本发明公开了一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,包括基架,在基架上方从前到后依次设有相互平行的A辊,B辊,C辊和D辊,在基架前端设有工作架,工作架上设有玻纤层,印刷膜和透明膜,在基架一侧设有挤出机,在A辊和B辊之间的上方设有模具甲,在B辊和C辊之间的下方设有模具乙,挤出机分别与模具甲和模具乙相连。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:在稳定层挤出原料中添加六甲基磷酰三胺,可以有效提高稳定层的抗氧化性,提高其稳定程度;挤出机通过模具甲和模具乙分两次挤出稳定层并与玻纤层融合,成型条件相同,成型后玻纤层与其两侧的稳定层结合度相同,即使在温度变化后,仍能保持平整,不会变形,提高了整体铺装的效果。

一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置
技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为“轻体地材”。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,从80年代初开始进入中国市场,至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆等各种场所。“PVC地板”就是指采用聚氯乙烯材料生产的地板。具体就是以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料,加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料,在片状连续基材上,经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
其中PVC卷材地板有接缝少,整体感强,卫生死角少,PVC含量高,脚感舒适,外观档次高,质量标准高等优势,只要保证正确铺装,因产品质量而产生的问题较少。通常PVC卷材在生产中玻纤层和稳定层直接压合,不能有效的发挥其稳定性能,通过研究后研发出两套模具同时供给,使玻纤层固定在稳定层内,最大限度的发挥了玻纤层的稳定性,但由于稳定层和玻纤层冷却时收缩度不同,容易导致PVC卷材地板变形,起皱,影响铺装使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,包括基架,在基架上方从前到后依次设有相互平行的A辊,B辊,C辊和D辊,在基架前端设有工作架,工作架上设有玻纤层,印刷膜和透明膜,在基架一侧设有挤出机,在A辊和B辊之间的上方设有模具甲,在B辊和C辊之间的下方设有模具乙,挤出机分别与模具甲和模具乙相连。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述A辊上导入玻纤层与模具甲挤出的稳定层一,在170℃的高温下同时进入A辊和B辊,挤压融合后与模具乙挤出的稳定层二同时进入C辊,随后与印刷膜和透明膜通过C辊和D辊挤压复合成型后进入下一道工序。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述挤出机内原材料由以下组份和重量份含量制成:聚氯乙烯树脂45-55份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯10-15份,碳酸钙25-40份,六甲基磷酰三胺2-6份,氧化锌1-3份,稳定剂0.8-2份,改性剂0.2-1份。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂或钡锌稳定剂中的一种或几种,所述改性剂为乙丙橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:在稳定层挤出原料中添加六甲基磷酰三胺,可以有效提高稳定层的抗氧化性,提高其稳定程度;挤出机通过模具甲和模具乙分两次挤出稳定层并与玻纤层融合,两次融合后与印刷膜和透明膜挤压复合成型,由于两次稳定层和玻纤层融合时,稳定层都处于玻纤层内侧,形成条件相同,成型后玻纤层与其两侧的稳定层结合度相同,即使在温度变化后,仍能保持平整,不会变形,提高了整体铺装的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1中,一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,包括基架13,在基架13上方从前到后依次设有相互平行的A辊1,B辊2,C辊3和D辊4,在基架13前端设有工作架12,工作架12上设有玻纤层5,印刷膜8和透明膜9,在基架13一侧设有挤出机14,在A辊1和B辊2之间的上方设有模具甲10,在B辊2和C辊3之间的下方设有模具乙11,挤出机14分别与模具甲10和模具乙11相连。
挤出机14内原材料包括以下组份和重量份含量:聚氯乙烯树脂50份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯12份,碳酸钙30份,六甲基磷酰三胺4份,氧化锌2份,稳定剂1.2份,改性剂0.8份。
其中,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂,所述改性剂为乙丙橡胶和丁腈橡胶中的混合物。
工作架12上的玻纤层5由A辊1导入,与模具甲10挤出的稳定层一6在170℃高温下由A1辊和B辊2挤压融合,融合后由B辊2传导,与模具乙11挤出的稳定层二7在170℃高温下由B辊2和C辊3挤压融合,随后与印刷膜8和透明膜9在C辊3和D辊4的挤压下复合成型,随后可进入下一工序。
成型后的卷材地板为五层结构,由上到下依次为透明膜9,印刷膜8,稳定层一6,玻纤层5和稳定层二7。
根据PVC卷材地板的国家标准GB/T11982-2005中6.8条对加热翘曲检测方法对本发明中成型地板进行检测,本发明中卷材地板厚度为2mm,等间距取三个边长约250mm的正方形试件,一起放入温度为80℃士2℃的鼓风烘箱内,保持6h后,将放有试件的平板取出,不要移动试件,在标准条件下放置24h,用高度游标卡尺测量试件各边的上表面到平板之间的最大距离,减去卷材地板的平均厚度,用三个试件共12个数据的算术平均值表示加热翘曲,得到本发明中加热翘曲为0.92mm,符合优质标准,说明使用本发明中方法制得的卷材地板由于两次稳定层和玻纤层融合时,稳定层都处于玻纤层内侧,稳定剂与玻纤层融合条件相同,成型后玻纤层与其两侧的稳定层结合度相同,即使在温度变化后,仍能保持平整,不会变形,提高了整体铺装的效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,其特征在于,包括基架,在基架上方从前到后依次设有相互平行的A辊,B辊,C辊和D辊,在基架前端设有工作架,工作架上设有玻纤层,印刷膜和透明膜,在基架一侧设有挤出机,在A辊和B辊之间的上方设有模具甲,在B辊和C辊之间的下方设有模具乙,挤出机分别与模具甲和模具乙相连。
2.如权利要求1所述一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,其特征在于,所述A辊上导入玻纤层与模具甲挤出的稳定层一,在170℃的高温下同时进入A辊和B辊,挤压融合后与模具乙挤出的稳定层二同时进入C辊,随后与印刷膜和透明膜通过C辊和D辊挤压复合成型后进入下一道工序。
3.如权利要求1所述一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,其特征在于,所述挤出机内原材料由以下组份和重量份含量制成:聚氯乙烯树脂45-55份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯10-15份,碳酸钙25-40份,六甲基磷酰三胺2-6份,氧化锌1-3份,稳定剂0.8-2份,改性剂0.2-1份。
4.如权利要求3所述一种用于卷材地板的玻纤添加装置,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂或钡锌稳定剂中的一种或几种,所述改性剂为乙丙橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。
