Abstract

本发明涉及锂离子二次电池制作技术领域,旨在提供一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,该方法通过采用多层软连接片分别与盖板和连接有多极耳卷芯的汇流片焊接相连,从而达到多极耳卷芯与盖板相连的目的。本发明采用软连接片可以有效的减少因电池振动、摇摆而引起的焊接松动、脱落现象,而连接片层叠结构有利于电流传导,增强电池导电性,大大提高了电池性能的一致性。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,属于锂离子二次电池制造技术领域。
背景技术
电动汽车用锂离子动力电池因要求具有高容量、大功率等特性,其卷芯结构多为多极耳卷绕式结构或叠片式结构,多极耳卷绕式结构相比于叠片式结构因其工艺简单、操作方便而受到广泛应用。目前,多极耳卷绕式结构电池其极耳与盖板的连接方式一般有两种:一种是极耳打孔然后通过螺栓将极耳与盖帽下的极柱相连;另一种是直接将极耳焊接在盖板上。采用以上连接方式存在以下问题:1、螺栓连接的方式电池在受到振动、摇晃等外界使用环境因数影响时会螺栓松动而造成极耳接触内阻增大,从而导致容量的衰减与循环性能的下降;2、极耳直接焊接在盖板,由于盖板是硬质金属且厚度较厚,多极耳焊接易发生虚焊、点焊等现象,且在后续组装操作时易造成对焊接面的拉扯而导致极耳脱落,造成电池性能的不一致。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,有效的解决了目前锂离子动力电池由于螺栓松动、极耳虚焊、点焊和脱落等问题而造成的电池内阻增加、容量衰减、性能不一致的问题。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
本发明涉及一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,该方法通过采用连接片分别与盖板和连接有多极耳卷芯的汇流片焊接相连,从而达到多极耳卷芯与盖板相连的目的。
所述的连接片为软质金属片层叠而成,单层金属片厚度为0.05-0.1mm,叠片层数为5-10层。
所述的连接片一端与连接有多极耳的卷芯焊接在一起,另一端与盖板焊接相连,焊接方式可以是超声波焊接、电阻焊接或者激光焊焊接。
所述的连接片分为正极连接片和负极连接片,其中正极连接片材质为铝、负极连接片材质为铜。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用特制连接片分别与盖板和连接有多极耳卷芯的汇流片焊接相连,从而使多极耳卷芯与盖板相连,解决了目前锂离子动力电池由于螺栓松动、极耳虚焊、点焊和脱落等问题而造成的电池内阻增加、容量衰减、性能不一致的问题。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池电极卷芯汇流片与电池盖板连接方式,其步骤如下:将层叠的汇流连接片1先与U型汇流片2焊接相连,之后汇流片2与多极耳卷芯焊接相连,最后将连接片1与电池盖板上的焊接板3焊接相连,完成多极耳卷芯与电池盖板相连。
作为优选,连接片为软质金属片层叠而成,单层金属片厚度为0.05mm,叠片层数为6层。
作为优选,焊接方式为超声波焊接。
如图2所示,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池多卷芯与电极U型汇流片的连接方式,其步骤如下:将卷芯6和卷芯7与U型汇流片2焊接相连,之后叠加在一起,完成多极耳卷芯与汇流片的相连,其中4为负极集电极,5为正极集电极。
作为优选,连接片为软质金属片层叠而成,单层金属片厚度为0.05mm,叠片层数为6层。
作为优选,焊接方式为超声波焊接。
作为优选,正极连接板材质为铝,负极连接板材质为铜。
本发明的一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,解决了目前锂离子动力电池由于螺栓松动、极耳虚焊、点焊和脱落等问题而造成的电池内阻增加、容量衰减、性能不一致的问题,结构设计简单、各部件连接牢固,可靠性高,大大提高了产品利用率。

1.一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,其特征在于该方法通过将软连接片分别与盖板和连接有多极耳卷芯的U型汇流片焊接相连,从而达到多极耳卷芯与盖板相连的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,其特征在于所述的连接片为金属片层叠而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,其特征在于所述的U型汇流片一端与叠加成一起的多卷芯焊接在一起,另一端与软连接片焊接在一起,焊接方式为超声波焊接、电阻焊接和激光焊焊接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池多极耳卷芯与盖板连接方式,其特征在于所述的软连接片为多层薄金属片叠加而成,可分为正极连接片和负极连接片,分别与正负极卷芯与连接片焊接连在一起,其中正极连接片材质为铝、负极连接片材质为铜。
