Abstract

一种活齿无级变速传动装置属于无级变速传动装置设计及制造技术领域。本发明兼具并拓展了活齿无级变速器的功能、技术,其可承载大转矩,传动效率高,结构简单。本发明能够解决传统活齿无级变速器启动阶段金属齿形链与从动轮之间的打滑问题。本发明提出了一种新型的活齿无级变速传动装置,即将主动轮和从动轮同一侧的活齿锥轮设计为边缘带啮合齿的锥轮,并在同侧带齿锥轮之间安装一个过渡齿轮,而另一侧的活齿锥轮不做改变。因此,本发明通过对传统活齿无级变速锥轮器简单的改进和设计,就能从根本上解决其启动过程中链条与从动轮的打滑问题。该新型活齿无级变速传动装置可广泛应用于高速及大功率车辆、工业领域。

技术领域
本发明属于无级变速传动装置设计及制造技术领域。
背景技术
在机械领域中齿轮传动是应用非常广泛的一种传动机构,但是这种机构制造精度和安装精度高,其传动比固定,无法实现无级变速。随着科技的迅猛发展,无级变速器作为较为理想的变速器,在汽车行业得到普遍应用。专利200580039668.6(滑片变形齿无级啮合活齿轮,授权公告日:2009年6月10日,授权公告号:CN 100498006C)中介绍了一种滑片变形活齿无级啮合活齿轮装置,活齿无级变速装置是建立在活齿啮合理论基础上的一种无级变速器,这种活齿无级变速器是一种非摩擦式变形活齿无级变速传动装置,它改变了传统无级变速摩擦/牵引传动方式,突破了无级变速固有的功率/效率屏障,可以实现大功率、高效率传递动力。
但是这种传统滑片变形活齿无级变速器还存在很大缺陷,即在起步阶段离心力不足以使从动轮的滑片甩出时,会产生金属齿形链与从动轮的打滑现象。链条打滑会造成链条和从动轮之间的磨损,减少装置使用寿命,严重时会造成装置无法启动。
发明内容
本发明是在专利200580039668.6基础上的创新性改进,主要目的在于设计一种活齿无级变速传动装置,其可承载大转矩,传动效率高,结构简单,可以真正实现齿轮啮合无级传动。更主要的是,本发明能够解决传统活齿无级变速器启动阶段金属齿形链与从动轮之间的打滑问题,是在传统无级变速器的基础上技术的创新和发展,可广泛应用于高速及大功率车辆、工业领域。
一种活齿无级变速传动装置,包括金属齿形链、一对活齿锥轮,这一对活齿锥轮至少在同侧都设计为边缘带啮合齿,这一对活齿锥轮在带啮合齿的同侧之间安装一个过渡齿轮;这一对活齿锥轮分别为主动轮和从动轮。
应用所述装置的方法,其特征在于,启动时,驱动装置带动主动轮运转的同时,主动轮通过过渡齿轮带动从动轮运转,使从动轮具有与主动轮相同的转速,所述转速保证从动轮的滑片甩出活齿槽,进而完成滑片与金属齿形链链齿的啮合;当活齿无级变速器进行调速时,主动轮和从动轮的活齿锥轮会沿轴向移动,此时边缘带啮合齿的活齿锥轮会与过渡齿轮分离,主动轮和从动轮将成为独立的活齿锥轮进行无级变速传动。
本发明在活齿无级变速器的基础上,针对其存在的问题,提出了一种的活齿无级变速传动装置,即将主动轮和从动轮同一侧的活齿锥轮设计为边缘带啮合齿的锥轮,并在同侧带齿锥轮之间安装一个过渡齿轮。为了不过度增大变速器体积,该过渡齿轮的尺寸在设计时不应过大,其直径不应超过主动轮直径的1/3。同时考虑到锥轮的加工难度以及零部件的制造成本问题,另一侧的活齿锥轮可不做改变,即为不带齿的活齿锥轮。在装置启动时,驱动装置带动主动轮运转的同时,主动轮通过过渡齿轮可带动从动轮运转,使从动轮具有一定的转速,从而保证从动轮的滑片具有足够大的离心力使其甩出活齿槽,进而完成滑片与金属齿形链链齿的啮合。因此,本发明通过对传统活齿无级变速锥轮器简单的改进和设计,就能从根本上解决其启动过程中链条与从动轮的打滑问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例如图1所示。
本发明采用滑片变形活齿装置,活齿锥轮运行前滑片在活齿槽内,如图2所示。当活齿锥轮运行时,依靠离心力作用,滑片从活齿槽中甩出,处于向外伸展状态,甩出的滑片即可于金属齿形链的链齿齿相啮合,如图3所示。
参见图1,本发明中的活齿无级变速传动装置主要包括金属齿形链、边缘带啮合齿的活齿锥轮、边缘不带啮合齿的活齿锥轮、过渡齿轮、活齿单元及滑片等主要部件。本发明中将主动轮和从动轮同一侧的活齿锥轮设计为边缘带啮合齿的锥轮,并在同侧带齿锥轮之间安装一个过渡齿轮,而另一侧的活齿锥轮可不做改变,即为不带齿的锥轮。在装置启动时,驱动装置带动主动轮运转的同时,主动轮通过过渡齿轮可带动从动轮运转,使从动轮具有与主动轮相同转速,从而保证从动轮的滑片具有足够大的离心力使其甩出活齿槽,进而完成滑片与金属齿形链链齿的啮合。而当活齿无级变速器进行调速时,主动轮和从动轮的活齿锥轮会沿轴向移动,此时边缘带啮合齿的活齿锥轮会与过渡齿轮分离,主动轮和从动轮将成为独立的活齿锥轮进行无级变速传动。

1.一种活齿无级变速传动装置,其特征在于:该装置包括金属齿形链、一对活齿锥轮,这一对活齿锥轮至少在同侧都设计为边缘带啮合齿,这一对活齿锥轮在带啮合齿的同侧之间安装一个过渡齿轮;这一对活齿锥轮分别为主动轮和从动轮;启动时,驱动装置带动主动轮运转的同时,主动轮通过过渡齿轮带动从动轮运转,使从动轮具有与主动轮相同的转速,所述转速保证从动轮的滑片甩出活齿槽,进而完成滑片与金属齿形链链齿的啮合;当活齿无级变速器进行调速时,主动轮和从动轮的活齿锥轮会沿轴向移动,此时边缘带啮合齿的活齿锥轮会与过渡齿轮分离,主动轮和从动轮将成为独立的活齿锥轮进行无级变速传动。
