本发明涉及一种治疗慢性肺炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
肺炎是指终末气道、肺泡和肺间质的炎症。可由细菌、病毒、真菌、寄生虫等致病微生物，以及放射线、吸入性异物等理化因素引起。临床主要症状为发热、咳嗽、咳痰、痰中带血，可伴胸痛或呼吸困难等。幼儿性肺炎，症状常不明显，可有轻微咳嗽。按中医的说法，即津液枯燥的阳症或阳虚症：咳嗽，体力虚弱，胸中烦闷，口渴，呼吸迫促等症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性肺炎的中药组合物。
本发明是由穿心莲、粳米、鸡内金、大青叶、甘草和杏仁六种中药饮片组成，其中，穿心莲12-18克，粳米17-23克，鸡内金7-13克，大青叶7-13克，甘草7-13克，杏仁7-13克，石膏17-23克。以上诸药共用水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚二次服用，7日为一疗程，服药期间禁忌腥辣。
穿心莲甘、微苦，微寒，归心、肺、胃经，养阴生津，润肺清心；适于内热扰心之证，温病邪热入营，身热夜甚，烦躁不安等症，还适合热伤气阴，心烦口渴，汗出体倦者，心阴不足，心烦不眠，舌红少苔者；用于肺燥干咳，虚痨咳嗽，津伤口渴，心烦失眠，内热消渴，肠燥便秘，咽白喉。味甘，性平。粳米能益脾胃，除烦渴，能提高人体免疫功能，促进血液循环。鸡内金性平、味甘、微苦，微温；归脾、肺经；功效：大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津止渴，安神益智；主治：劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸。大青叶在中国药用历史悠久，其中含有大量的黄酮、内酯、多糖、叶绿素、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素等营养素，大青叶黄酮具有良好的抗自由基能力，能有效调节人体血脂，并具有消炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、提高免疫力的作用。甘草的功效有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药，西医药理发现，甘草剂有抗炎和抗变态反映的功能，因此在西医临床上主要作为缓和剂，缓解咳嗽，祛痰，治疗咽痛喉炎。苦杏仁中含有苦杏仁苷，苦杏仁苷在体内能被肠道微生物酶或苦杏仁本身所含的苦杏仁酶水解，产生微量的氢氰酸与苯甲醛，对呼吸中枢有抑制作用，达到镇咳、平喘作用。本发明中药配方的优点是：集穿心莲、粳米、鸡内金、大青叶、甘草和杏仁六种中药饮片之功效于一体，互补互利，相互作用，进一步调和及改善各方之功效，使之具有治疗发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、恢复疲劳等功能，同时原料成本低，取材容易，治疗效果好和毒副作用较小，具有较高的临床应用价值和市场推广价值。
具体实施方式
取鸡内金、大青叶、甘草和杏仁各10克，穿心莲15克和粳米20克，以上诸药共用水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚二次服用，7日为一疗程，服药期间禁忌腥辣。
