在一个实施例中,所述锁由金属和塑料材料混合制成,具有为容纳电子装置和射频天线而设计和制造出的腔体。例如,在一些实施例中,所述锁利用靠近锁具外表面的天线,所述天线设计在锁具本身的金属本体内。这是一个独特之处,因为金属本体已设计和制造为满足严格的物理安全要求,并且允许内置的朝向前侧的天线高效地传播射频能量。与其它的天线布置形式相比,这有许多优点,包括结构紧凑、外观整洁美观、易于制造、以及防篡改。

在某些情况中,所述锁具包括触摸激活能力,该能力可用于对锁进行锁定/解锁,和/或提供输入。例如,在一些实施例中,锁的整个外盖是触敏的,允许用户触摸锁,以激活锁具的各种功能。这种能力是独特的,因为它不需要任何专门的键板区、按键区或玻璃电容式接触传感器区,而是允许锁具盖的整个直径区域作为用于激活目的的电容式接触传感器。

根据具体情况,控制器可配置为通过如下方式执行预定配置:(a)调节光通讯装置的多个区域的光照度,(b)调节光通讯装置的多个区域的光强度,和/或(c)调节光通讯装置的多个区域的颜色。在一些实施例中,控制器配置为通过依次调节光通讯装置的相邻区域的光照度、光强度和/或颜色来执行预定配置。
在一些实施例中,光通讯装置包括至少三个区域,这些区域配置为依次调节光照度、光强度和/或颜色。例如,控制器可配置为按第一顺序依次调节相邻区域,以标识锁具的第一工况。同样,控制器可配置为按与第一顺序相反的第二顺序依次调节相邻区域,以标识锁具的第二工况。例如,进行调节的顺序可指示插栓的方向。

在一些实施例中,锁组件100可被触摸激活。例如,锁组件100可使用电容性传感来确定用户是否希望使锁100致动。用于使锁组件100致动的电容性传感装置的触摸表面可为任何外表面,包括但不局限于锁芯罩盖、锁芯罩、钥匙孔、把手、玫瑰型拉手、或锁组件100的其它外表面。在所示的例子中,外部组件102使用电容性传感来确定用户何时触摸锁芯罩盖108。相应地,在所示的实施例中,用户能够触摸锁芯罩盖108上的任何位置以锁定或解锁锁组件100,或者激活锁组件100的各种功能。
在所示的例子中,外部锁组件102具有从后部110延伸的扭杆120。在所示的实施例中,扭杆穿过适配器122,适配器122收纳在门内的安装有锁组件100的孔中。
锁闩组件104布置在门的芯板中,它可通过机械锁组件116手动致动,或者通过触摸锁芯罩盖108(在所示的实施例中)上的任何位置以电子方式致动,从而伸出/缩回插栓124。插栓124直线地移入和移出套管126。当插栓124缩回时,插栓124的一端大致与底板128齐平。当插栓124伸出时,插栓124穿过门中的边孔进入锁舌板132的孔口130中,所述锁舌板124位于与门邻接的侧壁中。典型情况下,锁舌板132通过紧固件134附接至侧壁。同样,紧固件136把锁闩组件104的底板128附接到门上。
在所示的实施例中,锁闩组件104包括转轴138,所述转轴138可被沿第一方向驱动,以伸出插栓124,并且可被沿第二方向驱动,以缩回插栓124。转轴138配置为接收扭杆120,从而扭杆120沿第一方向的转动会缩回插栓124;而扭杆120沿相反方向的转动会导致转轴缩回插栓124。
扭杆120穿过锁闩组件104进入安装板142中的孔口140中,而安装板142附接至门的内侧。扭杆120穿过孔口140,并被转轴驱动装置144接收。转轴驱动装置144提供插栓124的电子控制,例如使用电机沿第一方向或第二方向转动转轴驱动装置144。由于扭杆120布置在转轴138中,因此转轴驱动装置144的转动可用于伸出和/或缩回锁闩组件104的插栓124。在所示的实施例中,紧固件146穿过安装板中的孔148,所述孔148与锁闩组件104中的孔口150对正。线束(未示出)电连接外部组件102与内部组件106之间的电子装置。
图2是锁组件100处于组装好的状态的侧截面图。在所示的例子中,可以看到,扭杆120从外部组件102的后部110通过锁闩组件104的转轴138延伸到内部组件106的转轴驱动装置144中。可以多种方式驱动扭杆120,以伸出/缩回插栓124。例如,可使用机械钥匙使机械锁组件116致动,以转动扭杆120,而扭杆120会使插栓124移动从而伸出/缩回。可使用外部组件102通过触摸锁芯罩盖108上的任何位置以电子方式使锁闩组件104致动(假定在用户触摸锁芯罩盖108之前锁组件100已收到鉴别凭证)。通过触摸外部组件102上的任何位置以使插栓124致动,会通过线束从外部组件102向内部组件106发送消息,使内部组件106中的电机致动,而电机使用转轴驱动装置144驱动扭杆120。另外,如果用户在门的内侧,那么用户可以手动地转动扭转件152,以使扭杆120致动(通过转轴驱动装置144),从而在伸出和缩回位置之间移动插栓124。
图3是外部组件102的部件分解图。如图所示,机械锁组件116(可以是弹子锁装置)具有从其延伸的扭杆120。如图所示,机械锁组件116的前端被前盖118中的孔口154接收。前盖118优选由可允许射频透射的材料制成,例如塑料。例如,前盖118可由德国的BASF ofLudwigshafen公司生产的称为Terluran GP-22的材料制成,或者由台湾的奇美公司(ChiMei Corporation)生产的Polylac PA-727材料制成。
在所示的实施例中,请参考图7-11,外部组件102包括收纳在锁芯罩盖108的后部中的绝缘体156。绝缘体156由电绝缘体材料制成,例如由台湾的奇美公司(Chi MeiCorporation)生产的PC-110聚碳酸酯材料。在此例子中,绝缘体156包括容纳多个内部部件的凹入部158。在所示的例子中,在绝缘体156与锁芯罩盖108之间的凹入部158中容纳有O形圈160、发光管162、PCB板和导电波形垫圈166。
在所示的例子中,光通讯装置118是发光管162。如图所示,请同时参考图19-24,发光管162包括位于其前端的凹入部163,所述凹入部163的尺寸使其能够接收前盖118。围绕前盖118的凸缘165(在所示的实施例中为环状)可有选择性地亮起。相应地,在所示的实施例中,凸缘165或围绕前盖118的环可在操作期间亮起。例如,如上所述,发光管162可包括多个区域,这些区域可被独立控制,以直观地向用户显示消息,在一些实施例中,消息显示可为动画。在一些实施例中,发光管162是半透明的或透明的。例如,发光管162可由台湾的奇美公司(Chi Mei Corporation)生产的PC-110聚碳酸酯产品制成。如图所示,发光管162包括凹槽,所述凹槽的尺寸使其能够接收密封件,在此例子中,所述密封件是O形圈160。O形圈防止湿气侵入外部组件102的前部112。在所示的例子中,紧固件168穿过发光管162、PCB板和绝缘体156,连接在锁芯壳172的螺纹孔口170中。
请参考图12-18,锁芯壳(又称锁芯罩)172为外部锁定组件102提供冲击强度和结构加强。例如,在一些实施例中,锁芯壳172可由锌合金制成。在所示的实施例中,锁芯壳172收纳在绝缘体156的后部中。如图所示,锁芯壳172包括配置为接收天线的腔体174。虽然在锁芯壳172中有腔体,但是在测试中发现,锁芯壳172为外部组件102提供足够的结构加强。
卡夹176把机械锁组件116的后部保持在外部组件102中。护圈178和板180附接至锁芯壳172的后部,为锁芯壳172增加了防篡改能力,并提供结构加强。紧固件182、184收纳在锁芯壳172的后部中的螺纹孔口中,以紧固护圈178和板180。
图4是外部组件102的前透视图,其中,去除了一部分,以露出内部部件。在此图中,能够看到形成在锁芯壳172中的腔体174。这允许内置在外部组件102中(在锁芯壳172中,如图所示)的天线能够向外部组件102之外发射信号。采用布置在外部组件102的前部上并处于发光管162和前盖114(都由塑料制成)之后的天线,能够向外部组件102之外发射无线信号。从此图能够看出,发光管162的凸缘165围绕前盖118延伸,而前盖118可用于与用户通讯。
图5是外部组件102的一部分的侧截面图。如图所示,锁芯罩盖108与锁芯壳172之间的绝缘体156形成气隙186。绝缘体156还把触摸表面(在此例子中是锁芯罩盖108)从安装有触摸电子装置的PCB 164隔开。在此例子中,导电波形垫圈166压缩在PCB 164与锁芯罩盖108之间,以形成电接触。采用这种电连接器,PCB 164可感知用户何时触摸锁芯罩盖108上的任何位置。虽然为了示例目的示出了锁芯罩108,但是触摸表面可以是锁具的任何机构构造,包括但不局限于锁芯罩盖、锁芯罩、锁芯、钥匙孔、把手、玫瑰型拉手、或锁具的其它外部/内部构造。虽然为了示例目的示出了导电波形垫圈166,但是导电介质可以是导电泡沫、导电胶带、导电脂、或把锁具的触摸表面电连接至安装有触摸电子装置的PCB的任何其它机械装置。这在图27中示意性地示出。从图中还能看到用于容纳天线的腔体174。
图6是外部组件102的后透视图。在此例子中能够看到,扭杆120从外部组件的后部延伸,以驱动转轴138和锁闩组件104。此图还示出了已附接至锁芯壳172的后部的板180和护圈178。
图28-31示出了如何使用发光管162(在图中示意性地示出)与用户通讯的一个例子。在所示的例子中,发光管包括多个区域,这些区域可独立地亮起,或者独立地对其光强度或颜色进行调节。这些区域可按协作的方式亮起,以显示关于外部组件102的信息,例如显示为静态图像(例如相同的区域恒亮或闪烁)或动画(例如按特性次序使多个区域亮起)。在所示的例子中,发光管162包括第一区域188、第二区域190、第三区域192、第四区域194、第五区域196、第六区域198、第七区域200和第八区域202。虽然在此例子中示出了八个区域,但是也可使用更多或更少的区域。虽然这些区域是以圆圈表示的,但是这仅是为了示例性地指明发光管162的可被独立驱动的区域。考虑用户已向锁组件100提供鉴别代码并希望通过触摸锁芯罩盖108来解锁锁组件100的例子。发光管162可进行的通讯例如可以是指示插栓124的移动方向。例如,若插栓124向右移动,则发光管162可按顺时针方向运动的动画次序亮起各个区域。例如,发光管可首先亮起第一和第二区域188、190,如图28所示。然后可亮起后面两个区域192、194,随后亮起区域196、198,最后亮起区域200、202,以及显示顺时针方向的动画。若插栓124向左移动,则动画可按相反方向显示。发光管162可用于传递各种信息,例如关于锁组件100是处于锁定状态还是处于解锁状态的信息。而且,在一些实施例中,发光管162可用于请求用户提供附加信息,例如请求用户在触摸表面上触摸,以锁定或解锁锁组件100。例如,如果需要用户触摸锁芯罩盖108多次才能激活锁组件100的某个功能,那么发光管162可通过闪烁该次数来指明触摸次数。因而,发光管162作为与用户通讯和交互的用户界面。
在操作时,用户可靠近外部组件102,外部组件102可使发光管162亮起,以指明用户处于工作范围之内。若用户向锁组件100传送的鉴别代码被正确鉴别或识别,则发光管162可指示此结果,例如通过以绿色闪烁或者显示某种动画。然后,用户可触摸锁芯罩盖108上的任何位置以解锁锁组件100。例如,这可使电机转动转轴驱动装置144,而转轴驱动装置144会转动扭杆120,以缩回插栓124。随着锁组件100驱动插栓至缩回位置,发光管162可通过某种动画指示此操作,例如显示顺时针动画。当插栓124已完全缩回时,发光管162可指明插栓124被解锁。若在缩回插栓124发生错误,则发光管162可指明该错误。
图32-39示出了用于把电池212(例如钮扣式电池)电连接至PCB板以供电的电池接点组件210。在某些情况中,此组件可布置在与锁组件100交互的钥匙坠式密钥卡中。例如,PCB 214可配置为向锁组件100发送无线消息,例如安全凭证。电池接点组件210配置为提供比现有的密钥卡薄的薄型密钥卡。
在所示的实施例中,电池接点组件210包括第一接点216和第二接点218。例如,第一接点216可把电池212的负极端连接至PCB 214,而第二接点218可连接电池212的正极端。第一接点216包括用于把第一接点安装至PCB 214上的安装部220。第二接点218包括用于把第二接点安装至PCB214上的安装部222。在所示的例子中,安装部220包括焊腿220,焊腿220穿过PCB 214中的孔226,用于把第一接点216焊接至PCB 214,以在PCB214与第一接点216之间建立电连接。在所示的例子中,安装部220安装到PCB 214的表面上(前面或背面,如图34和35所示)。突出部228从PCB214延伸,并悬置在第二接点218的上方。在所示的例子中,突出部228包括沿PCB的纵轴延伸的平直部分230和倾斜部分232。突出部228包括弹簧234,所述弹簧234被保持件236围绕。弹簧234对电池的第一侧施压,使其与第二接点218摩擦配合。
在所示的例子中,第二接点218的安装部222包括焊腿238,焊腿238穿过PCB 214中的孔240,用于把第二接点218焊接至PCB 214,以在PCB214与第二接点218之间建立电连接。在所示的例子中,安装部220包括表面部242和跨在PCB 214上的边缘部244(参见图33-35)。如图所示,边缘部244具有从表面部242横向延伸的顶端和底端,突出部246从PCB 214延伸,并与第一接点216相比处于电池212的另一侧。正如第一接点216的情况一样,第二接点218可安装到PCB 214的前面或背面。在所示的例子中,突出部246包括沿PCB的纵轴延伸的平直部分248和倾斜部分250。突出部218包括弹簧252,所述弹簧254被保持件236围绕。弹簧252对电池的第二侧施压,使其与第一接点216摩擦配合。在使用时,用户可在第一接点216和第二接点218之间滑动电池。弹簧234、252在电池212的相反面上的施压形成摩擦配合,把电池212保持在位。由于第一接点216和第二接点218具有与PCB 214的电连接,因此电池212向PCB 214供电。如果用户想要卸下电池212,那么可使用足够的力克服弹簧234、252的摩擦,从而把电池212拉出。
虽然在上文中本发明的公开内容是参照特定装置、材料和实施例来说明的,但是本领域技术人员能够轻松认清本发明的基本特征,并且在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的前提下,能够进行各种变化和修改,以适应不同的用途和特点。

Claims (18)

1.一种锁具,包括:
锁闩组件,包括能够在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动的插栓;
控制器,配置为以电子方式控制插栓在伸出位置与缩回位置之间的移动;
内部组件,包括用于手动地驱使插栓在伸出位置和缩回位置之间移动的扭转件;和
外部组件,包括配置为手动地驱使插栓在伸出位置与缩回位置之间移动的机械锁组件,其中,所述外部组件包括与所述控制器电气通讯的具有多个可独立控制的区域的光通讯装置,
其中,所述控制器配置为按预定配置驱动多个区域,以标识锁具的工况;并且
所述光通讯装置的至少一部分区域布置为环形形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为通过调节下列的一项或多项来执行预定配置:(a)光通讯装置的多个区域的光照度,(b)光通讯装置的多个区域的光强度,或(c)光通讯装置的多个区域的颜色。
3.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为通过依次调节光通讯装置的相邻区域的下列的一项或多项来执行预定配置:(a)光照度,(b)光强度,或(c)颜色。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述光通讯装置包括至少三个区域,所述控制器配置为依次调节所述的至少三个区域的下列一项或多项:(a)光照度,(b)光强度,或(c)颜色。
5.如权利要求4所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为按第一顺序依次调节相邻区域,以标识锁具的第一工况。
6.如权利要求5所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为按第二顺序依次调节相邻区域,以标识锁具的第二工况,所述第二顺序与所述第一顺序相反。
7.如权利要求6所述的锁具,其中,所述第一顺序指示插栓的第一移动方向。
8.如权利要求7所述的锁具,其中,所述第二顺序指示插栓的第二移动方向。
9.如权利要求8所述的锁具,其中,所述第一移动方向指示插栓从伸出位置向缩回位置移动的方向。
10.如权利要求9所述的锁具,其中,所述第二移动方向指示插栓从缩回位置向伸出位置移动的方向。
11.如权利要求2所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为以大致顺时针的方式依次调节相邻区域,以指示插栓沿第一方向的移动。
12.如权利要求11所述的锁具,其中,所述控制器配置为以大致逆时针的方式依次调节相邻区域,以指示插栓沿与第一方向相反的第二方向的移动。
13.如权利要求2所述的锁具,其中,所述外部组件包括具有大致为锥台形状的锁芯罩盖,所述光通讯装置与所述锁芯罩盖的锥台大致同心。
14.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述预定配置指示当前被控制器处理的动作。
15.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述预定配置指示控制器的用户输入请求。
16.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述预定配置指示锁具的状态。
17.如权利要求1所述的锁具,其中,所述外部组件包括锁芯罩盖,所述锁芯罩盖与所述控制器电耦合,从而所述锁芯罩盖作为控制器的电容性触摸表面输入装置。
18.如权利要求1所述的锁具,还包括天线,所述天线布置在外部组件的内部腔体中,并与所述控制器电耦合。
