Abstract

轻瓷多孔填料属于陶瓷填料领域。本发明用在 化工、冶金、煤气等行业的塔设备中充当填料。优点 是耐腐蚀、抗压强度高、不变形、湿润性好、传质效果 佳、使用寿命长、造价低。其配方重量百分比为:高镁 质粘土60-80,木材锯屑20-30,硅岩粉2-9。其化 学成分组成的百分比为:二氧化硅61-68,三氧化二 铝0.8-2.5,三氧化二铁3-4,氧化钙1-2,氧化镁 24-30,氧化钾钠1-2。

Description

本发明属于陶瓷填料领域。
目前煤气厂洗涤塔使用的木格栅填料是用优质红松园木加工制作的,园木加工成木格栅成材率仅有40%左右,木材消耗量大,价格高,使用寿命短,而且易发生火灾。近来也有采用塑料花环填料的,但是存在易老化、阻力大、价格昂贵等缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种价格便宜、耐腐蚀、抗压强度高、长期使用不变形的轻瓷多孔填料,以代替上述木格栅填料和塑料花环填料。
本发明轻瓷多孔填料为正六面体,结构包括园孔、支承腿。
该轻瓷多孔填料配方的重量百分比为:高镁质粘土60-80,木材锯屑20-30,硅岩粉2-9。其化学成分组成的百分比为:二氧化硅61-68,三氧化二铝0.8-2.5,三氧化二铁3-4,氧化钙1-2,氧化镁24-30,氧化钾钠1-2。
这种轻瓷多孔填料采用机械压制而成,在1300℃温度下经68小时烧结而成。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、取材容易,制作简单,造价低。
2、机械抗压强度高。
3、耐酸耐碱耐有机溶剂的腐蚀。
4、长期使用不变形,使用寿命长。
5、是化工、冶金、煤气等行业的塔设备中的理想填料。

该实施例轻瓷多孔填料(1)由园孔(2)、支承腿(3)组成。
实施例轻瓷多孔填料配方的重量百分比为:高镁质粘土70,木材锯屑25、硅岩粉5。其化学成分组成的百分比为:二氧化硅64.17,三氧化铝1.59,三氧化二铁3.55,氧化钙1.27,氧化镁27.92,氧化钾钠1.5。

1、一种轻瓷多孔填料(1)为正六面体,结构包括园孔(2)、支承腿(3),其特征在于所述轻瓷多孔填料配方的重量百分比为高镁质粘土60-80,木材锯屑20-30,硅岩粉2-9,其化学成分组成的百分比为二氧化硅61-68,三氧化二铝0.8-2.5,三氧化二铁3-4,氧化钙1-2,氧化镁24-30,氧化钾钠1-2。
