本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种滋润保湿护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
油脂保湿也是历史最悠久的保湿方法。这类保湿剂效果最好的是凡士林,许多医疗用药膏及极干皮肤用的保湿滋润霜都含有这一成分。凡士林不会被皮肤吸收,会在皮肤上形成一道保湿屏障,使皮肤的水分不易蒸发、散失,保护皮肤不受外物侵入。凡士林可长久附着在皮肤上,不易被冲洗或擦掉,具有较好的保湿功效。但由于过于油腻,只适合极干的皮肤或干燥的冬天使用。除凡士林外,油脂保湿成分还有高粘度白蜡油、各种三酸甘油脂、各种酯类油脂。保湿指的是皮肤的保湿。当空气温度降低时,皮肤角质层不能及时调节足够的保湿因子,油脂腺活跃度下降,脸上油脂、水分下降,皮肤会出现紧绷现象、甚至在眼下及鼻旁出现细纹,通过使用具有相应效果的护肤、养肤品,滋润皮肤并防止肌肤蒸发、改善微循环,增强肌肤湿润度的过程,就叫保湿,最好的保湿就是肌肤与补水产品的良性互动。保湿祛斑化妆品种含有,熊果苷、Vc、芦荟、甘草、桑树提取物等成分。

本发明滋润保湿护肤品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:去离子水14~17份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8~10份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵1~2份、霍霍巴油6~8份、鸵鸟油10~12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷12~14份、乙基麦芽酚1~2份、萝卜硫苷3~4份、昆布氨酸4~5份、红曲米3~4份、黑枣提取物2~3份、八楞麻提取物2~3份、猴头菇多糖2~3份。

b、将所述重量份数的霍霍巴油、鸵鸟油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙基麦芽酚、萝卜硫苷,加入搅拌机中,在65~75℃条件下,搅拌均匀;
c、将所述重量份数的红曲米制成800目的粉末,然后加入到步骤b的混合物中,在75~85℃条件下,搅拌均匀;
d、将步骤c中的混合物,所述重量份数的昆布氨酸、黑枣提取物、八楞麻提取物、猴头菇多糖;依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,在58~62℃条件下,搅拌均匀。
本发明组分中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为一种合成水溶性高分子化合物,具有水溶性高分子化合物的一般性质,胶体保护作用、成膜性、粘结性、吸湿性、增溶或凝聚作用。聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵用用作调节剂、抗静电剂、增湿剂、洗发剂和护肤用的润肤剂等。霍霍巴油是质感较为轻盈得润滑油脂,能迅速地在皮肤上铺展开,并且给肌肤留下柔软的不粘腻地用后感,这种油脂推荐使用在护肤用的膏霜和乳液中,无水或需要乳化的彩妆产品中。鸵鸟油对减轻因太阳晒伤、烫伤、或轻微伤口发炎同样具有治疗疗效,而且还具有滋润皮肤、消除皱纹和抑制疤痕形成等多种功效。聚二甲基硅氧烷对皮肤的渗透性非常好,护肤品涂抹在皮肤上的顺滑清爽感受,通常都是因为添加该原料的缘故,原料本身对于增加皮肤的柔软性也有不错的效果。乙基麦芽酚是一种安全无毒、用途广、效果好、用量少的理想食品添加剂,是烟草、食品、饮料、香精、果酒、日用化妆品等良好的香味增效剂。萝卜硫苷是西兰花中一种异硫氰酸苷,在相关酶或者水解产生萝卜硫素,有抗氧化,抗癌、抗真菌;抗微生物,防紫外线的功能。昆布氨酸是甜菜碱型氨基酸,提取自藻类植物和海带中,无毒,具有良好的保湿能力,与透明质酸类似,多用于调理性护肤品中。红曲米是以籼稻、粳稻、糯米等稻米为原料,用红曲霉菌发酵而成,为棕红色或紫红色米粒。黑枣富含蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素B和维生素E,和磷、钙、铁等微量元素,还有各种营养元素,有补肾与养胃的功效;并对延缓衰老、增强机体活力、美容养颜都很有帮助。黑枣提取物可以在陕西浩洋生物科技有限公司购买。八楞麻清热解毒,祛风除湿,主治肠痈,经闭腹痛,泄泻,风湿痛,荨麻疹,皮肤瘙痒,湿疹,痘疮。八楞麻提取物可以在西安康尔美生物科技有限公司购得。猴头菇多糖是从优质猴头菇子实体中提取的有效活性成分,猴头菇的主要成分是多糖类和猴头菌素,经热水提取的猴头菇多糖对小白鼠肉瘤180和艾氏腹水癌有明显的抑制作用,可以在西安天瑞生物技术有限公司购买。

d、将步骤c中的混合物,昆布氨酸4.2千克、黑枣提取物2.5千克、八楞麻提取物2.8千克、猴头菇多糖2.5千克;依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,在58~62℃条件下,搅拌均匀。即得本发明所述的滋润保湿护肤品。

c、将红曲米4千克制成800目的粉末,然后加入到步骤b的混合物中,在75~85℃条件下,搅拌均匀;
d、将步骤c中的混合物,昆布氨酸5千克、黑枣提取物3千克、八楞麻提取物3千克、猴头菇多糖3千克;依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,在58~62℃条件下,搅拌均匀。即得本发明所述的滋润保湿护肤品。
相关测试:
共选取141名试用者,在湿度相同的环境中,分为三组,每组47人,分别采用组别1,乐利来冰岛鸵鸟油;组别2,凡士林;组别3,实施例1中护肤品。每天以1.5μl/cm2涂敷密度均匀涂敷两次,一个月后测试结果。
皮肤弹性测试,使用MPA580弹性测试仪,弹性的测定指数为R2,R2=(e(a)-e(a+b)/e(a):即无负压时皮肤的回弹量和有负压时的最大拉伸量之比,比值越接近于1,说明皮肤弹性越好。一个月后测试结果见表1。

保湿效果测试,采用Corneometer CM 825水分测试仪。其度量所用的单位以A.C.U.表达(Arbitrary m,其值落于30~40Capacitance Units),测定范围从0到120A.C.U.,这些值相对于上表皮的含水量,测量的深度约为20~40A.C.U.为干性皮肤,而在120A.C.U.以上为高含水量皮肤。一个月后测试结果见表2。
