Abstract
本发明公开了一种一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,包括吻合器本体,吻合器两端分别设置手柄部和切割部,所述切割部包括自吻合器本体延伸出的固定部以及可进行开启和闭合的闭合部。所述吻合器本体靠近切割部一端设有与切割部连接的发热器,发热器的调节开关通过引线延长设置于手柄部。所述固定部和闭合部的外部均包覆一层绝缘膜。所述固定部中部设有切割片,两侧设置缝合部。所述缝合部包括缝合线和缝合器。采用本发明的设计,能够帮助切割部控制在与病人体内温度相同的状态,防止温度过低以滋生细菌感染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是一种一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器。
背景技术
现有的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器仅考虑到手术过程中由于病人处于麻醉状态,所以手术器械温度低不会使得病人产生痛苦,但是在低温情况下,腹腔暴露于空气中,易滋生细菌,采用现有的技术,易导致伤口感染,并且虽然在麻醉状态下不会感觉到痛苦,但是人体内部的疼痛记忆是存在的,可能也会埋下以后腹腔短时间隐隐作痛的隐患。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于解决现在的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器在低温情况下,腹腔暴露于空气中,易滋生细菌,并且可能会有短时间腹腔隐隐作痛的隐患的问题。
技术方案:本发明提供以下技术方案:一种一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,包括吻合器本体,吻合器本体两端分别设置手柄部和切割部,所述切割部包括自吻合器本体延伸出的固定部以及可进行开启和闭合的闭合部;所述吻合器本体靠近切割部一端设有与切割部连接的发热器,发热器的调节开关通过引线延长设置于手柄部。
作为优化,所述固定部和闭合部的外部均包覆一层绝缘膜。
作为优化,所述手柄部包括能够控制闭合部进行开启和闭合的开关手柄、起到固定作用的支撑手柄以及设置于手柄上的调节开关。
作为优化,所述固定部中部设有切割片,两侧设置缝合部。
作为优化,所述缝合部包括缝合线和缝合器。
有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术:采用本发明的设计,能够帮助切割部控制在与病人体内温度相同的状态,防止温度过低以滋生细菌感染。同时,将调节开关设置于手柄部,靠近医生,方便医生进行温度调节,以适应病人的体温。通过在固定部和闭合部的外部均包覆一层绝缘膜,防止发热器产生漏电的情况。

如附图1所示,一种一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,包括吻合器本体1,吻合器本体两端分别设置手柄部2和切割部,所述切割部包括自吻合器本体1延伸出的固定部3以及可进行开启和闭合的闭合部4;所述吻合器本体1靠近切割部一端设有与切割部连接的发热器5,发热器5的调节开关6通过引线延长设置于手柄部2。
所述固定部3和闭合部4的外部均包覆一层绝缘膜(未图示)。
所述手柄部2包括能够控制闭合部4进行开启和闭合的开关手柄7、起到固定作用的支撑手柄8以及设置于手柄上的调节开关6。
所述固定部3中部设有切割片(未图示),两侧设置缝合部(未图示)。
所述缝合部包括缝合线(未图示)和缝合器(未图示)。

1.一种一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,其特征在于:包括吻合器本体,吻合器本体两端分别设置手柄部和切割部,所述切割部包括自吻合器本体延伸出的固定部以及可进行开启和闭合的闭合部;所述吻合器本体靠近切割部一端设有与切割部连接的发热器,发热器的调节开关通过引线延长设置于手柄部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述固定部和闭合部的外部均包覆一层绝缘膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述手柄部包括能够控制闭合部进行开启和闭合的开关手柄、起到固定作用的支撑手柄以及设置于手柄上的调节开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述固定部中部设有切割片,两侧设置缝合部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一次性腔镜直线切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述缝合部包括缝合线和缝合器。
