Abstract
本发明公开了螺旋柱面螺栓的加工工艺。螺纹的外径设计成六角形有利于防止松脱,但常规工艺生产的产品一致性较差。本发明的步骤:加工出螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板,包括动、静搓丝板;动、静搓丝板内侧均加工有多条并排布置的搓丝凸条;搓丝凸条包括顶部的直线段和下凹的圆弧段;直线段和圆弧段依次交替连接;冷镦出螺栓半成品;螺栓半成品经上料振动盘振动后由搓丝轨道进入到动、静搓丝板的间隙内进行搓丝;螺栓杆柱面在动、静搓丝板的搓丝凸条相互搓动下形成配合螺纹和形状一致的六个曲面;曲面由螺栓头至螺栓杆方向呈螺纹状;对搓丝后的螺栓进行热处理和表面处理。本发明采用牙板冷挤压成型,无材料损耗,模具保证产品尺寸,精度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于车用紧固件技术领域,涉及车用螺栓,具体涉及一种螺旋柱面螺栓的加工工艺。
背景技术
螺栓在锁紧后,经常会应受外界的振动性载荷的影响,容易松脱,将螺纹的外径设计成六角形为其他非圆形,有利于防止松脱,但常规的工艺是,先将螺纹加工成常规圆形,再进行机加工工艺,产品一致性较差,且成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决常规加工工艺产品稳定性较差、成本高的问题,提出一种螺旋柱面螺栓的加工工艺,采用专用牙板进行一次螺纹成型。
本发明的具体步骤如下:
步骤一、加工出螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板。螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板包括动、静搓丝板;动、静搓丝板内侧均加工有多条并排布置的搓丝凸条;搓丝凸条包括顶部的直线段和下凹的圆弧段;直线段和圆弧段依次交替连接;直线段与水平线的夹角为20~25°;圆弧段的弧长等于所需加工的螺旋柱面螺栓大径所在圆周周长的1/6。
步骤二、螺栓冷镦出螺栓杆柱面,成为螺栓半成品。
步骤三、螺栓半成品经上料振动盘振动后进入到搓丝轨道,并由搓丝轨道进入动、静搓丝板的间隙内。
步骤四、动、静搓丝板对螺栓半成品进行搓丝。静搓丝板固定不动,动搓丝板与静搓丝板相对设置且沿平行静搓丝板方向往复移动;螺栓杆柱面在动、静搓丝板的搓丝凸条相互搓动下形成配合螺纹和形状一致的六个曲面;曲面由螺栓头至螺栓杆方向呈螺纹状,该螺纹的螺距为配合螺纹螺距的n倍,n>10。
步骤五、对搓丝后的螺栓进行热处理。
步骤六、对热处理后的螺栓进行表面处理。
所述步骤五中的热处理为调质或渗碳。
所述步骤六中的表面处理为表面镀锌、涂覆或磷化处理。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明采用牙板冷挤压成型,无材料损耗,模具保证产品尺寸,精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细的说明。
螺旋柱面螺栓的加工工艺,具体如下:
步骤一、如图1所示,加工出螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板。螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板包括动、静搓丝板;动、静搓丝板内侧均加工有多条并排布置的搓丝凸条1;搓丝凸条包括顶部的直线段和下凹的圆弧段;直线段和圆弧段依次交替连接;直线段与水平线的夹角为20°;圆弧段的弧长等于所需加工的螺旋柱面螺栓大径所在圆周周长的1/6,这里取值为1mm。
步骤二、螺栓冷镦出螺栓杆柱面,成为螺栓半成品。
步骤三、螺栓半成品经上料振动盘振动后进入到搓丝轨道,并由搓丝轨道进入动、静搓丝板的间隙内。
步骤四、动、静搓丝板对螺栓半成品进行搓丝。静搓丝板固定不动,动搓丝板与静搓丝板相对设置且沿平行静搓丝板方向往复移动;如图2所示,螺栓杆柱面在动、静搓丝板的搓丝凸条1相互搓动下形成配合螺纹和形状一致的六个曲面2;曲面由螺栓头至螺栓杆方向呈螺纹状,该螺纹的螺距为配合螺纹螺距的10倍;
步骤五、对搓丝后的螺栓进行热处理,热处理为调质或渗碳,使螺栓的硬度值达到要求。
步骤六、对热处理后的螺栓进行表面处理,表面处理为表面镀锌、涂覆或磷化处理。

1.螺旋柱面螺栓的加工工艺,其特征在于:该加工工艺具体如下:
步骤一、加工出螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板;螺旋柱面螺栓加工牙板包括动、静搓丝板;动、静搓丝板内侧均加工有多条并排布置的搓丝凸条;搓丝凸条包括顶部的直线段和下凹的圆弧段;直线段和圆弧段依次交替连接;直线段与水平线的夹角为20~25°;圆弧段的弧长等于所需加工的螺旋柱面螺栓大径所在圆周周长的1/6;
步骤二、螺栓冷镦出螺栓杆柱面,成为螺栓半成品;
步骤三、螺栓半成品经上料振动盘振动后进入到搓丝轨道,并由搓丝轨道进入动、静搓丝板的间隙内;
