Abstract

双层防护的钢丝拉索。用作建造斜拉桥,也可用 作其他类似情况下的拉索。采用钢丝扭编钢丝束 (1),在钢丝束表面喷涂铝、铜、锌或铬,形成金属防护 层(2),再挤附塑料防护层(3),构成双层防护。耐酸、 耐碱、耐腐蚀,防护可靠,并可提高钢丝拉索疲劳强 度,而有效地延长钢丝拉索使用寿命。

Description

本发明涉及建造斜拉桥用钢丝拉索,也可用作其他类似情况下的拉索。
钢丝斜拉索系斜拉桥的主要受力构件。由于常年裸露在大气中,日晒雨淋,易发生锈蚀破坏。为解决该问题,近年来,人们提出了在扭编好的钢丝束表面挤附塑料防护层的技术方案,并得以应用。对提高防护效果、延长拉索使用寿命起到了一定的作用。但由于塑料易老化以及在拉索受力工作状态下易发生破裂或裂纹,则钢丝拉索不能可靠地得以防护。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有双层防护的钢丝拉索,防护效果好,可延长拉索使用寿命。
技术方案是在钢丝束表面与塑料防护层之间增设金属防护层。参见附图,附图为截面视图,在扭编好的钢丝束〔1〕表面首先喷涂一层如铝、铜、锌或铬的金属防护层〔2〕,然后再挤附塑料防护层〔3〕,构成双层防护。由于铝、铜、锌或铬防护层具有一定的机械强度,在钢丝拉索受力工作情况下不易被破坏,而处在外层的塑料防护层又具有良好的防腐蚀作用,以实现可靠地防护。即使塑料防护层在钢丝拉索受力工作情况下发生破裂或裂纹,金属防护层仍可有效地起防护作用,而延长拉索的使用寿命。
实施例1。采用高强钢丝扭编钢丝束,钢丝束截面为六边形,喷射石英砂对其表面进行除锈,尔后用火焰喷枪(METC012型)向钢丝束表面喷涂金属铝,铝的氧化物(Al2O3),坚实、致密、稳定性好,使用的铝材为直径3.175毫米的纯铝丝,以形成金属防护层,其厚度为1毫米。喷涂主要工艺参数,气体点火压力:氧气(O2)为0.21兆帕,乙炔(C2H2)为0.105兆帕,空气为0.26兆帕。再在金属防护层表面热挤PE塑料防护层,构成双层防护。热挤塑料防护层的过程是,采用塑料挤出机将熔融状态的PE料被复在金属防护层表面,被复后的钢丝束在牵引装置牵引下,通过水槽冷却,即制成双层防护的钢丝拉索。塑料防护层厚度为4毫米。
实施例2。实施例2对钢丝束表面喷涂铬,材质为纯铬丝,形成金属防护层,厚0.2毫米。然后缠绕一层玻璃纤维,再热挤PE塑料防护层,塑料防护层厚10毫米。其他同实施例1。
本发明在钢丝束表面首先喷涂金属防护层,然后热挤塑料防护层,构成双层防护,耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀,防护可靠,并可提高钢丝拉索疲劳强度,有效地延长钢丝拉索使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1、一种双层防护的钢丝拉索,钢丝束上有塑料防护层,其特征是在钢丝束[1]表面与塑料防护层[3]之间有铝、铜、锌或铬金属防护层[2]。
2、按照权利要求1所述的钢丝拉索,其特征是铝、铜、锌或铬金属防护层厚度为0.2~1.0毫米。
3、按照权利要求1所述的钢丝拉索,其特征是塑料防护层的厚度为4~10毫米。
4、按照权利要求1所述的钢丝拉索,其特征是铝、铜、锌或铬金属防护层〔2〕与塑料防护层〔3〕之间有玻璃纤维层。
