本发明公开了一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构,主要由硅橡胶材质吸波层、铝合金蜂窝结构层和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层组成,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层通过异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘合镶嵌于所述硅橡胶材质吸波层和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层之间,所述异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层的制备配方包括异氰酸酯、玻钢纤维、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层具有第一吸波涂层和第二吸波涂层,所述第一吸波涂层由3‑18%的碳粉和余量的异氰酸酯配制而成,所述第二吸波涂层由17‑25%的片状羰基铁粉和余量异氰酸酯配制而成,所述第一吸波涂层的厚度为0.2mm,所述第二吸波涂层的厚度为0.8mm。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸波材料,具体涉及一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料。
背景技术
随着现代科学技术的发展,电磁波辐射对环境的影响日益增大。在机场、机航班因电磁波干扰无法起飞而误点;在医院、移动电话常会干扰各种电子诊疗仪器的正常工作。另外,由于高功率雷达、通信机、微波加热等设备的应用,防止电磁辐射或泄漏、保护操作人员的身体健康是一个全新而复杂的课题,吸收材料就可达到这一目的。另外,如今的家用电器普遍存在电磁辐射问题,通过合理使用吸收材料及其元器件也可有效地加以抑制。
发明内容
为了克服上述的难题,本发明提供了一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料,这种吸波结构材料可以实现电磁波,且该吸波结构材料可应用于如家电、电子产品、重工业机械、轻工业机械等领域。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料,主要由硅橡胶材质吸波层、铝合金蜂窝结构层和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层组成,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层通过异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘合镶嵌于所述硅橡胶材质吸波层和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层之间,所述异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层3的制备配方包括异氰酸酯、玻钢纤维、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层具有第一吸波涂层和第二吸波涂层,所述第一吸波涂层由3-18%的碳粉和余量的异氰酸酯配制而成,从蜂窝内侧面起依次为第一吸波涂层21、第二吸波涂层22,所述第二吸波涂层由17-25%的片状羰基铁粉和余量异氰酸酯配制而成,所述第一吸波涂层的厚度为0.2mm,所述第二吸波层的厚度为0.8mm。
进一步地,所述硅橡胶材质吸波层的制备配方包括碳化硅和硼硅酸铝。
进一步地,所述硅橡胶材质吸波层1的厚度为1.5-2.5mm,所述异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层的厚度为1.2-2.0mm。
本发明所具有的有益效果:
1、耐高温、吸波、较好柔韧性、耐冲击、密度小、质量轻。
2、应用范围广泛,可应用于多个领域,如家电,电子设备等。
3、由金属材料、橡胶材料和复合材料构成,具有较大的强度和稳定性。

具体实施方式
下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-2所示,蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料由硅橡胶材质吸波层1、铝合金蜂窝结构层2、异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层3组成。铝合金蜂窝结构层2通过异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘合镶嵌于1和3之间形成三位一体的复合结构。从图2中可以看 到铝合金蜂窝结构层上具有两层涂层,分别为第一吸波涂层21和第二吸波涂层22。其中,从蜂窝内侧面起依次为第一吸波涂层21、第二吸波涂层22。填加了陶瓷类吸波剂、碳化硅、硼硅酸铝的硅橡胶材质吸波层1厚度为1.5-2.5mm,优选为0.8mm、1.8mm、2.0mm,硅橡胶材质吸波层有很好的柔韧性、耐冲击性、耐高温性。异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层3为异氰酸酯、玻钢纤维,纳米氧化铝,纳米氧化锌制作的吸波层,厚度为1.2-2.0mm,优选为1.25mm、1.45mm、1.65mm、1.85mm。
制作方法:将三位一体的复合结构浸涂到有机耐高温吸波涂料中3分钟,取出烘干固化剂形成第一吸波涂层21,再浸涂带无机耐高温吸波涂料中3分钟,取出烘干固化剂形成第二吸波涂层22。第一吸波涂层21的涂料由3-18%的碳粉和余量的异氰酸酯配制而成。第一吸波涂层21的厚度为0.2mm,第二吸波涂层22的涂料由17-25%的片状羰基铁粉和余量的异氰酸酯配置而成,第二吸波涂层22的厚度为0.8mm。
本发明的结构材料密度小、重量轻,结构稳定,有280-340℃耐高温区间,强度大,韧性好,可根据使用的大小,形状裁剪,折弯成所需的结构件。
本发明采用了多种电磁参数吸收剂,包括有机材料吸波剂,无机材料吸收剂,特别是磁损耗型片状羰基铁粉与高的异氰酸酯粘合剂复合而成的涂层,使该结构只有吸收电磁波的能力强,可以在1-40GHz的宽频带内衰减电磁波,可以使反射率达-5—15db,实现高吸收率。

1.一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料,其特征在于,主要由硅橡胶材质吸波层(1)、铝合金蜂窝结构层(2)和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层(3)组成,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层(2)通过异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘合镶嵌于所述硅橡胶材质吸波层(1)和异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层(3)之间,所述异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层(3)的制备配方包括异氰酸酯、玻钢纤维、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌,所述铝合金蜂窝结构层(2)具有第一吸波涂层(21)和第二吸波涂层(22),从蜂窝内侧面起依次为第一吸波涂层(21)、第二吸波涂层(22),所述第一吸波涂层(21)由3-18%的碳粉和余量的异氰酸酯配制而成,所述第二吸波涂层(22)由17-25%的片状羰基铁粉和余量异氰酸酯配制而成,所述第一吸波涂层(21)的厚度为0.2mm,所述第二吸波涂层的厚度为0.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶材质吸波层(1)的制备配方包括碳化硅和硼硅酸铝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝状耐高温吸波结构材料,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶材质吸波层(1)的厚度为1.5-2.5mm,所述异氰酸酯复合材料吸波层(3)的厚度为1.2-2.0mm。
