Abstract

本发明公开了一种包皮环切吻合器,包括吻合部,所述吻合部包括外环和内环,外环与内环之间设有滚轮使得外环可以绕内环进行滑动,外环内表面设有至少三个转轴,转轴上设有与其固定连接的压杆,压杆穿过内环上与之适配的通孔,压杆远离转轴一端设有垂直于压杆并平行于内环内表面的连杆,连杆远离与压杆连接处的一端设有扇形阻截面。采用本发明的设计,吻合部直接套入病人下体,而不需要观测尺寸,再通过转动外环,即可完成封闭,方便套入过程中对病人下体套入位置的观测以及更改嵌套位置。

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是一种包皮环切吻合器。
背景技术
现有的包皮环切吻合器一般都为固定的尺寸大小,在进行手术时需要进行测量并采用相应尺寸的包皮环切吻合器,然而此种方式浪费时间,并且无法根据用户的需求进行更改,局限性很高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于解决现在的包皮环切吻合器尺寸固定,无法根据病人实际需求做出更改的问题。
技术方案:本发明提供以下技术方案:一种包皮环切吻合器,包括吻合部,所述吻合部包括外环和内环,外环与内环之间设有滚轮使得外环可以绕内环进行滑动,外环内表面设有至少三个转轴,每个转轴上设有与其固定连接的压杆,压杆穿过内环上与之适配的通孔,压杆远离转轴一端设有垂直于压杆并平行于内环内表面的连杆,连杆远离与压杆连接处的一端设有扇形阻截面。
作为优化,所述压杆的长度大于内环与外环之间的距离。
作为优化,所述连杆的长度大于等于外环的宽度。
作为优化,所述扇形阻截面与转轴的个数适配,使得转动外环后能够让扇形阻截面组成完整的环形。
作为优化,所述外环外侧设有包皮切割槽,包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫。
有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术:通过本发明的设计,包皮环切吻合器可直接套入病人下体而无需根据病人的尺寸进行更换,再通过转动外环,即可完成封闭,方便套入过程中对病人下体套入位置的观测以及更改嵌套位置,并且本发明的方式能够调节压下的程度,封闭性更加好。

如附图1和附图2所示,一种包皮环切吻合器,包括吻合部,所述吻合部包括外环1和内环2,外环1与内环2之间设有滚轮3使得外环1可以绕内环2进行滑动,外环1内表面设有至少三个转轴4,每个转轴4上设有与其固定连接的压杆5,压杆5穿过内环2上与之适配的通孔6,压杆5远离转轴4一端设有垂直于压杆5并平行于内环2内表面的连杆7,连杆7远离与压杆5连接处的一端设有扇形阻截面8。
所述压杆5的长度大于内环2与外环1之间的距离。
所述连杆7的长度大于等于外环1的宽度。
所述扇形阻截面8与转轴4的个数适配,使得转动外环后能够让扇形阻截面8组成完整的环形。
所述外环外侧设有包皮切割槽,包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫。
所述多个转轴将外环若干等分,等分的份数与转轴个数相同。
所述转轴与滚轮不在同一平面。

1.一种包皮环切吻合器,包括吻合部,其特征在于:所述吻合部包括外环和内环,外环与内环之间设有滚轮使得外环可以绕内环进行滑动,外环内表面设有至少三个转轴,每个转轴上设有与其固定连接的压杆,压杆穿过内环上与之适配的通孔,压杆远离转轴一端设有垂直于压杆并平行于内环内表面的连杆,连杆远离与压杆连接处的一端设有扇形阻截面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包皮环切吻合器,其特征在于:所述压杆的长度大于内环与外环之间的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包皮环切吻合器,其特征在于:所述连杆的长度大于等于外环的宽度。
4.据权利要求1所述的包皮环切吻合器,其特征在于:所述扇形阻截面与转轴的个数适配,使得转动外环后能够让扇形阻截面组成完整的环形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包皮环切吻合器,其特征在于:所述外环外侧设有包皮切割槽,包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫。
