不燃竹夹板复合纸板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的不燃竹夹板复合纸板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用不燃竹夹板,不燃纸板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;不燃竹夹板盆制作,按木夹板工艺,将竹段开成约一毫米薄竹片,用水玻璃浸透薄竹片,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃薄竹片;用耐高温粘合剂将多块不燃薄竹片,粘成不燃薄竹片夹板,粘合时各层薄竹片可纵横错开相间排列,干燥后获得不燃竹夹板(1);再用不燃竹夹板做成浅盆(1),浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,获得不燃竹夹板浅盆;;不燃纸厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,放进不燃竹夹板浅盆内,取合适的不燃竹夹板从不燃竹夹板盆的低边,推进不燃竹夹板盆,将不燃纸厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得不燃竹夹板复合纸板(3),从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的不燃竹夹板复合纸板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍不燃竹夹板复合纸板:
不燃纸板制作,将废旧纸箱展平,用水玻璃浸透纸皮,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃纸皮;用耐高温粘合剂将多块不燃纸皮粘合成厚板后干燥,获得不燃纸厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使纸皮、薄竹片千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的纸板质坚似木、薄竹片板质坚胜木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使纸板、薄竹片板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令不燃竹夹板复合纸板寿命超百年;将不燃竹夹板做成浅盆,是为了使不燃竹夹板能紧紧地将不燃纸厚板锁住,产生不燃竹夹板包裹不燃纸厚板的作用,使不燃竹夹板复合纸板的效果更好;各层薄竹片纵横错开相间排列,能加强竹夹板的抗弯曲性能;纸厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;不燃纸厚板、不燃竹夹板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,不燃竹夹板复合纸板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
