缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置
技术领域
本发明涉及钢渣粉的加工设备,具体为一种缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置。
背景技术
钢渣是炼钢后排出的废渣,将其研磨成粉后加入到水泥中对提高水泥活性很有帮助。钢渣研磨成粉后,需要用包装袋将钢渣粉包装起来。由于钢渣粉的颗粒直径很小,工人在装袋时,钢渣粉直接落入到包装袋中,由于下落的高度较高,钢渣粉与包装袋撞击,容易产生扬尘,扬尘漂浮在工作环境中,会对工人的身体健康产生影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置,以解决现有技术中钢渣粉在包装时容易产生扬尘的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置,包括支架,支架上设有电机和料仓,料仓的下端设有竖直的出料管,出料管内设有转轴,转轴的上部与支架转动连接,转轴与电机连接,转轴上设有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片与出料管间隙配合,支架上设有气缸,气缸靠近出料管的一端设有弧形的卡块,出料管的下方设有承料板,承料板与支架滑动连接,承料板的下部设有使承料板下降的高度与钢渣粉装填的高度相同的弹簧。
设置支架,用于支撑电机和料仓。设置料仓,用于储存钢渣粉。设置电机,用于驱动转轴转动。在料仓的下端设置竖直的出料管,用于将钢渣粉导流进包装袋中。在出料管内设置转轴,转轴的上部与支架转动连接,转轴与电机连接,转轴上设有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片与出料管间隙配合,转轴转动带动螺旋叶片转动,从而通过螺旋叶片控制钢渣粉从出料管中落下。在支架上设置气缸,气缸靠近出料管的一端设有弧形的卡块,通过控制气缸,使卡块与出料管的侧壁相抵。出料管的下方设有承料板,用于支撑包装袋。承料板与支架滑动连接,承料板的下部设有使承料板下降的高度与钢渣粉装填的高度相同的弹簧,承料板的高度会随着包装袋内的钢渣粉重量而下降。
工作原理:将包装袋的开口端套在出料管上,控制气缸使卡块将包装袋的开口端固定在出料管上,包装袋的下端放置在承料板上,启动电机,电机带动转轴转动,转轴带动螺旋叶片转动,从而使钢渣粉从出料管中滑出并进入包装袋中,包装袋随着重量的增加慢慢下降,从而使钢渣粉不断的进入包装袋中。
与现有技术相比,本方案的优点在于:承料板上的包装袋在没有装填钢渣的时候,包装袋的底部距离出料管的下端较近,当钢渣粉从出料管中装入包装袋的时候,钢渣粉与包装袋产生的冲击很小,不易产生扬尘,同时,承料板会随着包装袋内钢渣的重量增加而下降,从而使钢渣不断的装填到包装袋中。
进一步,所述气缸设有两个,并对称设于出料管的两侧。使用时,气缸对出料管会施加一定的压力,通过对称设置,使出料管的受力平衡,有利于结构稳定。
进一步,所述卡块上靠近出料管的一侧设有橡胶防滑层。当卡块将包装袋固定在出料管上时,卡块通过橡胶防滑层与包装袋接触,防止包装袋在钢渣粉的重力作用下滑动并脱落,有利于使包装袋更好的装填钢渣粉。
进一步,所述出料管的下部设有挂钩。有利于工人将包装袋挂在出料管上,然后再控制气缸使卡块将包装袋固定,方便工人操作。
进一步,所述螺旋叶片上设有与之同轴的套筒,套筒与转轴销连接。有利于当螺旋叶片损坏后需要进行更换时,直接将螺旋叶片从转轴上取下,从而实现快速更换。
进一步,所述弹簧套设在支架上。有利于防止弹簧在压缩的过程中发生弯曲失去弹性作用。

如图1所示的缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置,包括支架2,支架2的顶部设有电机1,电机1的下方设有锥形的料仓4,料仓4与支架2固定连接。料仓4的下端设有竖直的出料管6,出料管6的外侧壁上设有挂钩。出料管6内设有与之同轴的转轴3。转轴3的上部与支架2转动连接,其上端与电机1连接。转轴3与出料管6之间设有螺旋叶片5,螺旋叶片5与出料管6间隙配合。螺旋叶片5上设有与之同轴的套管,套管与转轴3型面连接并通过销杆固定。支架2上设有两个气缸7,两个气缸7对称设于出料管6的两侧。气缸7上设有弧形的卡块8,卡块8靠近出料管6的一侧设有橡胶防滑层。出料管6的下方设有承料板9,承料板9上设有套孔,承料板9通过套孔滑动套设在支架2上。承料板9的下方设有使承料板9下降的高度与钢渣粉装填的高度相同的弹簧10,弹簧10套设在支架2上。
使用时,将包装袋的开口端套在出料管6上,控制气缸7使卡块8将包装袋的开口端固定在出料管6上,包装袋的下端放置在承料板9上,启动电机1,电机1带动转轴3转动,转轴3带动螺旋叶片5转动,从而使钢渣粉从出料管6中滑出并进入包装袋中,包装袋随着重量的增加慢慢下降,从而使钢渣粉不断的进入包装袋中。从而使钢渣粉在装袋时不易产生扬尘。

1.缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置,其特征在于:包括支架,支架上设有电机和料仓,料仓的下端设有竖直的出料管,出料管内设有转轴,转轴的上部与支架转动连接,转轴与电机连接,转轴上设有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片与出料管间隙配合,支架上设有气缸,气缸靠近出料管的一端设有弧形的卡块,出料管的下方设有承料板,承料板与支架滑动连接,承料板的下部设有使承料板下降的高度与钢渣粉装填的高度相同的弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式钢渣粉装袋装置,其特征在于:所述气缸设有两个,并对称设于出料管的两侧。
