Abstract

本发明涉及一种通过浸渍液(2)对石板材、混凝土或其它类似材料的板材(1)进行浸渍的工艺。根据本发明,所述浸渍液(2)以喷雾的形式以能够浸润所述石板材(1)的量被注入内置有所述石板材(1)的真空室(3)内。此外,本发明还涉及用来实现所述工艺的装置(6)。

Description

石板材浸渍工艺以及实现该工艺的装置
一方面,本发明涉及一种通过浸渍液对石材、混凝土或者其它类似材料的板材进行浸渍的工艺;另一方面,本发明还涉及一种实现所述工艺的装置。
先前已知浸渍石材以便使得石材更强韧并且会增加其韧性,因此在石材制备的后期阶段加工石材会是安全的。在这方面,通过将石板材浸入合适类型的浸渍剂中来进行浸渍,然后也会进行施压浸渍。但是,在这种施压浸渍的过程中,消耗了大量的浸渍液,剩余的浸渍液也必须被丢弃,这是因为剩余的浸渍液在存储其的容器中会固化。
此类浸渍的实例可参见WO94/00651A1等。
根据专利文献US2009/0233078A1,在其被引用的第0025和0028段可知,在石材2被置于真空室1内后,通过例如喷雾的方式施加着色液3。接着,关闭真空室1,然后通过连接到真空泵上的喷嘴4将其中的空气排空。在这样做时,该喷嘴4紧贴地连接到石材2,使得从室1的内部除去的空气被迫穿过石材2的细孔。从而与石材2表面接触的着色液3被引入。因此,着色液从石材的一面被带到另一面,进而给石材着色。在这个方面,可以通过加热石材2来加速染色过程。
本发明的主要目的是,首先寻找一种能节省浸渍液并有效浸渍石材或类似材料的板材的工艺。
根据本发明,所述目的是通过具有如下必要特征的工艺实现的,在盛有所述石板材的真空室内获得所述石板材的应力释放,所述浸渍液以喷雾的形式以能够浸润所述石板材的量被注入,所述板材能够在所述真空室中被保持至少30分钟,然后在施加所述浸渍液之后使用IR来干燥被浸渍的板材。
参照上述的专利文献US2009/0233078A1,与被引用的已知方法和装置形成对比,本发明采用相反的方式。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种装置,该装置能有效促进所述石板材的浸渍等。
根据本发明,所述另一个目的是通过一种装置实现的,该装置的必要特征在于,真空室包括供给装置和真空提供装置,所述供给装置用来向盛有板材的所述真空室的接收空间内注入喷雾形式的浸渍液,呈IR管形式的干燥器被设在所述真空室内或在所述真空室外的后续空间内。
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本发明,其中,
图1示出了用于处理石板材的真空室的一部分的立体图;
图2示出了从斜前方看的在浸渍过程中用于支撑石板材的匣子的一部分。
为了提高主要用于锯割石板材1以及还用于其它混凝土板材或其它类似材料板材在随后的艰难抛光工艺之前的耐久性,还为了使得板材在使用中坚固耐用,根据本发明采用通过浸渍液2来浸渍所述板材1的工艺,这意味着通过特定的方式并在一定的条件下应用浸渍液。
更具体地,所述浸渍液2以喷雾的形式被注入盛有所述石板材的真空室3内。浸渍液2的用量足以浸润所述石板材1。存在浓缩的硅酸盐液2,其包含用于消除所述液2的表面张力的表面张力介质,并且经计算以使得浸润变得可接受,在真空室3内的约20-25℃的室温条件下的浸渍是被允许的。
受益于由真空室3内的真空而获得的应力释放,浸渍得以有效进行并且浸渍液2几乎没有浪费。通过测量以蒸汽云形式的喷雾形式供给到室3中的浸渍剂2的量,针对合适数量的板材1获得正确浸渍液量,从而从根本上减少了浸渍液的浪费。板材1被允许在所述真空室3内保持至少30分钟,在向室3中的石板材1上施加浸渍液2之后使用IR来干燥板材1。
本发明的效果是,通过薄石板材1的应力释放,其中所述应力释放是由真空室3内的真空获得的,所述浸渍有效进行并且几乎没有浸渍液2的浪费。
因此,通过使浸渍板材1在所述真空室3内保持至少30分钟并使用IR干燥它们,就可实现所述石板材1的有效浸渍。
石板材1在真空室3内期间(至少在浸渍过程中,但优选地,还包括在板材1的在其中或其后续空间的干燥过程中)的有效保持是通过将所述板材1保持在布置成且旨在容纳所述板材1的匣子4中来提供的。具有适当选择的长度和宽度的所述石板材优选厚度T约为4mm。因此,匣子4具有多个隔间5,所述隔间5的宽度V在尺寸上适合于板材的厚度T。
适合用来实现所述通过浸渍液2对板材1进行有效浸渍的工艺的装置6包括设有供给装置7(例如,喷嘴)和真空提供装置9的真空室3,所述供给装置设置用来将浸渍液2以喷雾的形式注入用于板材1的所述真空室的内部接收空间8中,其中所述板材1包括天然石材、混凝土或其它类似材料。
用于注入浸渍剂2的供给装置采用进料泵的形式,但是其未在附图中被示出并且其是已知类型的。
用于干燥板材1上的多余浸渍液2的干燥器10采用多个IR管的形式,即,已知类型的利用红外辐射工作的管,所述管例如被包括在所述浸渍室3的顶部或者在所述室3外的后续空间内,如在生产线中板材的运动所示的。
可被分别输进和输出所述室3的匣子4设有用来盛装所需数目板材1的多个隔间5,在此期间,板材1根据上述方式被浸渍并干燥。
从上述描述的内容和附图所示应当能够清楚地看到工艺和装置的功能和性质。
本发明当然不仅限于上述描述和附图所示的实施例。只要不超出例如在权利要求书中被限定的本发明的保护范围,任何变形都是可行的,尤其是针对不同部件的性质或者使用等效技术作出的变形。

Claims (7)

1.一种使用浸渍液(2)对石板材、混凝土或其它类似材料的板材(1)进行浸渍的工艺,其特征在于,在盛有所述石板材的真空室(3)内获得所述石板材的应力释放,所述浸渍液(2)以喷雾的形式以能够浸润所述石板材(1)的量被注入,所述板材(1)能够在所述真空室(3)中被保持至少30分钟,然后在施加所述浸渍液(2)之后使用IR(10)来干燥被浸渍的板材(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于,硅酸盐液(2)是经浓缩的。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工艺,其特征在于,能够在室温下在所述真空室(3)中进行浸渍。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工艺,其特征在于,在所述真空室(3)内在浸渍和干燥期间,厚度约为4mm的所述板材(1)被置于匣子(4)内。
5.用来实现前述权利要求中任一项所述的使用浸渍液(2)对石板材、混凝土或其它类似材料的板材(1)进行浸渍的工艺的装置(6),其特征在于,真空室(3)包括供给装置(7)和真空提供装置(9),所述供给装置(7)用来向盛有板材(1)的所述真空室的接收空间(8)内注入喷雾形式的浸渍液(2),呈IR管(10)形式的干燥器被设在所述真空室(3)内或在所述真空室(3)外的后续空间内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,用来注入所述浸渍剂(2)的供给装置采用进料泵的形式。
7.根据权利要求5至6任一项的装置,其特征在于,匣子(4)包括用来在所述真空室(3)内收纳所述板材(1)的隔间(5)。
