Abstract
一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,由n+1层高密非织造布和n层低密非织造布组成的,该非织造布的吸音隔声性能可以通过各层非织造布的密度、厚度以及n值来调节,利用各层非织造布在密度上的大小交替,形成一种轻质、高效的多层结构的复合非织造布。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别涉及一种以非织造布与织物构成的多层结构的复合材料。
背景技术
非织造布在吸音隔声领域得到了广泛的应用,具有轻质、环保、高效吸声的优点。空气层在一定条件下可以增强非织造布的吸声效果,甚至在一定频域可以代替非织造布的效果。若能够通过非织造布和空气层多层结构的优化排列,实现对声波的高效阻隔,则既可以实现吸音隔声功能,又减轻了复合织物的重量。
目前对于涉及非织造布的多层复合吸声织物,已有的研究关注了由非织造布紧贴在三维泡沫材料上形成的多层隔声部件(2005年,多层隔声隔热部件,专利公开号CN1610611),由聚合物基热塑性材料和增强纤维形成的多层隔声材料(2008年,具有改进的结构、声学和热性能的非织造织物,专利公开号CN101115890),还有由PE和PP或PET构成的两层纺粘MINERVA层和由PE或PET或PP长丝纤维构成的加筋中间层组成的多层复合隔声织物(2008年,一种多组分纺粘非织造加筋复合材料及其制备方法,专利公开号CN101260616)。而并未见有涉及到高低密度非织造布交替层合的多层复合非织造布。
发明内容
为了解决现有的技术的不足,本发明提供了一种以非织造布与织物构成的多层结构的复合材料。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,所述的复合材料由n+1层高密非织造布层和n层低密非织造布层逐一层合成多层结构组成,所述的n值为正整数,所述的高密非织造布层位于低密非织造布层两侧,所述的高密非织造布层为0.8mm,所述的低密非织造布层为2mm。
所述的高密非织造布层和低密非织造布层交替排列排布,所述的高密非织造布层位于低密非织造布层两侧。
所述的复合材料由11层高密非织造布层和10层低密非织造布层组成。
所述的高密非织造布层密度高于0.2g/cm3,所述的低密非织造布层密度低于0.1g/cm3。
所述的高密非织造布层的孔隙率为85%-95%,所述的高密非织造布层平均孔径为5-10μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,由n+1层高密非织造布和n层低密非织造布组成的,该非织造布的吸音隔声性能可以通过各层非织造布的密度、厚度以及n值来调节,利用各层非织造布在密度上的大小交替,形成一种轻质、高效的多层结构的复合非织造布。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,所述的复合材料由n+1层高密非织造布层和n层低密非织造布层逐一层合成多层结构组成,所述的n值为正整数,所述的n值为正整数,所述的高密非织造布层位于低密非织造布层两侧,所述的高密非织造布层为0.8mm,所述的低密非织造布层为2mm,所述的高密非织造布层密度高于0.2g/cm3,所述的低密非织造布层密度低于0.1 g/cm3,所述的高密非织造布层的孔隙率为85%-95%,所述的高密非织造布层平均孔径为5-10μm。
通过以下实施例将有助于理解本发明,但并不限制本发明的内容。
本发明复合非织造布结构示意图如图1所示,由n+1层高密非织造布和n层低密非织造布组成复合非织造布。
如图2所示,取n=1即两层的复合非织造布,逐一层合成多层结构的复合非织造布。
图1和2所示的各层非织造布的厚度、孔隙率和平均孔径都可以调节。
图1和2所示的两种密度的非织造布的层数都可以调节。

1.一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述的复合材料由n+1层高密非织造布层和n层低密非织造布层逐一层合成多层结构组成,所述的n值为正整数,所述的高密非织造布层位于低密非织造布层两侧,所述的高密非织造布层为0.8mm,所述的低密非织造布层为2mm,所述的高密非织造布层密度高于0.2g/cm3,所述的低密非织造布层密度低于0.1 g/cm3,所述的高密非织造布层的孔隙率为85%-95%,所述的高密非织造布层平均孔径为5-10μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述的高密非织造布层和低密非织造布层交替排列排布,所述的高密非织造布层位于低密非织造布层两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度和低密度层合的吸音隔声复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述的复合材料由11层高密非织造布层和10层低密非织造布层组成。
