋利、耐腐蚀、硬度高、热膨胀量小、磨削液易于回收利用等优点对环境无污染,克服了树脂砂轮磨削过程中产生有害气体和废液的缺点。但是陶瓷结合剂砂轮在制备过程中温度较高,无法在其本体上设置用于安装的金属螺纹孔而无法安装在现有双端面磨床上。
发明内容
本发明是为解决活塞环或轴承双端面磨削过程中陶瓷砂轮或者树脂砂轮容易产生上述问题而提出了一种双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮。本发明为解决上述问题所采取的技术方案是: 一种双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,包括磨料层和基层,所述磨料层的下表面与基层的上表面相粘接且磨料层的直径等于基层的直径,所述磨料层为氧化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块或碳化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块,所述基层为树脂结合剂磨块或铝合金板或电木板。
进一步,所述磨料层的厚度大于基层的厚度。
进一步,所述磨料层的中心和基层的中心均设有直径相同的中心孔。
进一步,所述基层的下表面上设置有多个金属螺纹孔。
进一步,在磨料层上设有圆环形应力槽和/或多个径向应力槽,所述圆环形应力槽的圆心与磨料层的圆心重合,所述多个径向应力槽沿磨料层圆周均匀分布。
进一步,在磨料层上设有圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽,所述径向应力槽位于圆环形应力槽的外侧或所述径向应力槽将磨料层的内边缘和外边缘贯穿。
进一步,所述圆环形应力槽的深度和径向应力槽的深度等于磨料层的厚度。
本发明充分利用陶瓷砂轮和树脂砂轮各自的优点,将二者合理结合而形成了复合型平行砂轮,同时在磨料层上设置圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽将磨料层所受应力充分释放,从而实现了一种重负荷量、磨削锋利、无污染的适于安装在现有双端面磨床上的陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步描述。
如图3和图4所示,本复合型平行砂轮8,包括磨料层1和基层3,所述磨料层1的下表面与基层3的上表面使用环氧树脂AB胶进行粘接且磨料层1的直径等于基层3的直径,所述磨料层1的厚度大于基层3的厚度,所述磨料层1的中心和基层3的中心均设有用于注入水进行降温的中心孔2;如图1所示,所述基层3的下表面上设置有用于安装的多个金属螺纹孔4;如图2所示,在磨料层1上设有圆环形应力槽6和多个径向应力槽5,所述径向应力槽5位于圆环形应力槽6的外侧且围绕圆环形应力槽6的圆周均匀分布,所述径向应力槽5的一端与环形应力槽6相连通,径向应力槽5的另一端与磨料层1的外边缘相连通,或所述径向应力槽5将磨料层1的内边缘和外边缘贯穿,所述圆环形应力槽6的深度和径向应力槽5的深度等于磨料层1的厚度;所述磨料层1为氧化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块或碳化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块,所述基层3为树脂结合剂磨块或铝合金板或电木板。
如图4所示,本复合型平行砂轮8在使用时,将双端面磨床7安装砂轮的螺栓旋入本复合型平行砂轮8的金属螺纹孔4内进行定位安装,根据活塞环或轴承的尺寸适当选择两个复合型平行砂轮8之间的距离,调整完毕后,启动活塞环双端面磨床的开关使复合型平行砂轮8转动,活塞环或轴承从两个复合型平行砂轮8之间穿过从而对其进行双端面磨削。
本发明充分利用陶瓷砂轮和树脂砂轮各自的优点,将二者合理结合而形成了复合型平行砂轮,同时在磨料层上设置圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽将磨料层所受应力充分释放,从而实现了一种重负荷量、磨削锋利、无污染的适于安装在现有双端面磨床上的陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮。
本实施例并非对本发明的形状、材料、结构等作任何形式上的限制,如基层材料、磨料层材料或者环氧树脂AB胶的等效变化,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

1.一种双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,其特征在于,包括磨料层和基层,所述磨料层的下表面与基层的上表面相粘接且磨料层的直径等于基层的直径,所述磨料层为氧化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块或碳化物系陶瓷结合剂磨块,所述基层为树脂结合剂磨块或铝合金板或电木板;在磨料层上设有圆环形应力槽和/或多个径向应力槽,所述圆环形应力槽的圆心与磨料层的圆心重合,所述多个径向应力槽沿磨料层圆周均匀分布;所述磨料层的中心和基层 的中心均设有用于注入水进行降温的直径相同的中心孔;所述基层的下表面上设置有多个金属螺纹孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,其特征在于,所述磨料层的厚度大于基层的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,其特征在于,在磨料层上设有圆环形应力槽和多个径向应力槽,所述径向应力槽位于圆环形应力槽的外侧或所述径向应力槽将磨料层的内边缘和外边缘贯穿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双端面磨用陶瓷结合剂复合型平行砂轮,其特征在于,所述圆环形应力槽的深度和径向应力槽的深度等于磨料层的厚度。
