一种椭圆管形船舶推进器,涉及一种船舶推进器,尤其涉及一种螺旋桨船舶推进器。
背景技术
传统的带筒螺旋桨推进器是圆筒形的,其叶片的旋转平面与前进方向垂直,迎水面积较大,阻力较大,尤其是高速时阻力更大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种迎水面积较小阻力较小的椭圆管形船舶推进器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种椭圆管形船舶推进器,包括发动机、螺旋桨和椭圆管形外壳。发动机通过支架安装在椭圆管形外壳的外边。发动机的输出轴与螺旋桨相连。螺旋桨的旋转平面与椭圆管形外壳的开口方向成一锐角。椭圆管形外壳的横断面为椭圆形,椭圆的长轴的长稍大于螺旋桨的直径,椭圆管形外壳的长度稍大于螺旋桨直径。螺旋桨完全处于椭圆管形外壳内部。螺旋桨能灵活地在椭圆管形外壳内转动。
为提高效率,螺旋桨的叶片的尖端与椭圆管形外壳的内壁之间的最小间隙小于5mm。螺旋桨的转动平面与椭圆管形外壳的开口方向所成的锐角不大于45°。
本发明一种椭圆管形船舶推进器是这样工作的,发动机带动螺旋桨转动,螺旋桨将前方的水吸进椭圆管形外壳内然后从椭圆管形外壳的后方挤出。由于螺旋桨的叶片的尖端与椭圆管形外壳的内壁的间隙较小,且螺旋桨的转动平面与椭圆管形外壳的开口方向成一锐角,该推进器效率较高。
本发明一种椭圆管形船舶推进器的优点是:与传统的船舶推进器相比,流量相同时本发明推进器的迎水面积要小得多,效率比传统的螺旋桨推进器高;本发明推进器最突出的优点是高速时阻力小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明加以说明:参照附图,一种椭圆管形船舶推进器,包括发动机1、螺旋桨2和椭圆管形外壳3。发动机1通过支架安装在椭圆管形外壳3的外边。发动机的输出轴11与螺旋桨2相连。螺旋桨2的旋转平面与椭圆管形外壳3的开口方向成一40°锐角。椭圆管形外壳3的横断面为椭圆形,椭圆的长轴的长稍大于螺旋桨2的直径,椭圆管形外壳3的长度稍大于螺旋桨2直径。螺旋桨2完全处于椭圆管形外壳3内部。螺旋桨2能灵活地在椭圆管形外壳3内转动。螺旋桨2的叶片的尖端与椭圆管形外壳3的内壁之间的最小间隙为3mm。
该推进器是这样工作的:发动机1带动螺旋桨2转动,螺旋桨2将前方的水吸进椭圆管形外壳3内然后从椭圆管形外壳3的后方挤出。由于螺旋桨2的叶片的尖端与椭圆管形外壳3的内壁之间的间隙小,且螺旋桨2的转动平面与椭圆管形外壳3的开口方向成40°角,该推进器效率较高。由于螺旋桨2是斜置的,迎水面积小,阻力小。

1.一种椭圆管形船舶推进器,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、螺旋桨(2)和椭圆管形外壳(3);发动机的输出轴(11)与螺旋桨(2)相连;螺旋桨(2)的转动平面与椭圆管形外壳(3)的开口方向成一锐角α;椭圆管形外壳(3)的横断面为椭圆形,椭圆的长轴的长稍大于螺旋桨(2)的直径,椭圆管形外壳(3)的长度稍大于螺旋桨(2)直径;螺旋桨(2)完全处于椭圆管形外壳(3)内部;螺旋桨(2)能灵活地在椭圆管形外壳(3)内转动;
螺旋桨(2)的转动平面与椭圆管形外壳(3)的开口方向所成的锐角α 不大于45°。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种椭圆管形船舶推进器,其特征在于,螺旋桨(2)的叶片的尖端与椭圆管形外壳(3)的内壁之间的最小间隙小于5mm。
