Abstract
本文介绍具有血管紧张肽原酶抑制作用的化合
物或其生理上可接受的盐,包括旋光异构体(除非需
要特定的异构体)、外消旋物、非对映体、几何异构体
和存在的异构体混合物。该化合物的结构式如下:式
中R1、R2、R6和n的定义同说明书中的式I、A是脂
族L-α-氨基酸残基,B是亲脂L-α-氨基酸残基,D
是脂族L-α-氨基酸残基,其中B和D之间连接的
羟基与B的α链有对映关系。本文还介绍制备这类
化合物和药用制剂的方法及用这类化合物治疗心血
管病的方法。
Description
皮革旅游鞋去污光亮剂及其制造法是以洁净为其主要目的的表面处理方法,它也适用于一般的皮革制品中。
目前皮革制品的表面处理一般以上光为其主要目的,尤其在皮靴表面处理中是这样,这种表面处理剂通常称为皮革光亮剂。常用的有硝化棉类、聚氨脂类、丙稀酸类和蛋白类共四种。苏联专利1353790“皮靴光亮剂”、1353791“糙面被覆材料的光亮剂”及苏联专利317694”皮鞋油”则提出了一种以高分子脂肪酸的酯化产物为主的脂肪类的皮革光亮剂。日本发明昭54-119300“皮革光亮剂”和昭53-141933“皮靴的洁净方法”则提出了一种溶剂性的皮革光亮剂。它们都无法使用于以去污为其主要目的的皮革旅游鞋中。中南工业大学出版社1988年出版的名为“精细化工配方3000例”一书中提出了一种既能去污又能上光的新型皮革光亮剂。它的组分是:异链烷烃(溶剂)20.5公斤(下同),微晶石蜡0.8,硅油2.4(光亮剂),吐温0.5,羊毛脂乙醇聚乙二醇醚0.5(表面活性剂),其他还有香料0.1,杀菌剂0.1,水75.1。其制备工艺是:先把石蜡、硅油和表面活性剂加热到90℃熔融并混合均匀,再将其加入溶剂中,再和水混合后用一般方法进行乳化,然后再在此混合液中加入香料和杀菌剂,即可得到油包水型的乳化液。于是,只要把70%(重量比)的乳化液和30%的液化石油气(压力为3.3公斤/厘米2)加入气溶胶罐内就可作成气溶胶制品,通常可把它作成气溶胶喷射液使用。其优点是:油包水型对皮革面很容易亲和渗透,故能除去油性污染;而当溶剂蒸发转换为水包油型时又能去除水性污染。它既是上光剂又是去污剂。其缺点是:若把其用于皮鞋旅游鞋的去污中,由于是溶剂性的,使用不便;工艺复杂,成本也高,而且不能抗静电,更不能去除从尘土中带到鞋上的金属钙、镁等离子。
因此,为了研制一种非溶剂性的、使用方便、工艺简单、又能防静电的可用于皮革旅游鞋的胶体型去污光亮剂,本发明提出了一种脂肪酸类胶体型的、以去污为主的皮革旅游鞋用的去污光亮剂。
本发明的特征在于:它主要由表面活性剂、光亮剂、胶体及保温剂加上去离子水组成,另外还有抑菌防腐剂、增白剂和增溶剂等附加成份。其组成及制备工艺如下:

(2)、工艺过程
先把去离子水加热到70~95℃,再一次性地加入胶体及保湿剂、增白剂和增溶剂,边加入边搅拌。然后再皂化1~3小时。接着加入上光剂和表面活性剂,使其乳化1~4小时。当温度自然降至40~50℃时,再加入抑菌防腐剂搅拌即成。
其中的三聚磷酸钠既是增白剂又是络合剂,它可用于除去由尘土带至皮革旅游鞋表面的金属钙、镁离子。
试用证明:由于本发明提出的去污光亮剂是一种胶体型、油包水式的以去污为主的洁净剂,因此,它既能去除油性和水性污染,也能除去鞋表面尘土中含有的金属钙、镁离子,而且比溶剂型的使用方便,而且还能抗静电。

Claims (1)
1、皮革旅游鞋去污光亮剂及其制法,其特征在于,它主要由表面活性剂、光亮剂、胶体及保湿剂和去离子水组成,另外还附加有抑菌防腐剂、增白剂和增溶剂,其组成和工艺如下:

(2)、工艺过程
先把去离子水加热到70~95℃,再一次性地加入胶体及保湿剂、增白剂和增溶剂,边加入边搅拌。然后再皂化1~3小时。接着加入上光剂和表面活性剂,使其乳化1~4小时。当温度自然降至40~50℃时,再加入抑菌防腐剂搅拌即成。
