Abstract
本发明属于菌类栽培的技术领域,具体的涉及一种香菇栽培方法。该种香菇栽培方法,包括备料;配料;灭菌;冷却;打孔;接种;培养;越夏管理;出菇管理;采收与加工,在接种后采用胶带进行封口,然后送至养菌室进行养菌培养;待菌丝生长至8‑10厘米时,直接在胶带上刺孔增氧即可。该方法节省成本,同时能够避免了脱去外套袋时造成的菌种脱落以及外力损伤,并且在运输过程中,菌种也不会脱落,后期菌种也不会被污染。

技术领域
本发明属于菌类栽培的技术领域,具体的涉及一种香菇栽培方法。
背景技术
现有香菇栽培方法中有如下具体操作:打孔—接种—套上外套袋—运往养菌室养菌—待菌丝生长到直径为8-10厘米时,脱去外套袋后进行第一次刺孔增氧。当套外套袋时,一个劳动日(8个小时)套袋2000袋左右。当脱去外套袋时,一个劳动日(8个小时)脱袋2000左右。
同时采用套外套袋的方法,由于外套袋大于菌袋,在运输过程中,由于菌种刚刚接上,还不是很牢固,在运输过程中由于震动等原因,菌种非常有可能脱落在外套袋内脱离接种穴,外套袋脱去后,因接种口菌丝退化,在高温高湿的条件下,菌种容易被污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有香菇栽培方法中接种后运往养菌室进行养菌培养过程中,采用套外套袋的方式耗时耗力,同时会引发菌种脱落及污染的问题,而提供了一种香菇栽培方法,该方法节省成本,同时能够避免了脱去外套袋时造成的菌种脱落以及外力损伤,并且在运输过程中,菌种也不会脱落,后期菌种也不会被污染。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种香菇栽培方法,包括备料;配料;灭菌;冷却;打孔;接种;培养;越夏管理;出菇管理;采收与加工,在接种后采用胶带进行封口,然后送至养菌室进行养菌培养;待菌丝生长至8-10厘米时,直接在胶带上刺孔增氧即可。
所述胶带包括基材和粘结剂;基材由上层、中间层和下层组成,其中上层为无纺布,中间层为聚乙烯发泡棉,下层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯;所述无纺布占胶带主体重量的23%~36%,聚乙烯发泡棉占胶带主体重量的23%~37%,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占胶带主体重量的31%~51%;粘结剂由以下重量份的原料组成:溶剂7~9 份,引发剂1.1~1.5 份,增粘树脂1.5~3 份,单体2~2.5 份,增塑剂0.8~1.1份。
所述无纺布由以下重量份的原料组成:涤纶纤维10~11份,竹纤维12~15份,二醋
酯纤维7~9份。
所述溶剂由醋酸乙酯和甲苯组成,其中按重量百分比醋酸乙酯:甲苯为1:1。
所述引发剂由过氧化苯甲酰和偶氮二异丁氰组成,其中按重量百分比过氧化苯甲酰:偶氮二异丁氰为1.5:1。
所述增粘树脂由松香和萜酚树脂组成,其中按重量百分比松香:萜酚树脂为2.3:1.1。
所述单体为丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的至少一种。
所述增塑剂由矿物油和异丁烯均聚物组成,其中按重量百分比矿物油:异丁烯均聚物为1.7:3.1。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在接种后采用胶带进行封口,一个劳动日(8小时)封口5000袋左右,待菌丝生长致8~10厘米时,不需脱去胶带,直接刺孔增氧即可,提高了工作效率。该方法节省成本,同时能够避免了脱去外套袋时造成的菌种脱落以及外力损伤,并且在运输过程中,菌种也不会脱落,后期菌种也不会被污染。
本发明采用的胶带不仅具有防震的功能,而且有利于菌丝的生长,通过实验测定,采用所述胶带较之外套袋,菌丝的生长速度提高1.7%~2.6%;培养10天的胶囊菌种平均失水减低了16%~21%;胶囊菌种成型时的破损率降低31%~40.7%;成型出的胶囊菌种紧实度优良,颗粒饱满、圆整;菌丝活力强,生长快,均没有出现菌丝难以恢复生长和死种的现象。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
一种香菇栽培方法,包括备料;配料;灭菌;冷却;打孔;接种;培养;越夏管理;出菇管理;采收与加工,在接种后采用胶带进行封口,然后送至养菌室进行养菌培养;待菌丝生长至8-10厘米时,直接在胶带上刺孔增氧即可。

5.根据权利要求1所述香菇栽培方法,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂由松香和萜酚树脂组成,其中按重量百分比松香:萜酚树脂为2.3:1.1。
6.根据权利要求1所述香菇栽培方法,其特征在于,所述单体为丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的至少一种。
