背景技术
卫生巾是一种具吸收力的物质,主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸,侧边的设计主要用来防止侧漏,卫生棉的背胶是不透水材质,可将经血保留在卫生棉中,用来吸收女性月经来潮时,自阴道流出的经血。
经期用品的清洁卫生特别重要,因为盆腔、子宫、宫颈、阴道、体外环境都是相通的,这样的结构使女性的生殖系统特别容易遭受外界致病物的侵袭,尤其月经期间,抵抗力下降,如果使用了不合格的卫生巾,特别容易发生感染。
卫生巾直接接触人体黏膜组织,吸收经血,经血中有丰富的营养物质,易成为细菌大肆滋生的“培养基”。而且经期又是女性身体抵抗力较低的时期,稍不注意,极易感染或导致妇科疾病,所以需要勤换卫生巾。据一项调查:日本女人在月经期间平均每天更换6次,而中国女人为3次。根据实验表明,普通卫生巾连续使用两小时后,表层细菌总数可达每平方厘米107个。可见卫生巾使用期间会给女性带来潜在的安全隐患,只有使用期间的有效抑菌才能给女性彻底解决问题。
目前,市场上的卫生巾局限于表层抗菌处理,其抗菌作用体现在防止二次污染,加工企业改进加工条件和生产环境,以及国家健全标准和卫生巾单片包装的推广,以防止二次污染为目的表层抗菌技术,但是其局限性越来越大。
基于上述问题,需要提供一种吸收性和透气性较好,同时能够在使用期间发挥长效抑菌作用的卫生巾。

一种抑菌卫生巾,包括表层,其特征在于:所述的表层喷洒有抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂含有苄索氯铵。
优选地,所述抗菌剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.5-1.5份苄索氯铵,1-5份1,2-丙二醇,0.1-0.5份螯合剂,0.1-0.5份表面活性剂,80-100份水。
优选地,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸钠、氮川三乙酸、氮川三乙酸三钠、乙二胺四丙酸、乙二胺四丙酸四钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺二琥珀酸、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠中的一种或多种的混合物。

十二烷基葡糖苷,CAS号:110615-47-9。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在表层材料添加抗菌剂后,抑菌效果明显,对皮肤无刺激,并且能够在使用期间长期有效抑菌,保护了女性健康。
具体实施方式
下面是对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
一种抑菌卫生巾,包括表层(材质为纯棉水刺布,克重100g/m2),及设置在所述表层下方的防回渗层,及设置在所述防回渗层下方的超强渗吸层,及设置在所述超强渗吸层下方的高分子锁水层(采用广州胜欣化工科技有限公司生产的牌号为胜欣的高分子吸水树脂),及设置在所述高分子锁水层下方的分散型透气底膜(采用沧州市亚泰塑胶有限公司生产的PE薄膜,克重50g/m2),及设置在所述分散型透气底膜下方的离型纸(采用苏州宇宣纸业有限公司生产的白色格拉辛纸离型纸,克重80g/m2),及设置在所述离型纸下方的包膜(采用Ethyl公司出品的型号MODEL XP 39385的低密度聚乙烯包膜,厚度为0.025mm)。
抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.15份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.15份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,0.1份丁基葡糖苷,0.1份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.5份水。
依次将苄索氯铵,1,2-丙二醇,乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,丁基葡糖苷,十二烷基葡糖苷加入水中混合均匀,得到抗菌剂,在抑菌卫生巾生产线上,将抗菌剂喷洒到上述抑菌卫生巾表层上,抗菌剂的喷洒量为300g/m2(即每平方米表层喷洒3g苄索氯铵);将喷洒抗菌剂后的表层、防回渗层、超强渗吸层、高分子锁水层、分散型透气底膜、离型纸和包膜按卫生巾常规工艺制备得到抑菌卫生巾。
实施例2
抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.15份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.15份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,0.1份丁基葡糖苷,0.1份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.5份水。
将苄索氯铵、1,2-丙二醇、螯合剂和表面活性剂加入水中混合均匀,得到抗菌剂。
将上述抗菌剂喷洒至卫生巾(采用护舒宝卫生巾,商品编号:420598,产地:广州,材质:棉柔亲肤,尺寸:150-300mm)表层,抗菌剂喷洒量为300g/m2(即每平方米表层喷洒3g苄索氯铵),得到实施例2的抑菌卫生巾。
实施例3
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.3份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.1份丁基葡糖苷,0.1份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.5份水。得到实施例3的抑菌卫生巾。
实施例4
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.3份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,0.1份丁基葡糖苷,0.1份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.5份水。得到实施例4的抑菌卫生巾。
实施例5
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.15份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.15份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,0.2份丁基葡糖苷,96.5份水。得到实施例5的抑菌卫生巾。
实施例6
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.15份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.15份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,0.2份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.5份水。得到实施例6的抑菌卫生巾。
对比例1
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.1份丁基葡糖苷,0.1份十二烷基葡糖苷,96.8份水。得到对比例1的抑菌卫生巾。
对比例2
按实施例2的原料配比和方法制备抑菌卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:抗菌剂原料(重量份):1份苄索氯铵,2份1,2-丙二醇,0.15份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,0.15份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,96.7份水。得到对比例2的抑菌卫生巾。
测试例1
参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB15979-1995,一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》,检测实施例2-6和对比例1-2制得的卫生巾对下述三种微生物的抑菌性能。
所测试的微生物:大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)AS.1.90;金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)AS.1.89;白色念珠菌(Candida albicance)AS.2.2086。
实施例2-6和对比例1-2制得的卫生巾经紫外照射1.5min杀菌后,在卫生巾表层均匀涂布大肠杆菌1.0×105CFU/片,金黄色葡萄球菌1.0×105CFU/片,金黄色葡萄球菌1.0×105CFU/片,作用30分钟后测试,具体结果见表1:

特别的,比较实施例2与实施例3-4,实施例2(螯合剂采用乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠复配)抑菌性能明显优于实施例3-4(螯合剂采用乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠中单一原料)。
比较实施例2与实施例5-6,实施例2(表面活性剂采用丁基葡糖苷和十二烷基葡糖苷复配)抑菌性能明显优于实施例5-6(表面活性剂采用丁基葡糖苷和十二烷基葡糖苷中单一原料)。

Claims (7)
1.一种抑菌卫生巾,包括表层,其特征在于:所述的表层喷洒有抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂由下述重量份的原料组成:0.5-1.5份苄索氯铵,1-5份1,2-丙二醇,0.1-0.5份螯合剂,0.1-0.5份表面活性剂,80-110份水,所述的螯合剂由40-60wt%乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠和40-60wt%谷氨酸二乙酸四钠组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂由40-60wt%丁基葡糖苷和40-60wt%十二烷基葡糖苷组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述表层中苄索氯铵的喷洒量为1-5g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的表层的材质为棉。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述抑菌卫生巾依次包括表层、吸湿芯和底层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的吸湿芯依次由防回渗层、超强渗吸层、高分子锁水层、分散型透气底膜和离型纸组成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抑菌卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的底层为不可透液体的热塑性合成树脂薄膜。
