Abstract
The invention discloses an authority control method of a video conference system. The authority control method includes the steps of: setting a corresponding relation between fingerprint information and authority, and storing the corresponding relation in an authority memory space; identifying currently input fingerprints, and obtaining fingerprint information; in the authority memory space, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information according to the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority; and after the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired, opening a function of controlling the video conference system to an inputter according to the inquired authority corresponding to the fingerprint information. The invention also discloses a video conference system and an authority control device thereof.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of multimedia communication, in particular to a video conference system and an authority control method and device thereof.
Background
The conference television can realize high-definition teleconferencing and office work of individuals or groups in two or more different places by utilizing the internet technology, and the business trip cost of a user unit can be reduced while effective communication is carried out; the application range of the conference television comprises the following steps: government, military, public security, finance, energy, medical treatment, education and other fields.
With the increasing requirements of network security, it is more and more important to manage the video conference rights of different business departments of a unit or different functional personnel in the departments in order to ensure the security of important information. The current conference television system is still insufficient in the aspect of authority management, or no authority is distinguished, or a password formed by combining numbers, letters and the like is adopted, the password brings input trouble to users, the experience effect is not ideal, and more importantly, the password formed by combining the numbers, the letters and the like is easy to crack.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the existing technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a video conference system and a method and an apparatus for controlling the right thereof, which can control the right of use of a video conference user more conveniently, more safely and more flexibly.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is realized as follows:
the embodiment of the invention provides an authority control method of a video conference system, which comprises the steps of setting a corresponding relation between fingerprint information and authority and storing the fingerprint information and the authority in an authority storage space; the method further comprises the following steps:
identifying a currently input fingerprint to acquire fingerprint information;
inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information according to the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority in an authority storage space;
and inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information, and opening a control function for the conference television system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the inquired authority.
In the above scheme, the permission storage space includes: local storage space and/or non-local storage space.
In the above scheme, the querying, in the permission storage space, the permission corresponding to the fingerprint information includes:
inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the local storage space;
if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired, stopping inquiring; and if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is not inquired, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the non-local storage space.
In the above scheme, the non-local storage space is an authority storage space of a cloud-side server in the video conference system.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for controlling the authority of the conference television system, which comprises: the system comprises an authority setting module, an authority storage module, a fingerprint identification module, an authority inquiry module and an authority opening module; wherein,
the authority setting module is used for setting the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority and storing the fingerprint information and the authority in the authority storage module;
the authority storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation between the preset fingerprint information and the authority;
the fingerprint identification module is used for identifying the currently input fingerprint and acquiring fingerprint information;
the authority inquiry module is used for inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the authority storage module and triggering the authority opening module when the authority is inquired;
and the permission opening module is used for opening the control function of the conference television system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the inquired permission when the permission corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired.
In the above solution, the permission storage module includes: a local storage unit and/or a non-local storage unit.
In the above scheme, the permission query module includes:
the local inquiry unit is used for inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the local storage unit;

The embodiment of the invention also provides a conference television system, which comprises a conference television terminal and a cloud server, wherein the authority setting module, the fingerprint identification module and the authority opening module in the authority control device in the scheme are positioned at the conference television terminal; in the scheme, the authority storage module and the authority inquiry module in the authority control device are positioned in the conference television terminal and/or the cloud server.
According to the conference television system and the authority control method and device thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention, the authority control of the conference television user is realized by setting the corresponding relation between fingerprint information and the authority by utilizing the characteristics that human body fingerprints have uniqueness and are not easy to steal; specifically, different authorities can be opened for different information and persons with different functions, so that information loss or divulgence caused by abuse of the authorities can be prevented. Meanwhile, the fingerprint information and the corresponding authority are stored in the local storage space and/or the non-local storage space, so that the flexibility of selecting the authority information storage space can be increased, and the reliability and the redundancy of authority information storage are improved.
In addition, the authority of the video conference is controlled by using the human body fingerprint identification technology, so that complicated operations such as password input by a user can be omitted, and the experience effect of the video conference user can be enhanced.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments and technical solutions of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The embodiments of the basic invention, and all other embodiments that can be obtained by one skilled in the art without inventive exercise, are within the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority is set for the user with the control authority for the video conference system, the corresponding relation can be placed in a specially-opened storage space, and the storage space can be called as an authority storage space. And storing the preset fingerprint information of the authorized user and the corresponding authority in the authority storage space for inquiring when needed.
Here, the video conference system includes a video conference terminal and a cloud server; the authority storage space is divided into a local storage space and a non-local storage space; the local storage space is a storage space stored in the local of the conference television terminal; the non-local storage space may be a storage space in a remote video conference terminal, or a storage space in a cloud server of a video conference system.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation process of a rights control method of a conference television system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 100, setting a corresponding relation between fingerprint information and authority, and storing the fingerprint information and the authority in an authority storage space;
here, in order to determine the corresponding control authority according to the fingerprint of the input person, the corresponding relationship between the fingerprint information and the authority needs to be set for the user having the control authority for the video conference system, and the fingerprint information and the authority need to be stored in the specially-opened storage space. Wherein, the authority storage space can be a local storage space and/or a non-local storage space.
In one embodiment, the storing of the set correspondence between the fingerprint information and the authority in the authority storage space refers to: and setting the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority, and simultaneously storing the fingerprint information and the authority in a local storage space and a non-local storage space.
In one embodiment, the non-local storage space is an authority storage space preset in a cloud server of the video conference system, and fingerprint information of all authorized users and corresponding authorities thereof are stored in the authority storage space.
Step 101, identifying the currently input fingerprint, and acquiring fingerprint information.
And 102, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information according to the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority in the authority storage space.
Specifically, after obtaining the fingerprint information of the importer, in order to determine whether the importer is an authorized user of the conference television system, whether the fingerprint information and the corresponding authority exist in the authority storage space need to be queried. Here, the right storage space includes: local storage space and/or non-local storage space, the conference television system can select the authority storage space to be inquired according to the situation.
If the local storage space of each video conference terminal in the video conference system stores the information of all authorized users of the video conference system, the users only need to inquire in the local storage space.
If the local storage space of each video conference terminal of the video conference system only stores the information of part of authorized users, the information needs to be inquired in the local storage space and the information needs to be inquired in the non-local storage space; for this case, the query in the non-local storage space may be a query in a storage space of a remote video conference terminal, or a query in a storage space of a cloud server.
And if the information of all the authorized users is stored in the non-local storage space, directly querying the non-local storage space in which the information of all the authorized users is stored, such as the storage space of a cloud-end server.
The information of the authorized user refers to fingerprint information of the user with the control authority and the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information.
And 103, opening a control function for the conference television system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the inquired authority when the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired.
Specifically, if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information of the inputter is inquired in the authority storage space, which indicates that the inputter has a control authority for the conference television system, a control function for the conference television system is opened for the inputter according to the inquired authority of the inputter; if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information of the input person is not inquired in the authority storage space, the fact that the conference television system corresponding to the input person has no use authority is indicated, and therefore the input person does not need to be opened with any authority.
By using the authority control method of the video conference system provided by the embodiment, the purpose of authority control on the user of the video conference system is realized by setting the corresponding relation between fingerprint information and authority by utilizing the characteristics that human body fingerprints have uniqueness and are not easy to steal; specifically, different authorities can be opened for different information and personnel with different functions, so that information loss or secret leakage caused by abuse of the authorities can be prevented. Meanwhile, the authority information can be stored in a local storage space and/or a non-local storage space, so that the flexibility of selecting the authority information storage space is increased, and the reliability and the redundancy of authority information storage are improved. In addition, the authority of the video conference system is controlled by using the human body fingerprint identification technology, so that complicated operations such as password input by a user are omitted, and the experience effect of video conference users can be enhanced.
In an embodiment, the local storage space of the video conference terminal only stores fingerprint information of some authorized users and their corresponding permissions, where some authorized users usually include daily users who use the video conference terminal, in the permission control method, step 102 may be performed as:
firstly, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in a local storage space; when the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired, stopping inquiring; and when the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is not inquired, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the non-local authority storage space.
Specifically, the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired in the local authority storage space of the conference television terminal, and if the inquiry is made, the inputter is an authorized user of the conference television system, so that the non-local authority storage space does not need to be inquired; when the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is not inquired, it is indicated that the fingerprint information of the inputter and the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information are not stored in the storage space of the conference television terminal, the inputter is not a daily user of the conference television terminal, but is not enough to judge whether the inputter is an authorized user of the conference television system, so that the inputter needs to continue to inquire in the non-local storage space to determine whether the inputter has a control authority for the conference television system. The non-local storage space may be a storage space of a remote video conference terminal, or a storage space in a cloud server. If the storage space of the remote video conference terminal is the storage space of the remote video conference terminal, the storage space of all the remote video conference terminals needs to be inquired.
For example, the first person is an employee of a head office located at a site a, and has the right to use a conference television system of the company, and the first person temporarily goes on business to a branch company located at a site B, and needs to use a conference television of the site B to meet the head office. Because the first place is not a daily user of the B place conference television, the fingerprint information of the first place and the corresponding authority thereof are not stored in the local storage space of the B place conference television, but the fingerprint information of the first place and the corresponding authority thereof are stored in the A place conference television storage space and/or the storage space of the cloud server. By using the method provided by the embodiment, the place A can also smoothly use the conference television system of the place B.
By using the authority control method provided by the embodiment, for the daily user of the video conference terminal, only local query needs to be executed, so that the average query time is greatly shortened, and the average query efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the authority information of the non-daily users corresponding to a small number of conference television terminals can be inquired by inquiring the non-local authority storage space, so that the authorized users of all the conference television systems can obtain the corresponding control authority. Meanwhile, by using the authority control method provided by the embodiment, the fingerprint information of the daily user and the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information are only required to be stored locally at each video conference terminal, so that the requirement on the storage space of the video conference terminal is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the video conference terminal is reduced.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a rights control apparatus of a conference television system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the rights control apparatus includes a rights setting module 10, a rights storage module 20, a fingerprint identification module 21, a rights inquiry module 22, and a rights opening module 23; wherein,
and the authority setting module 10 is used for setting the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority and storing the fingerprint information and the authority in the authority storage module 20.
The authority storage module 20 is used for storing the corresponding relation between the preset fingerprint information and the authority;
here, the rights storage module 20 may include a local storage unit 201 and/or a non-local storage unit 202.
And the fingerprint identification module 21 is configured to identify a currently input fingerprint and acquire fingerprint information.
And the authority inquiry module 22 is configured to inquire the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the authority storage module 20, and when the inquiry is made, trigger the authority opening module 23.
And the permission opening module 23 is configured to, when the permission corresponding to the fingerprint information is queried, open a control function of the video conference system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the queried permission.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in the authority control apparatus of the video conference system, the authority query module 22 includes a local query unit 31 and a non-local query unit 32.
A local query unit 31, configured to query, in the local storage unit 201, a right corresponding to the fingerprint information, and stop querying when the right corresponding to the fingerprint information is queried.
A non-local query unit 32, configured to query, in the non-local storage unit 202, a right corresponding to the fingerprint information when the right corresponding to the fingerprint information is not queried.
The invention also provides a video conference system, which comprises a video conference terminal and a cloud server, wherein the video conference system controls the authority of the video conference system by using the authority control method; in the above-mentioned authority control device, the non-local storage unit 202 in the authority storage module 20 and the non-local query unit 32 in the authority query module 22 are disposed in the cloud server, and the rest of the modules and units are disposed in the video conference terminal.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of a hardware embodiment, a software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (9)
1. A method for controlling authority of a conference television system is characterized in that a corresponding relation between fingerprint information and authority is set and stored in an authority storage space; the method further comprises the following steps:
identifying a currently input fingerprint to acquire fingerprint information;
inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information according to the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority in an authority storage space;
and inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information, and opening a control function for the conference television system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the inquired authority.
2. The rights control method of claim 1, wherein the rights storage space comprises: local storage space and/or non-local storage space.
3. The authority control method according to claim 2, wherein the querying the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the authority storage space includes:
inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the local storage space;
if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired, stopping inquiring; and if the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is not inquired, inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the non-local storage space.
4. The right control method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the non-local storage space is a right storage space of a cloud server in the video conference system.
5. The authority control device of the conference television system is characterized by comprising an authority setting module, an authority storage module, a fingerprint identification module, an authority inquiry module and an authority opening module; wherein,
the authority setting module is used for setting the corresponding relation between the fingerprint information and the authority and storing the fingerprint information and the authority in the authority storage module;
the authority storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation between the preset fingerprint information and the authority;
the fingerprint identification module is used for identifying the currently input fingerprint and acquiring fingerprint information;
the authority inquiry module is used for inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the authority storage module and triggering the authority opening module when the authority is inquired;
and the permission opening module is used for opening the control function of the conference television system for the input person of the fingerprint information according to the inquired permission when the permission corresponding to the fingerprint information is inquired.
6. The rights control apparatus of claim 5, wherein the rights storage module comprises: a local storage unit and/or a non-local storage unit.
7. The rights management unit of claim 6, wherein the rights inquiry module comprises:
the local inquiry unit is used for inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the local storage unit;
and the non-local inquiry unit is used for inquiring the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information in the non-local storage unit when the authority corresponding to the fingerprint information is not inquired in the local storage unit.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the non-local storage unit refers to a rights storage space of a cloud server in the video conference system.
9. A video conference system, comprising a video conference terminal and a cloud server, wherein the right setting module, the fingerprint identification module and the right opening module in the right control device of claims 5 to 8 are located in the video conference terminal; the right storage module and the right query module in the right control apparatus of claims 5 to 8 are located in the video conference terminal and/or the cloud server.
