苛刻工况用高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,阀杆穿过阀体与蝶板固定连接,在阀杆上套装填料组件,填料组件通过填料压盖固定密封,填料组件包括方填料,在方填料的上下两端反向设置V形填料A和V形填料B,V形填料A与填料压盖之间设置T形推块A,V形填料B的下端设置T形推块B,T形推块B的下端设置弹簧,弹簧与T形推块B之间设有弹簧座。本发明的有益效果是:在弹簧力的作用下,使得T形推块和V形填料相互卡紧,补偿填料因长期磨损产生的间隙,保证了阀杆处的密封性能。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
目前使用的蝶阀,其阀杆填料密封一般采用填料压盖压紧填料组件,由于上部填料压盖的单向压紧,使上部填料的受力大,密封比压高,而下部填料受力小,出现密封比压不均匀的情况,长时间运行后,会发生填料组件磨损现象,产生间隙,引起阀杆处的泄漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有蝶阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种阀杆密封能够实现自动补偿、无间隙配合的蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,苛刻工况用高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,阀杆穿过阀体与蝶板固定连接,在阀杆上套装填料组件,填料组件通过填料压盖固定密封,填料组件包括方填料、V形填料、T形推块、弹簧座和弹簧,在方填料的上下两端反向设置V形填料A和V形填料B,V形填料A与填料压盖之间设置T形推块A,V形填料B的下端设置T形推块B,T形推块B的下端设置弹簧,弹簧与T形推块B之间设有弹簧座。
本发明的有益效果是:在弹簧力的作用下,使得T形推块和V形填料相互卡紧,补偿填料因长期磨损产生的间隙,保证了阀杆处的密封性能。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,苛刻工况用高性能蝶阀,包括阀体3、阀杆1、蝶板2,阀杆1穿过阀体3与蝶板2固定连接,在阀杆1上套装填料组件4,填料组件4通过填料压盖5固定密封,填料组件4包括方填料8,在方填料8的上下两端反向设置V形填料A7和V形填料B9,V形填料A7与填料压盖5之间设置T形推块A6,V形填料B9的下端设置T形推块B10,T形推块B10的下端设置弹簧12,弹簧12与T形推块B10之间设有弹簧座11。

1.苛刻工况用高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,所述阀杆穿过阀体与蝶板固定连接,在所述阀杆上套装填料组件,所述填料组件通过填料压盖固定密封,其特征在于:所述填料组件包括方填料,在方填料的上下两端反向设置V形填料A和V形填料B,所述V形填料A与填料压盖之间设置T形推块A,所述V形填料B的下端设置T形推块B,T形推块B的下端设置弹簧,弹簧与T形推块B之间设有弹簧座。
