本发明提供一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:聚烯烃60-80份;高密度聚乙烯1-5份;纳米二氧化硅10-25份;脂肪酸酰胺3-8份;二乙醇酰胺1-5份,还可以包括阻燃剂,所述聚烯烃可为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丙烯共聚物、聚1-丁烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯或环烯烃聚合物。本发明的有益效果是抗刮伤性能好,适用于工业化生产。

一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物
技术领域
本发明属于烯烃产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物。
背景技术
聚烯烃是烯烃经过加聚反应形成的高分子化合物。由于原料丰富,价格低廉,容易加工成型,综合性能优良,因此是一类产量最大,应用十分广泛的高分子材料。其中以聚乙烯、聚丙烯最为重要。
对聚烯烃进行改性,使其具有更加优越的性能,进一步延展了聚烯烃的应用范围。在聚烯烃中加入抗刮伤剂,获得的改性的聚烯烃表现出良好的抗刮伤性能,具有良好的工业应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,具有优越的抗刮伤性能,可广泛应用于汽车零部件的制造生产。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚烯烃60-80份;
高密度聚乙烯1-5份;
纳米二氧化硅10-25份;
脂肪酸酰胺3-8份;
二乙醇酰胺1-5份。
优选的,还包括阻燃剂。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物。
优选的,所述聚烯烃为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丙烯共聚物、聚1-丁烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯或环烯烃聚合物。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,由抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物值得的的零部件抗刮伤性能更加优越,可有效延长零部件的使用寿命。
2、制造成本低,便于工业化生产,绿色环保,无污染。

本实施例的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚乙烯70份;
高密度聚乙烯5份;
纳米二氧化硅10份;
脂肪酸酰胺5份;
二乙醇酰胺5份。
阻燃剂5份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物,铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物的摩尔比为5∶1。

本实施例的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚乙烯80份;
高密度聚乙烯2份;
纳米二氧化硅10份;
脂肪酸酰胺3份;
二乙醇酰胺2份。
阻燃剂3份。
所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物,铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物的摩尔比为10∶1。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚丙烃65份;
高密度聚乙烯5份;
纳米二氧化硅15份;
脂肪酸酰胺5份;
二乙醇酰胺5份。
阻燃剂5份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物,铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物的摩尔比为8∶1。

本实施例的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚丙烯60份;
高密度聚乙烯5份;
纳米二氧化硅20份;
脂肪酸酰胺5份;
二乙醇酰胺5份。
阻燃剂5份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物,铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物的摩尔比为6∶1。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于:所述聚烯烃为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丙烯共聚物、聚1-丁烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯或环烯烃聚合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗刮伤聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为负载在载体上的铁的氧化物和Mo的氧化物。
