Claims (30)
1. Комбинированная, многослойная строительная панель с улучшенными акустическими характеристиками, причем указанная панель содержит:
лежащие в одной плоскости противоположные верхний и нижний маты, сформированные из нетканых, произвольно выровненных неорганических волокон, причем указанные маты выполнены пористыми и характеризуются наличием внутренней и наружной поверхностей;
верхний и нижний слои затвердевшей суспензии, покрывающие верхний и нижний маты, причем указанные верхний и нижний слои пропитывают верхний и нижний маты, в результате чего затвердевшая суспензия по существу полностью покрывает наружную поверхность каждого мата;
слой сердечника из затвердевшего гипса, характеризующийся толщиной, проходящей между верхним и нижним слоями, причем указанный слой суспензии сердечника характеризуется меньшей плотностью, чем плотность верхнего и нижнего слоев суспензии;
полимерный лист, характеризующийся некоторой толщиной, причем указанный полимерный лист расположен внутри слоя суспензии сердечника без пропитывания указанным слоем, указанный лист сформирован из меламиновой смолы и содержит множество открытых ячеек по всей своей толщине, указанному полимерному листу присущи звукопоглощающие характеристики, в указанном полимерном листе выполнена группа сквозных отверстий, позволяющих связать полимерный лист со слоем сердечника, и толщина слоя сердечника превышает толщину полимерного листа.
2. Комбинированная, многослойная строительная панель с улучшенными акустическими характеристиками, причем указанная панель содержит:
лежащие в одной плоскости противоположные верхний и нижний бумажные листы, причем указанные листы характеризуются наличием внутренней и наружной поверхностей;
слой сердечника из затвердевшего гипса, характеризующийся толщиной, проходящей между верхним и нижним бумажными листами;
полимерный лист, характеризующийся некоторой толщиной, причем указанный полимерный лист расположен внутри слоя суспензии сердечника, и указанный лист содержит множество открытых ячеек по всей своей толщине.
3. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный лист сформирован из термоотверждающегося полимера.
4. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный лист сформирован из меламиновой смолы.
5. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что пеноматериал с открытыми ячейками улучшает звукопоглощающие характеристики строительной панели.
6. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит группу сквозных отверстий, выполненных в полимерном листе, для связывания полимерного листа со слоем сердечника.
7. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит верхний и нижний слои затвердевшей суспензии, покрывающие верхний и нижний бумажные листы, при этом верхний и нижний слои затвердевшей суспензии характеризуются большей плотностью, чем плотность слоя суспензии сердечника.
8. Комбинированная, многослойная строительная панель с улучшенными акустическими характеристиками, причем указанная панель содержит:
лежащие в одной плоскости противоположные верхний и нижний маты, характеризующиеся наличием внутренней и наружной поверхностей;
верхний и нижний слои затвердевшей суспензии, покрывающие верхний и нижний маты;
слой сердечника из затвердевшего гипса, характеризующийся толщиной, проходящей между верхним и нижним слоями;
полимер с открытыми ячейками, расположенный внутри слоя суспензии сердечника.
9. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что верхний и нижний маты представляют собой пористые маты, сформированные из нетканых, произвольно выровненных неорганических волокон.
10. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что верхний и нижний слои затвердевшей суспензии пропитывают верхний и нижний маты, в результате чего обеспечивается по существу полное покрытие наружной поверхности каждого мата.
11. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что полимер с открытыми ячейками представляет собой меламиновую смолу.
12. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что полимер с открытыми ячейками придает строительной плите звукопоглощающие характеристики.
13. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что слой суспензии сердечника характеризуется плотностью, которая по существу меньше плотности верхнего и нижнего слоев суспензии.
14. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что полимер содержит множество полимерных частиц с открытыми ячейками.
15. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что полимерные частицы сформированы из меламиновой смолы.
16. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что слой сердечника обхватывает отдельные полимерные частицы без пропитывания указанных частиц.
17. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что полимер содержит поверхностный слой из вспененного полимера.
18. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностный слой придает строительной плите звукопоглощающие характеристики.
19. Комбинированная строительная панель по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что поверхностный слой сформирован из меламиновой смолы.
