Abstract

一种可同时实现空气引入和净化及加湿的设备,它包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;主功能模块包括电机模块、净化模块以及内外循环模块,所述的内外循环模块分别连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口、和位于机箱壳体背面下部的室外侧进风口装置;内外循环模块连通净化模块,并通过所述净化模块连通所述的电机模块;电机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道、并经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风通道和机箱壳体上设置的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;所述的出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水的水箱。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种可同时实现空气引入和净化及加湿的设备,属于室内空气调节技术领域。
背景技术
经济的快速发展、城市化进程的加快及工业的超负荷发展等都造成了室外空气污染的严重加剧。另外,室内由于各种装修而产生的杂质、病毒及有害气体等也对人们的居家生活造成了污染由此产生健康隐患,严重的将导致疾病。
现在对于室内空气的净化,一般采用空气净化器的形式。但是空气净化器只承担了室内空气净化的作用,对空气中氧气的含量不产生任何增加。如需对室内含氧量进行增加,还是需要通过引入室外侧空气的方式进行。因此,需要研发一个既可以引入和净化室外空气又可以实现室内空气净化循环的产品,将是一件非常有益的事。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成合理,使用安装方便,既可以引入新鲜空气、又能实现空气循环和净化、加湿,能防止空气中有害物质对室内居住空间污染的同时、又能保证室内外空气的有效流通的可同时实现空气引入和净化及加湿的设备。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种可同时实现空气引入和净化及加湿的设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,所述的机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;所述主功能模块包括电机模块、净化模块以及内外循环模块,其中所述的内外循环模块分别连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口、和位于机箱壳体背面的室外侧进风口装置;所述内外循环模块连通净化模块,并通过所述净化模块连通所述的电机模块;电机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道、并经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风通道和机箱壳体上设置的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;
所述的出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水的水箱,该水箱的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口相通。
作为优选:所述的内外循环模块为一体式盒状结构,它包括由模块盖板和模块基座上下相接而成的盒体,盒体的前后分别设置有连通室内循环进风口和室外侧进风口装置的内进风口和外进风口,模块盖板上开设有连通净化模块的出风口;盒体内安置有一位于内进风口和外进风口之间可进行移动的内外滑动(装置),一根带有螺纹的定位转轴横向穿过内外滑动片中间的定位孔中、其至少一端安置在盒体的侧壁上。
作为优选:所述的内循环模块与净化模块之间安装有保证新风和空气净化主机箱体内密封性的密封插件;所述的净化模块为由至少三道不同作用过滤层形成的一体式结构,它包括一净化模块基座,在该净化模块基座的一端开设有针对内外循环模块上出风口的净化模块进风口,净化模块安装有初滤网、HEPA滤网以及活性炭滤网;
所述的室外侧进风口装置为一T型结构,它包括与机箱壳体连接的固定面板、该固定面板的中间设置有引入室外空气的室外进风管道以及设置在室外进风管道内的进风口滤网。
作为优选:所述的净化模块上方安装有横长送风通道布置而成的风机模块,该风机模块包括模块基座和上盖板构成的横长送风通道,模块基座上开设有连通净化模块的风机安装座,其中安装有风机并可将通过净化模块后的空气向风道两侧送出;
所述风机模块的风道两侧端分别配置有一L型结构的风道堵头,在所述风道堵头中间设置有出风通道,并通过所述的出风通道经机箱壳体内上部设置的出风槽分别连通前方面板上部开设的左右两个净化空气出风口;所述面板上的净化空气出风口配置有出风口摆叶。
本发明具有结构组成合理,使用安装方便,既可以引入新鲜空气、又能实现空气循环和净化、加湿,能防止空气中有害物质对室内居住空间污染的同时、又能保证室内外空气的有效流通等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种可实现空气引入和空气净化的设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板1的机箱壳体2,面板1上至少设置有净化空气出风口3,所述的机箱壳体2内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块4以及电源装置5和送风装置6;所述主功能模块4包括从上到下依次相接而成的电机模块7、净化模块8以及内外循环模块9,见图4所示;其中所述的内外循环模块9分别连通设置在面板1下部、机箱壳体2底部或下部面板与机箱壳体之间连接处的室内循环进风口10、以及位于机箱壳体背面下部的室外侧进风口装置11;所述内外循环模块9连通上方的净化模块8,并通过所述净化模块8连通所述的电机模块7;位于上部的电机模块7利用安置有风扇(机)12的送风风道13、经送风风道13两侧配置的风道堵头40中接风口连通所述的面板1上的净化空气出风口3,并构成所述的送风装置6。
图5所示,所述的内外循环模块9为一体式盒状结构,它被安装在一新风和空气净化主机箱体内,它包括由模块盖板14和模块基座15上下相接而成的盒体,盒体的前后分别设置有连通室内循环进风口和室外侧进风口装置的内进风口16和外进风口17,模块盖板14上开设有连通上部净化模块8的出风口18;盒体内安置有一位于内进风口16和外进风口17之间可进行移动的内外滑动片19,一根带有螺纹的定位转轴20横向穿过内外滑动片19中间的定位孔21中、其至少一端安置在盒体的侧壁上。
图4中所示,本发明所述的内循环模块9与净化模块8之间安装有保证新风和空气净化主机箱体内密封性的密封插件22;
图6所示,本发明所述的净化模块8为由至少三道不同作用过滤层形成的一体式、可拆卸结构,它包括一净化模块基座23,在该净化模块基座23的底部开设有针对下方内外循环模块上出风口的净化模块进风口24,净化模块从下到上依次安装有初滤网25、HEPA滤网26以及活性炭滤网27;即所述的第一道初滤网为前置过滤层,主要过滤小至0.009微米穿透力极强的空气悬浮微粒,滤净率高达95%以上;第二道过滤层为HEPA微料高效滤层,主要过滤过敏原、粉尘、花粉、病毒、细菌等直径20微米以上的悬浮物,对PM10以上的颗粒滤净率达95%以上;第三道过滤层为活性炭气味滤层,能有效滤净甲醛、苯、二恶英以及臭氧等常见空气异味与有害化学污染物。
图2所示,所述的室外侧进风口装置11为一T型结构,它包括与机箱壳体2连接的固定面板28、该固定面板的中间设置有引入室外空气的室外进风管道29以及设置在室外进风管道内的进风口滤网30。
图7所示,本发明所述的净化模块8上方安装有横长风道布置而成的风机模块9,它包括模块基座31和上盖板32构成的横长风道13,模块基座31上开设有向下连通净化模块8的风扇安装座33,其中安装有风扇12并可将通过净化模块8后的空气向风道13两侧送出;
结合图2所示,所述风机模块9的风道13两侧端分别配置有一L型机构的风道堵头40,在所述风道堵头40中间设置有贯通空腔34,并通过所述的贯通空腔34经机箱壳体2内上部设置的出风槽35分别连通前方面板上部开设的左右两个净化空气出风口3。
本发明所述的出风槽35的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水的水箱36,该水箱36的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口的加湿器连接板37,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口3相通,并配置有出风口网格38;所述面板1上的净化空气出风口3配置有出风口摆叶39。
本发明所述电源装置为常规装置,它安装在主机箱对应的位置处,为整个设备的运行提供动力和控制。

1.一种可同时实现空气引入和净化及加湿的设备,它主要包括一前面配置有面板的机箱壳体,面板上至少设置有净化空气出风口,其特征在于所述的机箱壳体内至少安装有置于机箱壳体中间的主功能模块以及电源装置;所述主功能模块包括电机模块、净化模块以及内外循环模块,其中所述的内外循环模块分别连通设置在面板上的室内循环进风口、和位于机箱壳体背面下部的室外侧进风口装置;所述内外循环模块连通净化模块,并通过所述净化模块连通所述的电机模块;电机模块利用安置有风机的送风通道、并经该送风通道两侧配置的风道堵头中出风通道和机箱壳体上设置的出风槽连通所述面板上的净化空气出风口;
所述的出风槽的对应槽口下方安装有整体式封闭结构的储纳水的水箱,该水箱的其中一侧或两侧安装有加湿器和带有出风口加湿器连接板,其中加湿器出风口与面板上的净化空气出风口相通;
