本发明属于橡胶软管技术领域,涉及一种动力转向高压软管,由内而外设置的内胶层、增强层、中胶层、增强层和外胶层;内胶层的组分和质量份数为:氯磺化聚乙烯50~100份;活性氧化镁2~10份;季戊四醇1~6份;防老剂1~4份;分散剂2~8份;半补强炭黑80~130份;活性轻质碳酸钙10~50份;增塑剂20~50份;促进剂0.2~1份;交联剂0.5~5份;纱线与橡胶粘结性好,经测试纱线与橡胶无法分离,强制分离时会整体撕裂;内胶层物理化学性质优良,增强层选用人造丝,管体膨胀量超低,内容积膨胀低至1.13ml/m,附着力内中外胶撕裂,脉冲性能好。

一种动力转向高压软管
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶软管技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种高粘合高脉冲低膨胀量的动力转向高压软管。
背景技术
汽车转向系统对汽车的行驶安全至关重要,是汽车安全必须要重视的系统。随着汽车行业的发展,环保及安全意识的增强,汽车生产厂家对动力转向系统的噪音和灵触度提出了更高的要求,目前市场上的动力转向高压软管由于膨胀量较大,其性能难于满足市场需要,低噪音和高灵触度的要求使超低膨胀量动力转向高压软管呼之欲出。
中国专利201010610351.6公开了一种动力转向高压软管,由内到外包括五层结构,即内胶层、编织层、中胶层、编织层、外胶层五部分;所述的内胶层、中胶层由下列重量成分的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯弹性体30-40%,极性弹性体0-10%,氧化镁2.5-3.0%,防老剂0.5-1.5%,增粘树脂3-4%,碳黑25-45%,轻钙5-12%,酯类增塑剂8-15%,过氧化物硫化剂1-2.5%,促进剂0.5-2%,防焦剂0.1-0.2%;得氯化聚乙烯橡胶与增强纤维层间获得良好的粘着力,附着强度在ASTM413拉伸速率30mm/min的试验条件下,能够达到28N/cm。其附着强度仍然较低,且其膨胀量较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计一种超低膨胀量、超高附着力动力转向高压软管,用于汽车动力转向系统,降低噪音提高灵触度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种动力转向高压软管,包括由内而外设置的内胶层、增强层、中胶层、增强层和外胶层;所述的内胶层的组分和质量份数为:
所述分散剂为增粘分散剂R401,是橡胶所用的增粘剂、软化剂、增塑剂、补强剂,也是碳黑的分散剂;R401提供胶料的扩散能力和接触面间相互作用,增进胶料表面粘性,以利于橡胶在成型过程中的粘合;可以提高硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性及柔韧性,并降低胶料的门尼粘度,使得胶料加工容易。
所述活性轻质碳酸钙,为经脂肪酸改性的SN-32B活性轻质碳酸钙,具有良好的分散性和流动性;改性的目的是使活性轻质碳酸由表面亲水性变为疏水性,增强它与橡胶的亲和性,从而提高其对橡胶的补强效果;活性轻质碳酸表面活性的提高增加了聚合物链之间的相容性和结合力,活性轻质碳酸与增粘分散剂R401共同作用提高CSM橡胶与增强层中纱线的粘合作用。
所述增塑剂为TP-759是一种低挥发性的聚醚/聚酯混合型的增塑剂,耐高温性能非常优异;添加TP-759增塑剂生产的混合物热老化后可保持其原有性能,低温柔性-50℃,耐高温165℃,所述交联剂为SaretSR519HP。
所述增强层中的纱线为人造丝、维纶或尼龙,在活性轻质碳酸与增粘分散剂R401共同作用下,提高与CSM橡胶的粘合力。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)纱线与橡胶粘结性好,经测试纱线与橡胶无法分离,强制分离时会整体撕裂;(2)本发明的动力转向高压管内胶层物理化学性质优良,增强层选用人造丝,管体膨胀量超低,内容积膨胀低至1.13ml/m,附着力内中外胶撕裂,脉冲性能好。
