Abstract
本发明提供一种具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:聚丙烯组分60-80份;橡胶组分30-70份;减粘剂10-25份;硅烷偶合剂3-8份。所述聚丙烯组分为丙烯均聚物或与另一种α-烯烃的丙烯共聚物。所述橡胶组分为无定形乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或苯乙烯-基热塑性弹性体。所述减粘剂为1-丁烯的均聚物或共聚物。本发明的有益效果是产品质量好、制造成本低、有利于工业化推广。

技术领域
本发明属于聚烯烃烯烃产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物。
背景技术
聚烯烃是烯烃经过加聚反应形成的高分子化合物。由于原料丰富,价格低廉,容易加工成型,综合性能优良,因此是一类产量最大,应用十分广泛的高分子材料。其中以聚乙烯、聚丙烯最为重要。
对聚烯烃进行改性,使其具有更加优越的性能,进一步延展了聚烯烃的应用范围。具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,可良好的应用于医疗、汽车、包装、消费品行业,在注塑制造成品领域具有良好的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,采用熔融减粘剂代理减粘裂化以改进聚烯烃材料的加工性能,可有效提高产品的质量。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,包括以下组分:
聚丙烯组分60-80份;
橡胶组分20-70份;
减粘剂2-25份;
硅烷偶合剂3-8份。
优选的,所述聚丙烯组分为丙烯均聚物或与另一种α-烯烃的丙烯共聚物。
优选的,所述橡胶组分为无定形乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或苯乙烯-基热塑性弹性体。
优选的,所述减粘剂为1-丁烯的均聚物或共聚物。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、硅烷偶合剂的添加,可增加组合物各组分的混合亲和力,改善混溶性,使得组合物具有良好的均一性。
2、制造成本低,便于工业化生产,绿色环保,无污染。

丙烯均聚物60份;
无定形乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物30份;
1-丁烯的均聚物7份;
硅烷偶合剂3份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于:所述橡胶组分为无定形乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或苯乙烯-基热塑性弹性体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有改性加工性的软性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于:所述减粘剂为1-丁烯的均聚物或共聚物。
