3. comprise a transparent composite for anti-fog layer, wherein said anti-fog layer comprises hydrophilic polymer and antiblocking agent, and described antiblocking agent comprises colloid silica and/or fluorinated anionic tensio-active agent.
4. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein said binder polymer comprises the polymkeric substance had lower than the Tg of about 45 degrees Celsius; Wherein said hard polymer comprises the polymkeric substance of the pencil hardness as having at least H measured by ASTMD3363; And wherein said hydrophilic polymer comprises the polymkeric substance of the hydrophilic segment having main chain and be covalently bound to described main chain.
5. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein said hydrophilic polymer comprises the polymkeric substance of the hydrophilic segment having polyurethane backbone and be covalently bound to described polyurethane backbone, and wherein said hydrophilic segment comprises oxirane, lactone, lactan or their combination.
6. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein:
A. based on the overall dry weight of described anti-fog layer or coating composition, described hydrophilic polymer is present in described anti-fog layer with the amount in the scope of about 10 % by weight to about 90 % by weight;
B. based on the overall dry weight of described anti-fog layer or coating composition, described hard polymer is present in described anti-fog layer with the amount in the scope of about 10 % by weight to about 80 % by weight; With
C. based on the overall dry weight of described anti-fog layer or coating composition, described binder polymer exists with the amount in the scope of about 10 % by weight to about 80 % by weight.
7. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein said hard polymer comprises from the obtained polymkeric substance of ethylenically unsaturated monomers or interpretation, and described ethylenically unsaturated monomers comprises vinylbenzene, styrene derivatives, vinylformic acid or derivatives thereof, methacrylic acid or derivatives thereof, alkene, (methyl) vinyl cyanide, methylene-succinic acid and derivative, toxilic acid and derivative thereof, vinyl halide, vinylidene halide, fluoropolymer or their combination.
8. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein as measured by ASTMD3363, described hard polymer has the pencil hardness at least about 2H.
9. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein said binder polymer comprises polyester or urethane.
10. anti fogging coating composite according to any one of claim 1 to 2 or transparent composite, wherein said anti-fog layer or coating composition also comprise linking agent.
11. transparent composites according to any one of claim 2 to 3, wherein said transparent composite comprises:
A. stratum basale;
B. the first binder layer;
C. the first transparent layer;
D. the second binder layer;
E. the second transparent layer; With
F. anti-fog layer, described anti-fog layer comprises binder polymer, hard polymer and hydrophilic polymer, and wherein said binder polymer, hard polymer and hydrophilic polymer are different.

13. transparent composites according to any one of claim 2 to 3, wherein said transparent composite comprises:
A. stratum basale;
B. the first binder layer;
C. the first transparent layer;

F. anti-fog layer; With
G. wherein as measured by ASTMD1876, the stripping strength between described first transparent layer and stratum basale is at least about 2 pounds of every linear inches (PLI), at least about 3PLI, at least about 4PLI or even at least about 5PLI.
