技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力开关柜。
背景技术
开关柜发热量大,容易导致柜内的电器线路以及电器元件老化、损坏。为此市场上出现了带有空调装置的开关柜,开关柜的柜体上表面固连设有空调柜,开关柜柜体顶部中设有与空调柜相连通的出风口,开关柜柜体顶部四周设有与空调柜相连通的进风口。空调柜内的制冷设备上设有鼓风机,将开关柜内较热的空气从出风口抽如空调柜得到冷却,然后鼓风机再将了冷却后的空气从进风口送入开关柜为其降温。其不足之处:上述空调柜适用于较大体积的开关柜,针对小体积的开关柜,如果使用空调柜来使柜内空气进行散热降温,显然不适用,而且制作成本高,电力消耗也大。
开关柜是一种电设备,外线先进入柜内主控开关,然后进入分控开关,各分路按其需要设置。开关柜发热量大,容易导致柜内的电器线路以及电器元件老化、损坏。现有开关柜带有空调装置,柜体上表面固设有空调柜,柜体顶部中设有与空调柜相连通的出风口,柜体顶部四周设有与空调柜相连通的进风口。空调柜内的制冷设备上设有鼓风机,将开关柜内较热的空气从出风口抽入空调柜得到冷却,然后鼓风机再将冷却后的空气从进风口送入开关柜内为其降温。但是上述空调柜适用于体积较大的开关柜,针对小体积的开关柜,如果使用空调柜来进行降温,电力消耗大,制作成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计简单、耐用和散热效果好的电力开关柜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电力开关柜,包括有外壳,所述外壳内壁上设置有贯穿的通风孔,所述通风孔设置有一个以上,所述外壳底部设置有支架,所述支架上设置有反光镜,所述外壳底部侧壁上设置有透视窗,所述外壳内部设置有一片以上的吸热片、温度传感器和电路板,所述温度传感器与电路板连接,所述外壳外表面设置有显示装置,所述显示装置与电路板连接,所述外壳顶部设置有出风口,所述出风口内设置有鼓风机,所述出风口上方设置有遮雨板,所述外壳由按重量份数配比的石墨烯20-24份、聚丙烯18-20份、碳纤维30-38份、硅胶25-30份、石英砂22-28份、高岭土28-34份、碳酸氢镁12-18份、二苯醚16-20份、甲乙酮10-16份、酚醛树脂20-24份、氧化锌18-20份、十八碳硬脂酸16-20份、苯乙烯18-22份、铝20-22份和铜18-20份组成。
进一步的,所述遮雨板为不锈钢板,防止遮雨板因长期接触水和氧气而生锈。
进一步的,所述温度传感器上设置有无线发射器,可以通过无线连接外部设备,实现远程监测的功能。
进一步的,所述显示装置上设置有防水膜,防止雨水进入显示装置内部损坏零件。

外壳的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
1)取石墨烯20-24份、硅胶25-30份和石英砂22-28份送入气流粉碎机中制成碎料,将碎料送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再送入注塑机中制成料粒,备用;
2)取苯乙烯18-22份和聚丙烯18-20份加入到步骤1)中,搅拌均匀,送入大锅中加热至50-70℃,备用;
3)取高岭土28-34份送入煅烧炉中,煅烧温度从700℃逐渐升到800℃,升温速率为10℃/min,然后在800℃下再煅烧2小时,保温1小时,自然冷却出料,备用;
4)取酚醛树脂20-24份、氧化锌18-20份和十八碳硬脂酸16-20份送入熔融炉中加热至500-600℃,持续3-5小时,备用;
5)取碳纤维30-38份、铝20-22份和铜18-20份送入炼钢炉中,加热至1000-1200℃,持续2-3小时,制成熔融状,备用;
6)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)的原料混合,加入碳酸氢镁12-18份、二苯醚16-20份和甲乙酮10-16份,送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,备用;
7)将步骤6)中制得的熔融物送入再注入模中浇注养护36小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可制得电力开关柜的外壳。
本发明的有益效果为:该电力开关柜设计简单,在开关柜中设置反光镜,并且该反光镜的角度使得能够通过透视窗观察到电力开关柜内部,可以清楚了解电力开关柜的内部状况;本发明电力开关柜散热效果好,通过温度传感器、电路板和显示装置一系列的设置,可以实时了解电力开关柜内的温度,保证电力开关柜的正常使用。

实施例一
参照图1所示,一种电力开关柜,包括有外壳1,所述外壳1内壁上设置有贯穿的通风孔2,所述通风孔2设置有一个以上,所述外壳1底部设置有支架4,所述支架4上设置有反光镜5,所述外壳1底部侧壁上设置有透视窗3,所述外壳1内部设置有一片以上的吸热片12、温度传感器9和电路板10,所述温度传感器9与电路板10连接,所述外壳1外表面设置有显示装置11,所述显示装置11与电路板10连接,所述外壳1顶部设置有出风口6,所述出风口6内设置有鼓风机7,所述出风口6上方设置有遮雨板8。
所述遮雨板8为不锈钢板,防止遮雨板8因长期接触水和氧气而生锈。

外壳的制造方法:

3)取高岭土28份送入煅烧炉中,煅烧温度从700℃逐渐升到800℃,升温速率为10℃/min,然后在800℃下再煅烧2小时,保温1小时,自然冷却出料,备用;
4)取酚醛树脂20份、氧化锌18份和十八碳硬脂酸16份送入熔融炉中加热至500℃,持续3小时,备用;
5)取碳纤维30份、铝20份和铜18份送入炼钢炉中,加热至1000℃,持续2小时,制成熔融状,备用;
6)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)的原料混合,加入碳酸氢镁12份、二苯醚16份和甲乙酮10份,送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,备用;
7)将步骤6)中制得的熔融物送入再注入模中浇注养护36小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可制得电力开关柜的外壳1。
实施例二

4)取酚醛树脂22份、氧化锌19份和十八碳硬脂酸18份送入熔融炉中加热至550℃,持续4小时,备用;
5)取碳纤维34份、铝21份和铜19份送入炼钢炉中,加热至1100℃,持续2.5小时,制成熔融状,备用;
6)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)的原料混合,加入碳酸氢镁15份、二苯醚18份和甲乙酮13份,送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,备用;
7)将步骤6)中制得的熔融物送入再注入模中浇注养护36小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可制得电力开关柜的外壳1。
实施例三

5)取碳纤维38份、铝22份和铜20份送入炼钢炉中,加热至1200℃,持续3小时,制成熔融状,备用;
6)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)的原料混合,加入碳酸氢镁18份、二苯醚20份和甲乙酮16份,送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,备用;
7)将步骤6)中制得的熔融物送入再注入模中浇注养护36小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可制得电力开关柜的外壳1。
实验例
选用实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和普通电力开关柜,分为四组,观察各组电力开关柜使用三个月后的状况。
对比结果见下表:
由此可见,实施例二中的电力开关柜使用状况最好,性能最佳,能达到最佳实施效果。
本发明的有益效果为:该电力开关柜设计简单,在开关柜中设置反光镜,并且该反光镜的角度使得能够通过透视窗观察到电力开关柜内部,可以清楚了解电力开关柜的内部状况;本发明电力开关柜的结构使得其散热效果好,通过温度传感器、电路板和显示装置一系列的设置,可以实时了解电力开关柜内的温度,保证电力开关柜的正常使用。

1.一种电力开关柜,其特征在于:包括有外壳,所述外壳内壁上设置有贯穿的通风孔,所述通风孔设置有一个以上,所述外壳底部设置有支架,所述支架上设置有反光镜,所述外壳底部侧壁上设置有透视窗,所述外壳内部设置有一片以上的吸热片、温度传感器和电路板,所述温度传感器与电路板连接,所述外壳外表面设置有显示装置,所述显示装置与电路板连接,所述外壳顶部设置有出风口,所述出风口内设置有鼓风机,所述出风口上方设置有遮雨板,所述外壳由按重量份数配比的石墨烯20-24份、聚丙烯18-20份、碳纤维30-38份、硅胶25-30份、石英砂22-28份、高岭土28-34份、碳酸氢镁12-18份、二苯醚16-20份、甲乙酮10-16份、酚醛树脂20-24份、氧化锌18-20份、十八碳硬脂酸16-20份、苯乙烯18-22份、铝20-22份和铜18-20份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力开关柜,其特征在于:所述遮雨板为不锈钢板。
3.根据权利要求3所述的电力开关柜,其特征在于:所述温度传感器上设置有无线发射器。
4.根据权利要求4所述的电力开关柜,其特征在于:所述显示装置上设置有防水膜。
5.根据权利要求5所述的电力开关柜,其特征在于:所述鼓风机上连有太阳能电池板。
