本发明公开了一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材和旅行箱包,包括塑料制成的板材本体和设置于板材本体表面的网状面料,其特征在于:所述网状面料中沿其长度方向织有一排化纤丝,所述每根化纤丝均成波浪状织入网状面料中,所述化纤丝经过真空镀膜处理。本发明提供了一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,以及采用该板材制作的旅行箱包,其强度更高、外观更美观、生产成本低。

一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材和旅行箱包
技术领域
本发明属于箱包领域,尤其涉及一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,以及采用该板材制作的旅行箱包。
背景技术
箱包作为人们必不可少的一种生活用品。目前人们仍在不停的开发和实验各种材料来制作箱包,轻质、强度高、美观的箱包是目前新型箱包改革的重点。轻质的箱包可以使人们出门旅行更方便、更舒适,可以改善人们的生活,减少旅途的疲惫感,可以方便携带更多的物品,增加旅途的便利。然而,真正可以用来制造轻质箱包壳体的材料并不多见。塑料是强度比较高的材料,成型性也相当好,人们通常选择大量的热塑性材料来制造箱包,如EVA,ABS,PC等。
一种由塑料板材和纺织布料复合而成的新型板材,越来越受到大家的喜爱,其使箱包的重量更轻,抗冲击性能更好。但是箱包的美观,也是人们考虑的一个重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,以及采用该板材制作的旅行箱包,其强度更高、外观更美观、生产成本低、便于清洁。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,包括塑料制成的板材本体和设置于板材本体表面的网状面料,其特征在于:所述网状面料中沿其长度方向织有一排化纤丝,所述每根化纤丝均成波浪状织入网状面料中,所述化纤丝经过真空镀膜处理;所述网状面料的表面还设置一层透明塑料膜。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述板材本体、网状面料、透明塑料膜通过热压复合而成。
一种旅行箱包,由上述板材制成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过压塑在板材本体上设置网状面料,压塑过程中,部分网状面料被压入板材本体中,提高了板材本体的强度,使箱包壳体得以更轻;
(2)网状面料中织入经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝,由于经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝具有金属光泽,透过网眼可以看到化纤丝,可使得箱包具有不一样的色彩,外观更漂亮;
(3)由于经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝其韧性会变差,受拉扯容易发生断裂,把化纤丝成波浪状起伏的织入网状面料中可避免热压复合时化纤丝发生断裂;
(4)由于网状面料不易清洗,立体感和光亮度也较差,通过在网状面料外设置一层透明塑料膜,通过擦拭就能达到清洁的效果,且立体感更强,外表更光亮、美观。
(5)在板材本体上设置网状面料,可降低对板材本体表面粗糙度等情况的要求,可适当降低板材本体的品控要求,达到降低了生产成本的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
以下参考图1和图2对本发明进行说明。
一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,包括塑料制成的板材本体1和设置于板材本体1表面的网状面料2,所述网状面料2中沿其长度方向织有一排化纤丝3,所述每根化纤丝3均成波浪状织入网状面料2中,所述化纤丝3经过真空镀膜处理;所述网状面料2的表面还设置一层透明塑料膜4。
为了使箱包外观更漂亮,一种经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝被应用箱包板材的表面,经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝可形成各种金属光泽,使箱包颜色更漂亮,给箱包带来一种金属的质感;但是,经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝其韧性会变差,在箱包壳体的加工中,化纤丝受拉扯易发生断裂,严重影响成品率;通过采用上述技术方案,把化纤丝3织入网状面料2中,人们透过网眼可以看到金属光泽的化纤丝,同时化纤丝成波浪状织入网状面料2中,受到拉扯时,其能发生一定的延展,避免被拉断。
透明塑料膜4在不影响壳体外观颜色的情况下,使箱包壳体的清洁更简单、方便,只要通过抹布擦拭就可以,同时也使箱包壳体的立体感更强,外观更漂亮。
板材本体1与网状面料2通过热压复合而成。
板材本体1还可设置为透明的,这样板材本体1的两面都可以使用,都可以作为箱包壳体的外表面。
一种旅行箱包,由上述板材制成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过压塑在板材本体上设置网状面料,压塑过程中,部分网状面料被压入板材本体中,提高了板材本体的强度,使箱包壳体得以更轻;
(2)网状面料中织入经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝,由于经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝具有金属光泽,透过网眼可以看到化纤丝,可使得箱包具有不一样的色彩,外观更漂亮;
(3)由于经过真空镀膜处理的化纤丝其韧性会变差,受拉扯容易发生断裂,把化纤丝成波浪状起伏的织入网状面料中可避免热压复合时化纤丝发生断裂;
(4)由于网状面料不易清洗,立体感和光亮度也较差,通过在网状面料外设置一层透明塑料膜,通过擦拭就能达到清洁的效果,且立体感更强,外表更光亮、美观。
(5)在板材本体上设置网状面料,可降低对板材本体表面粗糙度等情况的要求,可适当降低板材本体的品控要求,达到降低了生产成本的目的。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,上述假设的这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,包括塑料制成的板材本体和设置于板材本体表面的网状面料,其特征在于:所述网状面料中沿其长度方向织有一排化纤丝,所述每根化纤丝均成波浪状织入网状面料中,所述化纤丝经过真空镀膜处理;所述网状面料的表面还设置一层透明塑料膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制作箱包壳体的板材,其特征在于:所述板材本体、网状面料、透明塑料膜通过热压复合而成。
3.一种旅行箱包,由权利要求1至2中任一项所述的板材制成。
