本发明公开了一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,包括热压辊本体,所述热压辊本体的内腔中心位置插接有转轴,所述转轴的外壁设置有加热装置,所述加热装置的外壁均匀开有导热腔,所述导热腔的外壁设置有导热波纹,所述导热波纹的外壁还均匀一体成型有导热凸起,所述导热凸起的外壁还包裹有导热铝基板,所述导热铝基板的外壁还均匀包裹有氧化膜,所述导热铝基板与氧化膜之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器,且温度感应器和加热装置电性连接。该镭射包装用不沾版热压辊结构简单,可有效的增加该热压辊的防粘性能,防止在镭射包装纸热压过程中对镭射包装纸出现粘版的现象,有效的保证了镭射包装纸的质量,提高成品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及镭射包装设备技术领域,具体为一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊。
背景技术
改革开放以后,中国经过30多年的经济建设,经济有了长足的发展,近年来,中国经济进入由量的增长向质的提高过度的经济转型期。与中国经济发展精密相伴的包装印刷业随着镭射包装材料的不断推广应用也随之进入了调整重组,由包装印刷大国向世界强国迈进的一种重要转型期。
镭射包装是包装行业中的一个细分行业,近年来取得了快速的发展,与包装行业内的其他产品相比,镭射包装材料不仅具有新颖、亮丽的外观效果,同时还具有高技术防伪功能,被称为世界包装印刷业中最前沿的技术产品。目前镭射材料的应用领域已经非常广泛,在食品、药品、日化用品、烟酒、服装、礼品包装以及装饰材料等行业都得到较快的推广。在镭射包装过程中,往往需要通过模压、镀铝、复合制成,然而传统的热压辊在对镭射包装纸进行热压时容易出现塞版、粘版的现象,大大的影响了镭射包装的成品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,包括热压辊本体,所述热压辊本体的内腔中心位置插接有转轴,所述转轴的外壁设置有加热装置,所述加热装置的外壁均匀开有导热腔,所述导热腔的外壁设置有导热波纹,所述导热波纹的外壁还均匀一体成型有导热凸起,所述导热凸起的外壁还包裹有导热铝基板,所述导热铝基板的外壁还均匀包裹有氧化膜,所述导热铝基板与氧化膜之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器,且温度感应器和加热装置电性连接。
优选的,所述加热装置由设置在加热槽内的加热电阻丝组成,且加热电阻丝呈圆环型排列。
优选的,所述转轴与热压辊本体的侧壁的连接处还设置有隔热装置,且隔热装置由玻璃纤维和真空板组成。
优选的,所述导热波纹呈圆形凸起均匀设置在导热腔的外壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该镭射包装用不沾版热压辊结构简单,通过在热压辊的内腔开有导热腔,可有效的使该热压辊导热更加均匀,并且,在导热腔的外壁依次设置有导热波纹和导热凸起,可有效的增加该热压辊的导热性能,使得该热压辊受热更加均匀,并且,在导热凸起的外壁设置导热铝基板,大大的提高了该热压辊的导热性能,导热铝基板的外壁设置有氧化膜,可有效的提高该热压辊的平整度,提高产品的质量,在导热铝基板与氧化膜之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器,可实时监控该热压辊的温度,监控效果更好,从而间接的控制加热装置的加热温度,有效的增加该热压辊的防粘性能,防止在镭射包装纸热压过程中对镭射包装纸出现粘版的现象,有效的保证了镭射包装纸的质量,提高成品率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,包括热压辊本体1,热压辊本体1的内腔中心位置插接有转轴2,转轴2与热压辊本体1的侧壁的连接处还设置有隔热装置,且隔热装置由玻璃纤维和真空板组成,隔热装置可有效的防止热压辊本体1的热量传输至转轴2上,造成热量损失,转轴2的外壁设置有加热装置3,加热装置3由设置在加热槽内的加热电阻丝组成,且加热电阻丝呈圆环型排列,该方式排列的加热电阻丝的传热更加均匀,加热装置3的外壁均匀开有导热腔4,通过在热压辊本体1的内腔开有导热腔4,可有效的使该热压辊导热更加均匀,导热腔4的外壁设置有导热波纹5,导热波纹5呈圆形凸起均匀设置在导热腔4的外壁,导热波纹5的外壁还均匀一体成型有导热凸起6,在导热腔4的外壁依次设置有导热波纹5和导热凸起6,可有效的增加该热压辊的导热性能,使得该热压辊受热更加均匀,导热凸起6的外壁还包裹有导热铝基板7,导热铝基板7的外壁还均匀包裹有氧化膜8,导热铝基板7与氧化膜8之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器9,且温度感应器9和加热装置3电性连接,在导热凸起6的外壁设置导热铝基板7,大大的提高了该热压辊的导热性能,导热铝基板7的外壁设置有氧化膜8,可有效的提高该热压辊的平整度,提高产品的质量,在导热铝基板7与氧化膜8之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器9,可实时监控该热压辊的温度,监控效果更好,从而间接的控制加热装置3的加热温度,有效的增加该热压辊的防粘性能,防止在镭射包装纸热压过程中对镭射包装纸出现粘版的现象,有效的保证了镭射包装纸的质量,提高成品率。

1.一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,包括热压辊本体(1),所述热压辊本体(1)的内腔中心位置插接有转轴(2),其特征在于:所述转轴(2)的外壁设置有加热装置(3),所述加热装置(3)的外壁均匀开有导热腔(4),所述导热腔(4)的外壁设置有导热波纹(5),所述导热波纹(5)的外壁还均匀一体成型有导热凸起(6),所述导热凸起(6)的外壁还包裹有导热铝基板(7),所述导热铝基板(7)的外壁还均匀包裹有氧化膜(8),所述导热铝基板(7)与氧化膜(8)之间还均匀镶嵌有温度感应器(9),且温度感应器(9)和加热装置(3)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,其特征在于:所述加热装置(3)由设置在加热槽内的加热电阻丝组成,且加热电阻丝呈圆环型排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,其特征在于:所述转轴(2)与热压辊本体(1)的侧壁的连接处还设置有隔热装置,且隔热装置由玻璃纤维和真空板组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射包装用不沾版热压辊,其特征在于:所述导热波纹(5)呈圆形凸起均匀设置在导热腔(4)的外壁。
