Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种随机接入中预先确定资源的方法、用户设备和基站,涉及通信领域,能够简化随机接入过程,提高了随机接入过程中信息传输的可靠性。其方法为:采用隐式的方式指示随机接入前导索引的标识符的部分或全部;或,根据规定参数来设置指示前导索引的标识符的比特数;或,可以使RAR消息中不包括指示临时标识的比特或字段;或,可以使RAR消息中不包括上行调度/授权信息;或,可以预定义的时间提前命令,其中所述预定义的时间提前命令的调节粒度大于规定调节粒度,简化了随机接入流程中的消息,同时将传输RAR应答消息、竞争解决消息、RAR应答消息重传和竞争解决消息重传所用的资源通过信令配置或系统预先设置。本发明实施例用于随机接入过程。
