(2) alkaline liquid

(3) react

The present embodiment provides a kind of low-noise lubricating grease being applicable to micromotor and using, and the preparation method of this kind of low-noise lubricating grease.Preparation method comprise successively get the raw materials ready, alkaline liquid, reaction, high temperature refining and modulation step, specific as follows:
(1) get the raw materials ready
Take 900g base oil (450g mineral oil, 450g synthetic oil), 50g viscosifying agent (5g stearic acid, 5g ten dihydroxystearic acid, 10g synthetic fatty acid), 50g alkali (calcium hydroxide), for subsequent use.
(2) alkaline liquid

Test the basic data (Visual appearance, cone penetration, dropping point, copper corrosion, Stencil oil-dividing, extreme pressure property, abrasion resistance) of low-noise lubricating grease RHZ1-18 prepared by above embodiment 1-18, as shown in table 1, and when being applied to micromotor, micromotor decibel value, as shown in table 2.
