一种室内空气循环净化及加湿设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;主功能模块包括风机模块和净化模块,净化模块连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口;净化模块连通所述的风机模块;风机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道,经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风口、经机箱壳体内设的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水水箱,水箱的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口相通;它具有结构组成合理,使用安装方便,能实现空气循环净化、加湿等功能,能有效防止空气中有害物质对室内居住空间污染等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种室内空气循环净化及加湿设备,属于室内空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
经济的快速发展、城市化进程的加快及工业的超负荷发展等都造成了室外空气污染的严重加剧。另外,室内由于各种装修而产生的杂质、病毒及有害气体等也对人们的居家生活造成了污染由此产生健康隐患,严重的将导致疾病。
因此,目前对于室内空气的净化,一般采用空气净化器的形式。但现有的空气净化器基本上存在结构复杂,体积大占地方,制作成本高,空气净化效果不理想等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成合理,使用安装方便,能实现空气循环净化、加湿等功能,能有效防止空气中有害物质对室内居住空间污染的室内空气循环净化及加湿设备。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种室内空气循环净化及加湿设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,所述的机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;所述主功能模块包括风机模块和净化模块,其中所述的净化模块连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口;所述的净化模块连通所述的风机模块;所述的风机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道,经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风口、经机箱壳体内设的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;
所述出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水水箱,该水箱的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口相通。
作为优选:所述的净化模块为由至少三道不同作用过滤层形成的一体式结构,它包括净化模块基座,在该净化模块基座上开设有针对连通进风腔体的净化模块进风口,且进风腔体侧向连通面板上的室内循环进风口;所述的净化模块内安装有初滤网、HEPA滤网以及活性炭滤网。
作为优选:所述的净化模块上方安装有横长送风通道布置而成的风机模块,它包括模块基座和上盖板构成的横长送风通道,模块基座上开设有连通净化模块的风机安装座,其中安装有风机并可将通过净化模块后的空气向送风通道两侧送出;
所述风机模块的送风通道两侧端分别配置有一L型机构的风道堵头,在所述风道堵头中间设置有贯通空腔,并通过所述的贯通空腔经机箱壳体内上部设置的出风槽、分别连通前方面板上部开设的左右两个净化空气出风口;所述面板上的净化空气出风口配置有出风口摆叶。
本发明具有结构组成合理,使用安装方便,能实现空气循环净化、加湿等功能,能有效防止空气中有害物质对室内居住空间污染等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种室内空气循环净化及加湿设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板1的机箱壳体2,面板1上至少设置有净化空气出风口3,所述的机箱壳体2内至少安装有置于机箱壳体2中间的主功能模块以及电源装置4;所述主功能模块包括风机模块5和净化模块6,其中所述的净化模块6连通设置在面板1上的室内循环进风口7;所述的净化模块6连通所述的风机模块5;所述的风机模块5利用安置有风机的送风通道8、经送风通道8两侧配置的风道堵头9中出风口经机箱壳体2内设的出风槽10连通所述的面板1上的净化空气出风口3;
所述的出风槽10的出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水水箱11,该水箱11的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板12,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口3相通。
结合图2所示,本发明所述的净化模块6为由至少三道不同作用过滤层形成的一体式结构,它包括一净化模块基座13,在该净化模块基座13的上开设有针对连通进风腔体的净化模块进风口14,且进风腔体侧向连通面板1上的室内循环进风口7;所述的净化模块6安装有初滤网15、HEPA滤网16以及活性炭滤网17。
结合图3所示,本发明所述的净化模块6上方安装有横长风道布置而成的风机模块5,它包括模块基座18和上盖板19构成的横长送风通道8,模块基座18上开设有连通净化模块6的风机安装座20,其中安装有风机21并可将通过净化模块6后的空气向送风通道8两侧送出。
图1中,所述风机模块5的风道两侧端分别配置有一L型结构的风道堵头9,在所述风道堵头9中间设置有贯通空腔,并通过所述的贯通空腔经机箱壳体2内上部设置的出风槽10分别连通前方面板上部开设的左右两个净化空气出风口3;所述面板1上的净化空气出风口3配置有出风口摆叶23。
本发明所述电源装置4为常规装置,它安装在机箱壳体2对应的位置处,为整个设备的运行提供动力和控制。

1.一种室内空气循环净化及加湿设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,其特征在于所述的机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;所述主功能模块包括风机模块和净化模块,其中所述的净化模块连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口;所述的净化模块连通所述的风机模块;所述的风机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道,经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风口、经机箱壳体内设的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;
所述出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水水箱,该水箱的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口相通;
