Abstract

本发明涉及一种流延挤出机,尤其是吊装型流延挤出机。该流延挤出机包括机架、进料斗、减速齿轮箱、螺套、螺杆、转杆和出料头,机架上端设有螺套,螺杆置于螺套内,减速齿轮箱通过转杆与螺杆相连,螺套上端与进料斗相连通,螺套顶端设有出料头,机架两侧设有L型杆,L型杆顶端设有挂环,该流延挤出机能够利用自身设备挂设到起吊机上,节约了成本,提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种流延挤出机,尤其是吊装型流延挤出机。
背景技术
塑料薄膜广泛应用于各种工程建设上,作为防渗防污之用,但是现有的流延挤出机需要捆绑起吊部件来对吊机进行挂载,费时费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有的流延挤出机需要捆绑吊装部件的不足,本发明提供了吊装型流延挤出机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:吊装型流延挤出机,包括机架、进料斗、减速齿轮箱、螺套、螺杆、转杆和出料头,机架上端设有螺套,螺杆置于螺套内,减速齿轮箱通过转杆与螺杆相连,螺套上端与进料斗相连通,螺套顶端设有出料头,机架两侧设有L型杆,L型杆顶端设有挂环。
本发明的有益效果是,该流延挤出机能够利用自身设备挂设到起吊机上,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,吊装型流延挤出机,包括机架1、进料斗2、减速齿轮箱3、螺套4、螺杆5、转杆6和出料头7,机架1上端设有螺套4,螺杆5置于螺套4内,减速齿轮箱3通过转杆6与螺杆5相连,螺套4上端与进料斗2相连通,螺套4顶端设有出料头7,机架1两侧设有L型杆8,L型杆8顶端设有挂环9。
首先把物料放入到进料斗2,接着物料进入到螺套4内,然后启动减速齿轮箱3,使其能利用转杆6来带动螺杆5进行旋转,从而利用螺杆5在螺套4内把物料往前推动,最后物料通过出料头7进行挤出变成薄膜。当需要起吊挤出机时,只需要把挂钩勾住挂环9,就可以利用L型杆8抬起整个机体。该流延挤出机能够利用自身设备挂设到起吊机上,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.吊装型流延挤出机,包括机架(1)、进料斗(2)、减速齿轮箱(3)、螺套(4)、螺杆(5)、转杆(6)和出料头(7),机架(1)上端设有螺套(4),螺杆(5)置于螺套(4)内,减速齿轮箱(3)通过转杆(6)与螺杆(5)相连,螺套(4)上端与进料斗(2)相连通,螺套(4)顶端设有出料头(7),其特征是,机架(1)两侧设有L型杆(8),L型杆(8)顶端设有挂环(9)。
